So, so. For the price of such cameras are excellent, but, DID NOT MET OUR NEEDS. They are slow, and when needing to pause video quality Not very clear. Easy to set up. I am having a harder time canceling. That's why you don't get 4 ☆☆☆'s.

Can yall PLEASE create an option to TURN ON/OFF B&W AND COLOR!! Its so damn annoying when my camera turns to black and white when I don't want it to, and I have no control over that setting. PLEASE MAKE A NIGHT VISION AUTO/MANUAL BUTTON ASAP. STILL GIVING 5 STARS ITS PERFRCT IN EVERY WAY EXCEPT FOR THIS MAJOR ISSUE. THANK YOU!!

App opens for less than one second and closes right away - I can't even access settings. Reinstalling app helped to connect. Microphone quality is just horrible. No storage on cloud unless you pay (other cameras offering at least one week free storage).

ICP HOME APP no issues for a year then all of a sudden the application would not allow me to view the video AT ALL the only message I would see is NETWORK NOT STABLE however I work remotely, have ten or more device connected to my wifi network and had no issues until this past week. I am frustrated because as I read the reviews everyone is posting the same issue we have reached out for assistance no response and the only remedy can from a review I read instructing to download ICP HOME APP

I absolutely love this app and these cameras! I own 4 and intend on purchasing more soon. (but) PLEASE give an option to turn the night mode on or off, it's extremely difficult to see certain areas if that option isn't available.

Smooth interface. The app works seemlessly with the camera and has been very reliable. The video recording and storage is very simple and convenient in terms of play back. Overall a very good product especially for the price point.

Really love these little cameras. It's amazing that you can get this technology at such an affordable price. It was initially a bit of a challenge getting my first one set up, but with a lot of patience and multiple attempts, it connected. 2nd camera set up was easier.

This camera is wonderful. Now, I initially received one that I assume had a faulty CMOS Light Sensor as the colors were not exact and shifted from green to purple. I still use the camera because when I contacted Daisy @ support she immediately sent me a new camera that I use in conjunction with the faulty one. The new one works wonderfully and I am very happy over all with the support, product and app!

App use to be great. Now it sucks. It just keeps saying network not stable. I can't even view my camera live nor can I look at my cloud playback. I've emailed tech support 4 times with no response. I'm just about to get rid of this app and get a new camera cause I'm not paying for the service and it doesn't work. I can't even rotate the freaking camera anymore. I don't kno what y'all did to this app but it's ruined. Smh

When I purchased this it worked perfectly fine but now it is horrible it never works and when it disconnects it won't connect i tried it everywhere in my house absolutely horrible no longer will purchase anything from this brand and company, the ring is so far the best then this useless no name brand i guess u get what u paid for, this company ratherr then being a 1 hit wonder more about quantity then quality and wont be able to last long its a temporary bandate

Lots of issues and getting worse Cheap price and easy to use not that easy to add extra users The issues I have are playback is in slow 🐌 motion shouldbein regular speed, every other day I have to restart it cause dosen't detect micro SD card, now the camera turns back by it self meaning faces the wall and can't detect anything have to manually turn it around and that's the whole purpose of the camera to detect movement Contacted NexHT 2 weeks ago haven't heard back from them I give it 👎

I don't know If there was an update or what but suddenly the app errors when logging in. Camera says it's offline. Can't connect to my subscription. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app now my account no longer exists. Had to remake my account with the same email, now it won't connect to the Camera anymore. Repeatedly errors out. Uninstalled again for good.

I'm not longer able to access the included free cloud storage plan for 3 of the 4 cameras I purchased. The free cloud plan is what made me choose these over the competition. Right on the front of the box it reads, "Life-long Free Cloud Storage Rolling 15-Days." I now only have the cloud on 1 camera and have to use an SD card on the others unless I subscribe and pay the monthly fee. I've tried messaging support through the app but never got a reply. I'd appreciate a solution.

Was working fine till latest update. Functionally it is still fine. However it isn't storing my alerts to the cloud anymore. Also it was getting fantastic night vision shots. Now there is nothing at night. Lights go off and the picture is dark now. I'd prefer to uninstall latest update but not sure that is an option either.

When viewing a camera, the app will forcibly exit you from the camera view every few minutes and I don't understand why nor like that. Also, the expand menu within the camera view is ginormous and takes over more than half the screen when expanded. Can't toggle nightview on or off either. That needs to be fixed. Otherwise, fairly easy to use and the camera looks fine.

Won't connect to any wifi nor my phone data. If it does connect after waiting 15 mins for camera to hook up. It only stops after maybe 30 seconds. Plus there is like a terrible delay over 2 mins. I've uninstalled the app, cleared catche & data. Still won't connect, at this moment it still hasn't connected. Did reboot it several times, no success. Its on 2.5hz

I'm ready to cancele!!! My camera is showing everything upside down there is nothing in the settings to fix it? What a a joke..I Scroll through the app thinking. Ok I did something wrong. Well that didn't work, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the app. And it continued to show everything upside down when I signed in to the app.. Your bees will discontinue within 24 hours if I don't hear from you..

-The camera resets, pointing the opposite way when there is a power or service interruption. When you log back in to view, it needs internet, it cannot connect you via local area network wifi without it. So if internet goes down even if you have power and your local network wifi is up, you cannot view cameras. +The camera has good quality picture and will adjust from high definition to standard automatically +the rotation is a nice fixture and the program allows you to choose the orientation.

Ever since the change the app doesn't work most of the time won't load or it says I'm offline when I'm not or the camera freezes, the camera quality went extremely down too used to be clear now it's hard to see anything. Also not a fan of the new settings to use the camera. I hope you consider going back to how it was previously. I also get errors when I try to go into the app & most of the time, when I hit the arrows to go left or right i have to hit it mutli times & then goes to far.

I bought a new camera as all 5 of my older cameras have gradually stopped working. There is definitely something going on with the app. At the moment the camera is not recording any movement. I've reset the settings several times and still it won't record. Restarted the camera a few times. Even when it was working it was missing things or would start the recording late so you missed whatever set it off. Extremely frustrated and about ready to return for a refund.
