This used to be an excellent app for the scientific 7 minute workout. Today I find that the original free "Full Body" workout had been changed to include different exercises. When I attempted to customize it back to the proper exercises it blocks me at a pay-wall. Please restore the previous full body workout or at least offer the option for either the original or "new" version.

the app is good and I used it today for the first time and I already got a problem! The watch app is weird; it's not sync with the phone app and doesn't show much helpful information either. I had to start the workout on my phone after I finished it for the app to record it. I don't understand, if the watch monitoring does not sync with phone, what's the point? [I use galaxy note 8 and watch 4]

Great clips and cartoon models; not a data hog. Truly quick & efficient. - I question that picking fitness exp levels actually translates to appropriate modules being offered. - We all hate subscription models. If I am truly a beginner, would be nice to access a $5 pack of beginner-levels? The "first timer" during the 7d free trial was great. But it never pops up again on the hourly group workout offerings. Only time will tell if a new routine gets "unlocked" after 2 solid months of sessions...

Great app limited by outrageous price. Let me start by saying I really like this app. I use the free full body workout and check the daily free workout often. The app works great and is well designed with clear vocal callouts and the vocals can even be customized. However to unlock everything they want $10 a month or $80 a year upfront. That's insane. Another service wanting a monthly pay out. If you said $30-$50 ONE TIME to unlock everything I'd consider it. I don't see the value as it is

This 3-dimensional "workout buddy" is perfect for showing correct positioning. The "Announcer "is very helpful in keeping you going. There is a large variety of Exercises/Activities to choose from, at which the app user can choose their own level of challenge at a pace that's best for their individual abilities, as they grow in strength, and stamina.

Its a good tool to remind you to be active every day. It gives instructions what training would be performed, but you can feed other trainigs as well to keep the track and score if you do one day simething else. The subscription is an affordable price compared to similar programms. Why 4 instead of 5 points: no description on the single traunings what to look for to avoid performing it wrong and no description for what particular muscle group each practice is good. overall a good app

I'm really enjoying this app and the gamification is really great. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I would like to be able to reorder the exercises in a set. Right now, it's very difficult to go from sitting to standing so I'd prefer to be able to do all the floor exercises at once and the standing exercises together. I suppose all that up and down adds to the benefits of the workout though. And I can create my own workout so there are options. All in all, this is a great app!

This app is amazing. It's has every workout for every workout type from beginner to expert. Like any work out app. You can target any part of the body but big library and depth is great and added bonus it's only seven minute so you can get a great workout in in under ten minute that's beautiful especially if you are at work or have a busy schedule and don't have the time. Yeah even single parents can do it. No excuses just do it🎖🔥 but the only setback is that you have to pay for it and intent no one time payment it's a subscription so has a subscriber it can be costly in the long term but worth the investment. Get the app it will change your health life. Hint Hack

I've used this for over a year now. Haven't missed a day. The 7 minute workout default helps you maintain if you have a good diet, proper sleep, and if you do it EVERY DAY. The app is nice because it helps you stick to the every day part. Wish they would move away from subscriptions for other workouts, but the free one is all you need. Daily I do two circuits of 50s exercises with 5s rest between. That has kept me in great shape and surprisingly boosted my endurance.

I wish more than one free workout was accessible without paying for the app, but I like it well enough to have used it off and on for several years. (For one thing, it's refreshing that it doesn't have images of underclothed people doing workouts, which distracts from my purpose for exercising.) The Full Body workout is consistently doable and customizable for length of time for each exercise, so I can increase the time as I build strength. I alternate this with yoga and walking.

Two workouts in and I'm loving the quick, high-intensity exercises. At the end it asks how the workout felt with only three options: too Easy, Good, or too Hard. My only complaint is that these are not enough options to adequately gauge where a person is at, for instance the recent workout was a little hard on my legs, but fine on my arms and I'm not too tired, just really sore, and I wish there were a way to give more specific feedback after an exercise.

Great way to get exercise and stay in shape without taking a lot of time upate-stopped using this for several months due to family issues. With the current update can't find how to log other exercise. 20 min pushing a lawnmower should count towards 7 minutes of exercise. Haven't figured out how to pause it if needed either. In the past if I missed too many days and had to start over I still had the exercises I'd unlocked. That doesn't seem to be the case this time.

I really want to love this app, because it's genuinely convenient and very useful. However, the wear OS component is absolutely useless. You can't sync it with a phone, which makes no sense to me. Furthermore, I can't ever get workout intervals to change! I spend more time adjusting the app, and being frustrated by it than I do working out!

Perfect work out app if you either don't have much time to workout or want to just get a great intense work out in a fraction of the time of going to the gym. So many moves and no equipment needed aside from a chair or wall once and a while. Not a big fan of the instructors though. They are just goofy characters that don't offer much advice or inspiration to your work out. Would be great if the instructors said stuff based on the particular move you are doing. Some music would be nice too!

I found this app about 2 years ago. The workouts are effective and great for busy people. And it syncs with Apple and Google! But what I loved most was all the charts showing my progress towards the goal. I fell off the wagon for a little while and when I came back, an update had removed all of my beautiful charts! Since then, I've tried 3 times to pick it back up with little to no success. There is just very little left encouraging me to stick with it.

I have a love/hate relationship with this app. On one side, the variety of the exercises is great and the effect that it has on you with just (usually) 7 mins a day is noticeable. But on the bad side it has very bad things at the same time: the subscription is insane for what it offers, compared to any other app: $10 a month!! For the same thing over and over? Really? And then, the training is demanding you to practice every day for 7 months on a row, no exceptions, to keep some kind of "progress". If you miss it 3 days for any real impossibility, let's say because you have a trip, visits at home, whatever, you completely lose the progress. No matter if you have been doing it 4 months (120 days) every day on a row, without exception. That is really discouraging, the opposite to what the app should do. I thing it is a good thing for starting, but don't use it without a plan B in your mind.

I've gone about 9 or 10 months within this program and I've been very pleased with it. The app does just what you expect it to with it a clean design and easy to use interface. I like the animated exercise demos--they're well done and I prefer them to video clips. The basic 7 minute set is really all you need and probably the most all around effective one I've tried, but the specialised workouts that I've sampled are pretty good too. They add some variety and give you s lot more options.

It's great to have this app on my watch! However it's buggy (registers most of my exercises twice when I only do them once). And it's almost impossible to pick stuff at my level (total beginner), I can't do a one handed plank! I marked myself as a beginner and should NOT be presented with such advanced stuff. All in all though great app, it's definitely getting me off my chair!

The worksouts are nice. You have plenty of options, nicely put into categories. You can also easily make the routines harder by adding more or doing the set 2 rotations of the set. The only flaw for me is the price it is a little steep. If you only use this app as your personal gym, then it's not to bad. But if you like to use it as a digital trainer at the gym it adds up. The free trial helps test the waters first and you can decide for yourself. I

The app doesn't present all it's features very well, but after getting the hang of it I'm really enjoying it. Some suggestions. The duel feature should be more robust. It's a nice feature of you have someone also using the app, but could be a lot better. Custom exercises in custom workouts. No animation work necessary. The premade workouts, though there are a lot and I will use them occasionally, are pretty bad at covering the different strength levels of an individuals body.
