The warriors + Chase center upgraded app couldn't be worse. Last season it took 2-3 clicks from the home page to find tickets for any game. On the current app I still haven't found more than tickets for the next game, and even that takes more than a few clicks. It's clear the warriors are no longer the main product the organization is selling.

Put your useful information like parking suggestions on your website. Don't make me use your poorly optimized app. Also, the parking map doesn't even show the chase center as a reference point... It's a poorly implemented Google maps overlay that I wouldn't need if you had provided an information page on your website.

is a really good app. It gives you all the updates with everyone's Point scores and percentages. But one thing I would like to add for them to add to the afters when ever golden state is on live we could actually watch them live from the app. But they can try to work on that then this will become one of the greatest apps other than ESPN. Until they updated it. It's not that good now.

As glitchy as it gets. Have to close and reopen the app 4 or 5 times to see upcoming tickets... and they mostly say "something went wrong" anyway. It's a miracle it has worked to get into any games. Nothing is more fun than knowing your season tickets are locked inside a totally unreliable app that can crash at any moment!

App won't let me link with Ticketmaster where I got the tickets so I had to go to the box office just to get inside.

One month from the start of the season and I cannot open my tickets, so how can this season ticket holder get into Chase Center, sell/ transfer tickets, etc? Between the app crashing or, when it doesn't crash, seeing just a blank screen where the tickets should be, I'm extremely disappointed.

Now can't even get it to stay open. When will it have an update that fuxes it???? Without it, it's worthless. Last fall...Great when it didn't crash, and crash and crash. I like to watch statistics during the game when it will actually let me use the app and that feature. Now nothing!!!!

Good when it works. But far too often when I go to access my tickets, it tells me to sign into my account again. When I click to do so, I get an error message that says "session expired". And I'm in an endless loop. Tried clearing cache. No help. Only solution is uninstall and reload the app. Incredibly frustrating.

Good tool for keeping up with the Warriors, with nice graphics. I don't like the way ads move themselves to the part I'm reading, and I'd pay five bucks to remove them, but i think the nba makes more money this way. The reminders are really handy, and the clips are well edited, and look good. Hey NBA, why don't you make music vids of players, like you did in the 80's? They are really motivating, and make nice gifts! (wink)

I thought this app was finally functional, but I was wrong. It's a new season and back to the same old problems. Hit or miss if it's going to work. Back to the "oops air ball, something went wrong. Try again later." Same problems as before. Can't get to my tickets or do anything. Tried the old standby of clear data, clear cache, reboot phone and try again. That didn't even work this time around. Seems to be a major problem when it tries to link to Ticketmaster. This is just crazy to me.

The new app is a lot worse than the old version. It's a lot harder to find the information you want. It took too long to find the box score. There's no schedule. That's pretty basic info to leave out of the app. They're really focused on filling seats at the Chase Center, and that's fine, but I actually care about the road games too. Bring back the old app, and bring back Jim Barnett!

This app is useless. I really liked the old app better. I want info on JUST WARRIORS games. I don't care about other events at Chase Center. There are no notifications when games start, end of quarter scores, etc. The schedule layout is stupid. Why do I have to scroll side to side to see a month calendar? Viewing the roster is even more stupid. The photos are too big which makes you have to scroll too much too. Bring back the old app. Deleting this piece of garbage.

For a team located in Silicon Valley, headed by VC guys, this app is truly a disappointment. Whenever I open the app, it doesn't allow me to progress beyond the initial screen. I have to close the app and reopen for it to function. 22nd century technology, ladies and gentleman. I have other gripes (app not maximized for android, etc.) but the above is my main issue with the thing.

Awful for season ticket holder management. Used to have a lot more options and it was easy to compare listing price to recently sold tickets in comparable areas. There's also a bug where if you need to change the ticket price, you can't for more than one ticket at a time, and even if you do change the price on one you can't change the price on the other, forcing you to cancel your post and repost it completely. I miss the regular web interface.

Truly horrible app. Just want to listen into the radio stream. It asks for location to verify I'm in the streaming area. Stupid, but ok for just one time, so I allow approximate location just once. But the stream fails. Then I enable a precise location once, feeling good that at least I'm not at home. The stream starts up and lasts for maybe 2 minutes before falling again. NO. I will NOT allow you to track my location minute by minute just to listen to the game. Truly user hostile and shameful

Edit 10/3. Still 1*. Instead of fixing this app breaking issue the developers are adding features that no one cares about. This should've been fixed during the off season. This honestly makes me question if i want to continue being a season ticket holder. Terrible app. Can't sell my tickets. It gets stuck when selecting payout method. And the submit feedback button doesn't even work. The other night during the game the app wouldn't even open. Fix it please!

The Warriors + Chase Center app is quite useful for event info, tickets, seating & other venue info for guests planning to visit. The Chase Center is a fabdabulous venue for various types of events. As a sports arena, it's bar none! As a concert venue, it's awesome! As a venue for businesses/organizations, it's a sophisticated place to host ANY type of event to facilitate their ideals, goals, ect, in a comfortable & visually pleasing venue!
