Am rating this app 1 because I thought it was a good app,I registered, uploaded photo, after I got a notification, I can't even read the messages because its written in Chinese language not English second It took me off the app and tried to log in but I can't, I don't even know the words written on the app,plz help fix this issue thanks

I think the owner(s) is/are racist!!! Its a global platform, so any race should be able to sign up and enjoy the services. I paid for first certification and my card was charged immediately. Afterwards I have tried to do the video verification severally, ID verification and profile uploads. The site keeps rejecting all. Is it possible all my pictures and even live videos and real time pictures don't meet the standards..lol? I tried to get refund and Google Play stated they're unable to do that.

It’s been a process on the website! Like it’s named Plenty Of Fish(es); like fishing it takes time and is a process. A good fish swims around a baited hook and not so easy or ready to bite until others start bitting but once you get a bite it’s all hook even when there’s no bait. So be patient, positive, and see pass all the other bad fishes or sharks and you will be ok. By the way use each encounter as you are being noticed and when the right one comes along its only a matter of time before you be the buggiest fish in the pond or the only fish in the fish tank swimming around on display.

It is a good app, better than a lot of the other social apps~ The people here are serious in finding a relationship, unlike the other apps where many of them only look for hookups~ People here are also more educated and have a good character~ I don’t know about people who said they didn’t get replies. But sometimes I also don’t reply to many of them because 1. I’m busy 2~ I saw it and forgot to reply or 3。 I just don’t think he and I will be a good match (no offense). It would be a lot better if the fee for is cheaper though..worry!

If you're not a Chinese and you want to register on any of their site like IU Dating, Binance, Huobi, OKEx and lots of others, you're wasting your time because they intentionally made it almost impossible for you to pass the verification process. I'm saying this with a considerable personal experience in about 10 Chinese apps! Same issue of ID which I strongly believe there's nothing wrong with mine, it's valid and carefully uploaded. Please you guys should work on this, it's not fair.

They are Fake... They only want you to pay. All the messages you got are system messages and not from real people.... To confirm try to open different account on different devices.... You will get same message at the same time from same sender.... Not Real. They only want your money.. Fake App. Don't Download

Seems easy, but you can't do anything unless you pay to verify then pay $50 on top of that to upgrade. I got a message and couldn't even open it unless I paid. How you going to charge $20 to verify real people, then not mention you have to be a premium member to do anything! Stupid as hell!

I’ve tried Tinder and Bumble, and I absolutely HATED the thirsty men on there. I wanted to try something different, guys who were actually wanting a relationship. I came across this app, and I thought “what do I got to lose?” For one, It gives you a complete questioner for your bio (which makes things easier) and you have to answer, otherwise you can’t create a profile. It definitely narrows down the men from the pigs. Secondly, the guys on here are NOT the same guys I’ve seen on both tinder and bumble. Most of these guys are sweet and are genuinely looking for a relationship. Don’t get me wrong, there’s always going to be a bad apple every once in a while, but this is by far the best app I’ve used for someone who actually wants to date.

I paid the initial fee and got my 5 contact a day. I almost never got a answer to my reply to girls who actually write to me first. (Are those real people) I noticed a pattern . Always the same kind of initial message from a lot of people. I started sending a pic of my WeChat contact. Now I got a message saying many people blacklisted me and I can not even login anymore. Very very bad app. Horrible experience.

First off, I paid the 45 dollars to chat. App was very buggy. But, I was able to meet a couple nice women, then one came one telling me my picture was being used in other places and black-listed me. Next thing I know I am locked out and my Name is replaced by one 'Loe.' There is no process to clear up any confusion and reset password doesn't work. Wished this didn't happen, it was 4 stars 不错 up until that happened....

Bad experience, I was introducing to this app yesterday, I make a subscription to be a VIP yesterday, I first make the payment of 25 dollars, it was activated but I still couldn't message anyone then I have to make another payments of 65 dollars, they took the money from my account but still haven't be updated to VIP yet, I have sent a message to your email several times but no response, please help me fix this as soon as possible.

Very disappointed, I paid for certification hoping to be able to read an reply messages. I'm allowed to chat with only 5 people per day, I get a lot of messages everyday but when I reply, no one replies again. I doubt if my messages really get to the recipient. I am regretting the money I pay for certification.

My Visa cards are being declined or message says payment can not be completed. I only have 3 credit cards in Google Pay wallet. They're probably using an old deleted card..I've tried about 20 time. I'm going to dump this app if they won't allow me to upgrade! It's ridiculous!!!

I really like the app but the only thing that concerns me is the payment method instead of having one method of paying why not have several methods for us who don't have a debit or credit card it's more easy for us to just pay with our main account overall it's not that bad but the payment methods should be taken seriously if not then the list you guys can do is to let people chat for free.
