The Store Card app works great. There are no problems, easy to find what I'm looking for, however, no real outstanding, amazing features but a perfectly good account app. Still trying to figure out how what all I can do with the features available to me through Prime and which ones I want to take advantage of. Also which alerts are useful and which are merely advertising. There are items I'd like to look at but are luxuries or entertainment.

This app makes it so much easier to check on my acct., see my purchases, current balance & payments. Doing so thru the Amazon site was like going thru a maze; it was tedious and frustrating. I appreciate the simplicity of the Amazon/ Synchrony Bank acct. app when checking on my acct. or when needing to request an adjustment or credit increase, etc.

It's fairly easy to make payments and track recent purchases on Amazon, and logging in isn't too difficult. The app definitely needs granular notification control: I think they recently changed payment reminders, so now I receive one everyday even though I have scheduled payments. In addition, the app needs a way to look at upcoming payments that you've set up. Right now, you have to go to the website to check out any pending payments you've submitted.

It's very minimal, but gets the job done. Could use a refresh of the utility features like the history of purchases. Definitely needs the ability to cancel an purchase. The interface nice overall. It is kinda weird on login, with a delay before it auto logs in if you have that setup. Shows the blank login screen for several moments, which is a bit strange.

Great app! I especially like being able to open it and log in with just my fingerprint. I also like being able to easily cancel a payment when I find out that I made it from the wrong account, and then make it from the right account right after. It's easy to call up records of payments and charges, and to filter them in various ways. It makes my account easy to understand, and simple to take care of. Simple to set up automatic monthly payments as well. I wish more apps were this streamlined.

It's an OK app. It mostly works, and it has a usable subset of features that the website has. It lacks features that many major apps have, and it feels a bit strange. On mobile devices, people often mis-type their password. Some apps have a button/icon that lets you reveal your password so you can see what you've typed. This app doesn't. Many apps send you a text message with a code for verification purposes, as does this one. Many of them will automatically read the code from the text. This one doesn't. You need to manually transfer it over. The Amazon store card website lets you see exactly which item you bought in the transaction history. This app doesn't. It just has dates and amounts. It does say the transactions are from Amazon, but of course all of them are since this is an Amazon card. Isn't this about 50% of use cases? Offers section seems to not have any real offers. There's an ad for Amazon Prime and 5% cash back, even though I already have Amazon Prime. Lack of settings. You can't customize push notifications for example. Navigation and tabbing behavior is unintuitive.

App's Great and very easy to use. Love It! On a side note, if you are getting an Amazon card for credit reasons: be sure to drop a large amount as your initial investment, because you cannot add to it after. I messed around and only put down $150, which is almost nothing. You'll get it back in 6 months and that'll be your credit limit until you actually apply for more...just some FYI

It's nice and simple. No issues. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is bcuz it only allows u to give bank account info, no option to add debit/credit cards. I just prefer not to use my actual bank info, no matter how secure the site. I'd rather have my debit card canceled than having my whole account changed, its more of a mess, but thats just my opinion. I think u should have the option to put debit or credit cards as well. Other than that, it's great!

It's ok. You can see charges on your card easily. It performs well from a technical perspective. However, I couldn't find a clear way of setting up automatic payments through the app or even just viewing pending payments. You have to go through the browser for those. Seems like basic features that any credit management app should have. It's an ok app but far from great feature-wise when compared to similar credit management apps.

Very easy to use and navigate through. But... when paying the bill, most recent transaction will take a while to drop in. So your total due may actually be higher than what you see on the app. Therefore, if you don't check back (and like me, have a remaining balance of as little as $2.11 that did not appear when paying your bill- that i most certainly would have paid), you will be charged a late fee for the charge(s).

Featureless. I can really only use this app to see transactions and make a one time payment. No options to what I consider BASIC functions in an app designed to manage your credit card, such as view your statements and set up automatic payments. I'm forced to use the website because the app lacks really basic feature functionality. I implore Synchrony to do better! At minimum, I should be able to set up autopay!

So far this app has been pretty good for the most part. Although this might not have anything to do with the Amazon app or Prime card, but I keep getting phone calls saying that there are huge charges that was charged on my account but it never shows up on my account except for what I charge on it. I assume that these phone calls are usually a scam which I definitely do not fall for.

won't let me login, keeps saying that my credentials aren't correct even though I'm looking at my account number as I try to login! I would love to have an app for the convenience of not having to remember another password! But this is ridiculous, uninstalling this until they can make a better version! I'll just make my payment through the automated phone system, it's free and easy too.

It's...fine. Truly not that useful, other than for viewing current balance or paying. The main thing missing is that they don't bother to link the transactions to the actual Amazon purchases! It's an Amazon *Store* card--it sold by, and only works on, Amazon. Seems like a basic feature. The cash back is appreciated. Not much, but better than nothing! Butt that's more a review of the program then the app.

Fingerprint login doesn't work and settings brings you to terms and conditions instead of any type of settings. There is a push notification option but it never sends me any notifications and there are no options in the app for which push notifications you want. I recently set them in the website so I don't miss any statements and end up paying late.

Good part is - now I can make the payments from mobile. The app needs lot of work and it seems it was launched in a hurry. The UI needs some major revisions- for example, all the selection buttons are faded- to be more specific- the selection of banks while making a payment, the "ok" and " cancel" buttons are way too faded and I was not sure if they were actual buttons or the page was still loading. Pls fix them.

It works for paying and viewing balances but the app as a whole is HORRIBLE. Multiple days to process payments, I'm not sure if this is the app itself, or amazon, or communications with banks but it's pretty bad Don't bother turning on notifications, it says it may take a few days to send notifications. Guess what, it actually will never send notifications. Again, it works but at an absolute minimum.

Give us the option to see last 3 month and/or show past 12 months. Also, pending payment should show there. There is no reason this critical information should be presented this poorly! Edit: it's been over a year without addressing the issue. The app sucks and the dev team doesn't care. If the app isn't any better than a paper statement and repeatedly prompts one to download said statement instead of just displaying the information that it isn't any good. Get back to work!

The app is generic but is functional simple to use. You may find the online portal has more functionality. However synchrony the issuer was quite disappointing. Despite having a balance of 730 and a credit limit of 4k on my card, spending two months unconscious in the ICU led to missing a small minimum payment. Which I promptly paid upon awakening, only to find my credit limit slashed down to 800. This decision felt unjustified and far from ideal.

I appreciate that Amazon secure card buy synchrony Bank are helping those who need a second started building your credit. But I'm frustrated about the payment process. I got approved with $100 credit limit, little over half of that, and made my first payment in full. It is now been over a week, and my payment still hasn't been posted to my account. There's no reason it should take that long especially when we're expected to pay a higher interest rate.
