It charges money for credit card verification...but the service can not be activated afterwards...and then it charges money again for card verification when opening the app again. This is money draining app. Save your money. This is trash. Edit: No, I will not contact you in the application messenger. This application is not mature. Fix it. Test it. and deploy it for a subset of users ... and when is mature come up with it for everyone. Own your trash.

A good and cheap application but very bad customer service. I went to Montenegro and both the Roaming Worldwide option and when I got there only the voice was working, no data. Now I am stuck here with no data so I paid for nothing. Customer service did not help..

The worse app ever and the worse provider ever. I am without service for 3 days because I didn't had funds in my bank account when they tried to charge me. Despite adding funds to my bank acc and trying for 3 days to pay using 2 different bank acc, the app doesn't allow me to pay and this is the only way anyone can pay. The only customer service they have is the messaging inside the app and It takes 73 hours for someone to answer to tell me it will take another 3 days for their tech to fix it?!

Fix your app, it's unusable. When I tried to activate roaming it took the money from ky account but didn't activate the plan. Also at some point it logged me out of the app and wouldn't let me see/update my contract settings. It was seeing me as a new user even after I logged in..

Was lied by the operator saying that older customers will be able to activate the new plan with 150 GB after 10th of November. This is not the case. As always Orange support is non-existing. It is not the first time they have no ideea what to tell you or how to fix your issue. I also got failed payment although I had more than sufficient funds.

They still have problems with the app. Be careful what email account you're using cause if you loose access to that address there is no option to change it. All these years they still didn't provide a working solution for this. If you contact support via chat they will provide useless solutions that only work for Orange accont (mother company) !

The first free month offer doesn't cover changing from Orange PrePay or any other Orange plan. Nothing about this disclosed prior to changing. The offer clearly states changing from "any network" (not any network except Orange networks), Signal between cities/villages weaker compared to Orange PrePay (losing connection while on a call and can't make calls). I'm guessing in some area Orange PrePay can use the analog network while Yoxo being 100% digital looses signal. Changing from Orange Prepay was quick (~15 min) and I managed to keep the same number.

You don't know when it works for you and when something doesn't work for you. Sometimes ppl are telling me that I cannot be contacted, or the caller receives a signal as if the one he calls has the phone turned off. I didn't had this issues when I was on prepay. They keep saying to contact them on yoxo app support, which is the worst I ever seen in my life. Is hard to eat that you will be contacted within 48h, and you are not. A stupid chat. We want real support!

It works poorly. We tried it from 2 different numbers: in the first case, it was impossible to scan my ID, it kept saying that an error had occurred. For the second number, it worked, my sister even received the sim, but the change couldn't be made, apparently you can't go to Yoxo if you don't have an Oragne number or sth like that. It's really annoying.

As effective as their customer service! You can only activate this subscription through the app. One of the last steps is scanning your ID card. If the app can't scan it you can forget it. As per usual Orange's customer service is unwilling to help or offer an alternative.

Garbage sign up experience. I went back to my native country and thought I would sign up with an eSim as this technology is quite handy. Horrible sign up experience, they require government documents (?!) They then proceed to reject those documents unless they're specific ones. I'll just get a regular SIM instead with a different provider from Orange/YOXO and spare myself the headache...

Sometimes Yoxo withdraws money from your card but it doesn't recognize the subscription as being paid, so they literally steal your money without offering the product. The new version of the app is laggy, crashes often, and often refuses to exit (remains stuck in the background). Response to Orange: it's your own customer service who refused to reimburse the payments, even when presented with proof of transfer.

My actual bank card is expired so I wanted to update it but I couldn't change my bank card via the app and their website to pay the invoice doesn't work for me either (from phone or laptops). So now I am out of network since 24 of April. And the customer care is pushing back every time. It starred with reparations max 5 working days, then Oh sorry we need another 5 working days and yesterday we don't have a timeframe :( I think I am going to another operator if this is not repaired.

Excellent! So easy to set-up! Took no more than 5mins if you have your ID and your card next to you! Very useful for my short trip to Romania! Excellent connection, as it uses Orange network!

It seems that the application has a lot of bugs. For the installation of an eSims it does not work properly at all. The pop-up buttons does not appear and the installation is in a loop. I tried many times to clear the cache...to install into another device (android and ios), but it doesn't work for me..

Very bad both service signal reception and customer service support... if you get close to Valea Prahovei (Comarnic, Sinaia, Bușteni, Azuga, Predeal) there are lots of areas where Orange DOESN'T HAVE coverage and during high traffic on the main road (DN1) the network is way too congested and you're left without any usable internet data/traffic speed!!

Great app and options however I think that this app should be foreigners friendly by adding English language as an option too. There are thousands of students and expats in Romania and this is quite inconvenient. Your prompt consideration of the such request will be much appreciated.

The service is good, it's the only honest SIM card in Romania. About the app: you can't sign up with a foreign ID, they only accepted when I used my passport. But recently I've realized they make updating the app mandatory, otherwise you cannot use it. Unacceptable.

I tried to scan several ID's. None works. I've change location, position, lights, etc. After several tries you will be blocked and you need a new phone number. WOW. What an embarrassment for an application. In a digital world where everything is almost unlimited you will "run out" after 10 tries. :-)
