TN CareBridge PCS EVV offers a patented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution for personal care services, home health services, and health plan care managers. Originally launched in 2009, CareBridge has spent more than a decade refining our technology through multiple statewide rollouts. Our EVV solution includes four modalities (mobile app, beneficiary-based tablet, telephony/IVR, and fixed device) along with additional functionalities and customizations to support ease of use, efficient capture of real-time data, integration with additional data sources, and advanced real-time reporting and analytics. Our technology is fully compliant with the 21st Century Cures Act and also includes a large number of features and capabilities that go well beyond the minimal requirements of the 21st Century Cures Act.

TN CareBridge PCS EVV provides electronic access to caregiver schedules, allows caregivers to check in and check out for visits in real time, and enables caregiver documentation of care plans and observed changes in member conditions. The application functions regardless of whether the user has data access at the time of the visit. TN CareBridge PCS EVV collects time and location for the caregiver only explicitly upon check in and check out. No location or time data is polled by the application and CareBridge has no passive access to user information.

When you have to do respite hours we should be able to see when we clocked in clock out to do rest for hours you guys need to get an app for the respite hours

When I get ready to sign I need to sign in what group, provider and my username and password. And sometimes I need to do it about 4 times before I can clock-in.

App gives me a hard time clocking in sometimes it won't even show my schedule. The family constantly gets calls to see if I was there.

Bad App, just a bad app. You can only clock in/out for each day. You can not see or track your hours for each week. Why would a company spend their money on such a poor App for their employees to use.

Worst app I've ever tried to use. Can't find the company u work for easily, very disorganized. And u can't see your signature . I get pissed every time I clock in and out. Ridiculous.
