I was not able to go past the registration stage. Scanning ID, worked on 4th try Inconsistency in the info requested in the application Why do I need to have my passport available with me to complete registration. They got my photo, and asked for extra authentication, why do they need a selfie. I got a blank page on step 2. I needed to repeat the registration steps many times.

I am foreigner, I don't speak Arabic, but app is exclusively in Arabic. A friend tought me what to click, which I do, but app keeps on reporting error, I cannot get to stage to enter my date of birth. Earlier restarting my phone or force stop of app worked, but since yesterday not even that. Not even uninstalling and installing again worked.

It's not a user friendly, you need to wait long time for any response after your transaction specially the message sent that your picture is not matching!!! And the field Of entering the email address has no option to shift to letters in order to enter ، means you have to reserve your mobile an hours waiting to finish regestration ,it's unbelievable

App does not load any information, it keeps showing the loading spinner wherever you navigate and you would wait for eternity and eventually nothing shows up... then it started showing a black screen and a loading spinner... used it for less than 5 minutes then uninstalled it instantly

I have nothing to say but it doesn't work! Takes forever to register as it doesn't go beyond step 3 or 4 if you're lucky. I was advised to only sign for the certificate, but turns out I have to repeat the process every time I want to get it! Took a screen shot and uninstalled this horrible app

Worst registration ever! I am not able to pass phase 4, verifying the OTP.. After that I tried to re-register but it fails due to an already created account! How the account is created while I didn't put any credentials?!... Develop a new one with simpler steps and straightforward registration. الفكرة لطيفة بس التنفيذ سيء

As usual the govt continues to deliver poor apps knows for faults bugs and delay in processing. The app is unstable in its responses and hangs. Logic of process is unacceptable ie comparing photos of required selfies vs photo on record . The app says photo doesnt match. I tried activating a new user for two wks finally it worked but dont know how. Its rubbish piece.

I'm connected through vpn, and it keeps saying no connection, if i disable the VPN it works, which is stupid. Hope u fix this stupid issue.

Such a badly developed app! i wasted 2 hours trying to complete the 6 steps required to register new user account! first it failed multiple times to scan the id, then it go stuck on loading page, then it failed it failed to authenticate 2nd factor authentication codes that was sent by THEM!! everytime it times out or get stuck on loading screen, I had to repeat the 6 steps all over again!!! whyy!!??? In the phone number setting menu it actually shows a list of country codes, but they don't work

To start off, this app is officially useless. Most reviews on this app are 1 star apparently, no wonder why some still have it installed, it's useless and very slow; ads are everwhere, if it lags or stops working you won't be able to enter any place or buy anything or even get hospitalized without it; it's upsetting and not fair. Terrible experience. It requires a selfie and it matches it with my picture a few years ago and then tells me it does not match!!! That tells you a lot about what to expect. What if a person has face burns or grew a beard or gained weight! The forget your password is even more than a hassle, outdated and time consuming with bugs and out of the blue logout. I wish there is no stars as an option.

Removed all the useful features like owned cars and driving license section in the latest update! Also most of the services are just a dummy button with coming soon message

Very terrible user experience, doing OTP code verification for mobile and email at the same time doesn't make any sense, and what's annoying is that there's a timer 60 seconds to fill the codes, also you have to login every time you enter the application. A lot of people are having trouble registering because of the picture matching feature in the application, very bad image processing and it's a bad idea to compare someone's picture now with their ID pic.
