Features
Widget objects – Date and Time elements with time zone support, text, shapes, images, weather icons etc
Layouts – organise and group objects in absolute, vertical, horizontal, flow layouts
Both color and gradients are supported on objects.
Text
Draw text in a block or on a path. Compose multiple text sources in a single text object. Transform text – uppercase, lowercase, reverse, prefix, suffix, subtext, vertical, replace etc. Support for custom fonts.
Analog clocks
Customize dial and clock hands.
Wallpaper Colors
Colors from current wallpaper can be used giving your widgets the modern look. Colors in a widget will change automatically as the wallpaper changes. Gradients from wallpaper colors can also be created.
Theme
Support for light and dark theme
Expressions
Instead of fixed values, use expressions as parameters. For e.g. make an object change its position or angle based on the time of the day.
Actions
Set actions that fire when a user clicks on the widgets. Location and dimensions of actions on widgets is fully editable.

Share fully editable widgets with the world.

Storage - Accessing current wallpaper

Note
Widgets by You needs to run in the background to update home screen widgets. Android Oreo and above need a persistent notification for background processing.

I mean, it's nice. It'd be even nicer though if my widgets didn't just disappear shortly after placing them.

Works good, still learning it. For weather widgets is there a specific name you need to use for each icon?

Great App, the only issue I found is the Alarm hotspot will not open the android alarm function. If that worked it would be awesome

Love it! But the vertical, horizontal, flow, etc are a little weird.. maybe fine-tune those.

Awesome app for designers. A bit of a learning curve - reserve an hour or two, or four. Needs user-friendly controls, but 5 stars anyway.

Powerful features, but positioning objects is difficult and hard to understand. Much more could be done to make aligning objects more intuitive.

There's this bug, when you put the app to deep sleep, the widgets break and you have to place them again which is kinda annoying and time consuming.

Really easy to use and intuitive to make your own widgets. I only wish that the tutorials were a bit more extensive and that you have the ability to have images change by the time of day.

Terrible app! The clock widget I created for my home page on my Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus, randomly disappears multile times throughout the day. So I have tried in vain for over a month now to get in touch with the developer who has yet to answer me.

I am very much enjoying this widget making app, but I would like if the photo widgets were a little more tweakable especially regarding selecting multiple pics and having like saved presets one can choose from with respect to the height and width of the picture.Still awesome job by the developers 👏👍

Zero ability to do anything with widgets. Let alone modify, or design one. There's not even any operating program for this app. Just opens to an empty page, that doesnt do anything but link you to Google at some strange address. BEWARE!!! Seriously.

Requires a bit of technical know how, but is pretty dang powerful and impressive. If you're not gonna geek out about custom formulas based on system variables though... You may not have as much fun with this as I did. Only note, though, is I can't get the media pause variable to detect Spotify playing music.

This is kinda app I'm always looking for a replacement to kwgt and have new style ui comparing to kwgt and other than that it's free and fully customisable. My request to the developer is to add a photo widget that shows the multiple images in a period of time like a windows pc and also if the widgets also swiping action would be nice like new iOS

They definitely need to bring uccw back. That app was the best. Never had an issue with it and I could download so many widgets from other people in seconds. In this app I have to spend like an hour trying to create one. They need to allow us to transfer the files from uccw into this app.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to change my settings. It's a new app I get it. I hope it gets fixed soon. I want to integrate the skins I made in uccw but again I don't know if thats possible or if it can be done at all. The app keeps crashing.

It's okay, the only thing that bothers me is that the widgets would disappear if you close the app. I also wish there was a way to save the layout of the widgets, so I wouldn't have to place them one by one. Although it is difficult at first to find a way the app works it's better than the rest I tried out.
