Good day starts with good morning! Go to bed at the right time and wake up in between your natural 90-minute sleep cycles to feel rested and refreshed. A good night's sleep consists of 5-6 complete sleep cycles.

Sleep Calculator helps you decide when to go to bed so that you can wake at a specific time ensuring a good night’s rest, or what time you should wake up if you want to go to bed right now.

If you want to determine your real sleep cycles - our Sleep Tracker functionality allows you to track and analyze your sleep and, if done correctly, will show you your sleep progress – when you were in light, deep or REM (dream) sleep phase and the breakdown of your sleep cycles. Snoring/noise detection can be enabled as well.

Like it cz it hv "Sleep Calculator" which suggest wake up/ go to bed time. Is free totally no advertisement 👍👍. But it can't allow me to add in sleep time if I forgot to trace & the total duration of sleep time will not automatically sum up the same day sleep duration so for a person who often hv nap time will not be able to know the whole day correct sleep duration data. So my opinion it suuitable for thosewho didn't hv nap habit but not for the person who hv nap habit.

It's the exact same thing as the web version, but works offline. No ads, no buy me, no annoyances. Great job developer! It has helped me sleep properly many times during the school year!

I do a lot of split sleeping and I'd love to see a graph of the total time spent asleep in a day vs awake with split sleep times. Right now it puts every sleep session in a separate column - which is useful- but for me to see how much total sleep in a day I need to do additional math and ignore many "sleep debt" numbers

Very impressive. Three little requests: 1. Add nature sounds (nightingale, robins, wind, streams etc) to the alarm sound options. 2. Allow the alarm to very gently fade in over 5 minutes. 3. Allow the alarm to snooze and gently fade in again at an appropriate smart time.

TONY KAY'S 1 star review on here is garbage. "Cant change how long it takes to get to sleep", so he rates it one star? Try doing math maybe? It accounts for 15 minutes avg. So if you take longer to fall asleep, you change your wake up time (setting alarm), however many minutes past the suggested time. Sometimes you have to use your brain in life rather than your phone or something else do everything for you. For the developers, this app kicks ass. I work long days, and this insures great sleep

Such a brilliant app that I use daily! It's so simple but that's all it has to be for me to work out the exact amount of sleep I'm getting. I even schedule my activities around it sometimes. Great app, highly recommend if you want to improve your sleep schedule!

I'm not convinced this is very accurate. I used it for 7 days and just had the best nights sleep, but this app rated it 50% quality with only a few minutes of Rem. I know that can't be right. Also, the snore recording indicates I slept quite well

I would leave 5 stars however there are couple of things I had bad experience with. One time I tracked my sleep but woke up before the alarm so I stopped the recording and everything was deleted. It also would be good if there is a smart wake up where it wakes you up if you're ending a cycle not just the standard alarm. Because sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and this will disrupt my sleep cycle and the time I'm supposed to wake up would be different.

Recommend adding another function on the home page of "if I want to go to bed at this time then set an alarm for these hours" so you can plan ahead instead of having to wait for the time you wish to go to sleep to roll around since I've had to go onto another app multiple times for this feature. The app also doesn't appear to accurately grasp when I fall asleep and when I wake up, also the trends section is stuck four months ago. For how this one works, I'd recommend just getting another app.

So disappointed! Really liked this app, but recently it started cutting out and telling me sleep tracking was interrupted. I've been late to work twice now because of this! I've tried changing the settings to no avail. Maybe it needs an update? Unfortunately I'll be using a different app from now on.

Is a decent app but it does not change the results when I put a time in, as in, it does not calculate the wake up or go to sleep times. Specifically, the when should I wake up time. Doesn't matter what I put in, wake up time is always the same.

Very well designed user interfaces. Practical and even desirable. I've used paid apps and I enjoyed them, but this is still a step up. Nice I'll add one suggestion: use dark themed colour schemes. That light blue main screen can be just a tiny bit jarring but that's getting a bit nitpicky. Thanks

Have been using this app for a while, I can't vouch for how accurate the data is based on snoring. But the stuff it does give you, like notes, hours slept and an alarm that at least better than a normal alarm. Does scary me putting my phone on or next my bed over night especially while charging but if the phones blow up it probably take the house anyway. I love the charts section and plots. App very stable, never had it crash. Over all, definitely worth using. You got nothing to lose. 👍 10/10

Calculates waking up time perfectly, and the alarm is great for light sleepers like myself, but probably not for heavy sleepers. I think the accelerometer is quite faulty; it says I've been in "deep sleep" when I've been picking up the phone to turn it off. I don't know what specifically is wrong, but I can just tell this sleep movement tracker is a bit dodgy

There are two things seriously wrong with this app. 1, If I happen to wake up, I have to stop it from recording in order to view the data. When I turn it back on, it starts recording from scratch, and ignores the amount of sleep I've had already. 2, Since I work shifts and often switch between day and night at a moment's notice. I need an app that records the amount of sleep I've had over a ROLLING 24 HOUR period. I want to see instantly how many hours sleep I've had in the previous 24 hours.

Does not improve the sleep but provides you the data for own analysis. Main thing that it's free and ad free, love to the developer and it has everything almost which you would require, normally it says to keep battery atleast 60% but it takes only 10-15 in 6-7hrs of my sleep. Graphs are very accurate as it actually says what I feel about my sleep quality that night. Thankyou very much to the developer. Have been searching for app like this for years(2-3).

Didn't realize it had other features, its a great little app. Tells you when to wake up and be refreshed based on average REM cycles and love that it has reminders to go to bed and alarm. I may be using it more often after realizing that. Nice to have everything in one place.

Top recommend to all the other sleep tracking apps. This app is not a coach to help you sleep better. It provides data for 'you' to determine how to improve your sleep. No trial period and paywall for all the features like all the rest. Does not integrate with other fit apps or smartwatches, but barely drains phone battery while tracking.

I want to rate this higher. This was one of the few free sleep tracking apps I found with a custom notes feature (i.e. "good day", "bad day", "ate out", "exercised", etc.) - and for that it's great. HOWEVER, there is still no "export to CSV" or similar option, even after a couple years of requesting it from the dev, so I have years of data basically held hostage by this app. Also, there are occasional bugs which cause sleep tracking to end early and the alarm to never go off. Do not recommend.

Best free app for sleep tracking. Reasonably good sleep tracker, including cycles. I wish it would show a line graph of sleep movement and sound, instead of only showing Light Sleep, REM, and Deep Sleep. Trends section is reasonably robust. I wish there was a bar graph that combined duration with bed time and wake time, same as Google Fit and Sleep as Android show. I also wish there was a nap option. That being said, it's still the best free app out there, almost as good as Sleep as Android.
