Waste of time,you see your money after 3 pay periods what's the point of any day,I always use apps like this and my earnings are available immediately after I clock out,half of what I made that day I've emailed called and nothing, but wait till 3rd pay period, which has come and gone

Seems like this would be great if I could ever sign up.. Emails not answered , no customer service help If you're not able to sign in, you're pretty much screwed

Can't get past the review and submit phase, this is frustrating when this is the whole point of this app is to get your money ANY DAY. Is anyone working to fix this issue?

Attempting to access pay and send to my card. It will not let me and freezes the page. I know it's not just me as several other employees are experiencing the same issue

Terrible customer service. Not sure what is going on with the app but I can't request any funds. I have money available but when I got to request it, it doesn't do anything, no loading icon or nothing. Called 1800 number FIVE times on Friday, left 2 messages. No call back. Weekend ruined

Very frustrated with this app. Not very helpful in emergency sitch because for the last 3 days the app hasn't even been working. And then when u want to send money to your checking account, it's not the same day. Also, they don't give a heads up when doing system updates like they say is supp. happening right now? I have emailed twice, and they don't respond back. I finally called and talked to someone today after waiting on hold yesterday for over 2 hours. App needs to get it together fast!
