I was referred to use this app for a CCTV device at home. The setup was easy, not that hard to understand but I'm rather disappointed with its connectivity and slow replays on SD playback. Multiple times tried to enter realtime viewing, and multiple times will encounter 'error with device is offline' messages. Dont get me started with the ads though, it'll take a a mouthful to explain.

the application works but the things that are needed more don't work, for example I paid iCloud for 1 month and it stored for 3 days and then I couldn't see my recordings anymore and the other thing is that I put the sd card in the camera and I can't delete the recordings to free up the sd card to continue recording, but I have to do it manually because I'm too far from the cameras

Excellent value for money. Not to difficult to set up. Haven't bothered with cloud as a reasonably size SD card is more than adequate. Picture quality is very good thought the sound can be a bit flakey.

When starting the app, there are ads that make it slow to open the live view. If there are ads, they should appear when watching the recorded video on the memory card because it is not a rush time to use it and can wait. TERRIBLE app from hell. Currently trying to find a way to remove the devices from it's grasp because theyre practically useless whilst connected to this app. If I could give it zero stars I would! Developer get in contact with your customers! We want out of this toxic platform so we can use the devices we paid for, HOW WE WANT TO!

This is essential if u'v got a security camera that requires this app for u to use it. But if u want the info the camera has recorded saved so u can check it later u need to pay for cloud storage for it, despite already having paid cloud storage. But if u do that its great. Even for wen u'v forgotten where u put sum thing, u can go back to the date& approx time and see wot u did. And of course wot other people have done

Camera are good. However the app is shocking. Bombarded with adverts and after logging out and back in yet more adverts. If I want to check my cameras that's what I want to do not being waiting for shein adverts to end 2 mins later.

Subpar and disrespectful to the users. It starts with ads that each must be dismissed sometimes twice. When it finally shows the camera view, it takes another minute or so to synchronize. Just the worst security camera viewing app out there!

Your app is horrendous. You have to sit thru a minute of ads just to get to view the camera. By the time the camera loads whatever is it that you was trying to see is already gone from view because it takes forever. Until you lose all the ads this app is making the camera pointless to have.

Horrible experience having bought a camera with this program. Upon detection of an intrusion, one is forced to watch advertisment after advertisements before being allowed to check the CCTV program. Even the closure button is fake and there is no other option but watch one advertisement after another. I rather throw away the CCTV camera

This app sucks to hell and back, received my camera Pro360 and I'm literally fedup of not being able to add the device again, its frustrating to say the least. I deleted the device from the app since I was unable to access the camera and its controls. Now I'm trying since yesterday to add it once more and its alot of headache. Can the developers help in any way??

This app has pop up ads that are very annoying. Sometimes you cannot view the camera unless you close them but they take control of your phone saying your phone has been infected with a virus!! I'll delete this app to not have good protection of your personal information.

I got to watch too many ads before I can access my camera. The apps feedback section is only in Chinese without an English version, making it non-user friendly if you need to ask a question. It only allows you to flip the camera orientation but not the video screen orientation.

Easy set up and good camera quality and field. App is full of useless ads that are hard to close. Cloud camera playback hard to use and I cannot make mine work now when it was working before.

Virtually impossible to use due to constant adverts. Sneaky fake close buttons to force you to other sites. Especially Aliexpress. Unless u want to pay a fortune in cloud fees. It was cheaper to buy new cameras and move to another app.

The app works fairly well, but I paid for the subscription service for two separate cameras and it is only functional on one. One camera records as it should and saves files to the Cloud storage I purchased. The other camera does not show an option for Cloud storage, but rather just tells me that there is "No TF card" and will not record anything or save anything.

Continually goes off line, have to unscrew it connect to a different power supply and re-set it, and put it up again and it have to reformat sd card every time. Internet we have is in great range, all my devices work fine except this camaras. Hubby is tired of doing this in cold weather. Thinking in returning the 3 cameras we got from this business. And alooot of adds, if we paid for the devices, why do we have to have adds?
