It would have 5 stars if not for my reason below. I was able to allow myself to "fall" into it. His voice guiding my visuals. For this first time, I was truly able to relax and "drift off" into a natural state of comfort. My mindset was clear, and not a single thought came through other than what I was feeling. The fifth star is missing because when you're in the deep relaxation, his voice comes back WAY TO LOUD!!! It snapped me back out of my relaxation. Right back to the beginning.

I love this app and used it almost every night to either fall asleep or to fall back to sleep in the middle of the night. HOWEVER, I was forced to uninstall the app because it suddenly started making my Android U.I. crash over and over every time I tried to use it. I had to reboot into save mode uninstall it, then reboot again. I wish I could still use this but I can't. -------- After contacting the company, they sent me a link to download an mp3 and I'm using that now. Thanks.

I've been using Glen for 10+ years. I have chronic insomnia. He's helped me through some really tough nights. I broke my phone once & had to get a new one. This app was the 1st thing I downloaded. When I went for a sleep study, the tech asked what the app was, she'd heard many in her line of work. Apparently she now uses it. The tone and rate of the voice is the make or break for an app like this. Glen's voice is lovely to listen to. I use some of his other apps to just calm down during the day.

Always though I couldn't be hyponotised maybe Im not but I have had trouble sleeping for 40 years and according to my Fitbit watch I got the most deep sleep I've had in 5 years. Excellent app to help you learn new ways to fix the sleep issue. It's not instant but just like everything else don't give up and keep listening finally something that makes my mind focused and relax I will try the others...note to creators you should if u don't already have a free version of all ur apps, I've been listening to the free sleep one and just purchased it this week. I think it helped more because I'd already become accustomed to the voice and the transsion from trying to just sleep to focusing on trying to relax more. Many Thanks to you also!

I have a very very difficult time relaxing enough to have a good sleep. My mind is always running rapid on what I did do,should have done and still have to do. These listing techniques and learning to focus on them and not what's going on in my mind has been a definite plus to the point I can hardly believe it. so I would say pick your favorite sound to start with listen to that and just enjoy and you'll have a wonderful night's sleep before you know it!

I got to enjoy the app for one night. Where, it did its job then, every time I attempted to listen after the first time, the volume would involuntary blast itself at full volume and the mute itself only seconds later. It wasn't my headphones, it wasnt the phone. My spotify, facebook and instagram apps' volumes worked properly. I cannot fall asleep to that nonsense.

I was skeptical at first, but this app has definitely helped me sleep. I particularly like the Mindfulness for Deep Sleep recording. I also like that I can buy individual recordings, rather than commit to a monthly subscription. I have found this app to be useful for stress reduction, mindfulness practice, and maintaining a healthier mindset in general.

I've used these meditations on and off throughout the years, I'd guess I started back in 2014 or earlier. I notice a significant change in my outlook and positivity when I practice regularly! A few friends have tried these and it seems to be a hit or miss; a few of them can't get used to the vibrational sounds but I personally love them. My mentality going in is that those vibrations help me fall into trance quicker so it's not an annoyance, but a tool to enhance my meditation. 10/10 🧘🏾♂️

I was skeptical about this at first, but it was free, so no loss. I have long term insomnia, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue...which make it extremely hard to get to sleep and stay asleep, which in turn makes the fibro and fatigue all the worse. So explode all of that in about 20 minutes as Glenn Harrold not only gave me sleep but gave me a solid night of restful, comfortable sleep! Since then, I have had that same kind of sleep every night and always wake up ready to go!

I use this app all the time it works I do have a request though. It would be much better.. When you select to repeat your selection over and over;. please fix it so it doesn't start with disclaimer for driving while listening or descrobing what you expect.. I'm usally relaxed or asleep at that point and it startles me when it starts over. If repeat is selected I suggest forwarding it to a soothing point of the session. 5 stars if done. Thanks either way love your work.

I made a Playlist of important tracks followed by the relaxation and sleep track with a sleep ending. I am a worrier and have never been good at falling asleep. However, I have noticed a huge improvement in my sleep habits. I will be sharing this app with my team of doctors because one had asked me who I use. I'm really pleased with the app! The price isn't bad, either. I bought a few hypnosis CDs, too. These tracks are more effective and cheaper than the CDs.

This is a wonderful app that helps me fall asleep and stay asleep, even waking up with a more positive approach to the day than I may have otherwise had. I've been using this app for at least 4 years with not many changes to the core events - they know they found what works right out of the gate! An excellent app- try it for yourself. If better sleep is what you want, or less time wasted turning and tossing trying to get to sleep, then the real question is now only ; "When will you try it"?

I loved this app when I first got it, loved it so much I downloaded over 30 programs. They only provide 1 play list so I was going to put them on my play list, what a joke, over $400 worth of hypnosis programs and music downloaded into the app. You actually rent the programs. If you delete the app all the programs and all that money is gone. A terrible waste of money, it is totally a disgrace and a ripoff. I originally gave it 5 stars but have taken it to 2.

I'm someone who has trouble going to sleep at night. rolling around for 1 to3 hours before I can finally drift away. with this app, I've tried the relax and sleep well free edition and was super skeptical though the whole thing. I came to the end, took out my headphones and was still like "yeah...okay" then, just like that, I was out in dreamland. so I've been listening to it every night for the last month and have been quickly going out. the more I listen the faster I've been drifting to sleep.

The free sleep recordings are what put me to sleep each night. I love it! It says use with head phones, but even without them and my fan running I am asleep before the recording is over. I have made myself stay awake long enough to hear most of it, cause I was skeptical with anything saying hypnosis in the title. Glenn's voice and the music work to relax you and help you sleep. Definitely a must for any one that struggledls with insomnia or the in ability to fall asleep!

Glenn is helping me through one of the hardest times in my life right now. at first, i just downloaded the sleep app. then, I found myself feeling better and sleeping better. I have been an insomniac since I was 12. Once I moved on to the anxiety apps, OMG!! what a difference!! I am dedicated to take time for me 2xs a day, at least, just to meditate with Glenn and it has improved my Outlook on life drastically!!

Like others, I was skeptical when downloading this app, but I just wanted to find something...anything that could help me fall asleep. I had downloaded others, and deleted them shortly after because they didn't work. This one has been the one to stay! I find that on nights I listen to this app, I wake up feeling more rested than the nights I don't. Using this with headphones is great! I tried it without them and I feel like I get a better sleep with them.

I've been listening to the free version of the sleep recording in an attempt to nap (doctor's orders). While I haven't fallen asleep yet, I'm able to get into a very restful state. His voice is ok and the music isn't too loud. The affirmations are good. I would like to know what the subliminal messages are. Also, I think he counts up too fast at the end. Still feel a bit sleepy. Update: due to increased anxiety, I've started listening to the free session on that. I really like it!

I've used this app for years, absolutely no problem & I really do love it, but in the last 2 weeks, all my meditations, even the ones I've paid for, have disappeared even after hitting restore. I have to uninstall/reinstall the app and then download them all again. It lasts for a night or two and repeats the cycle. It's getting annoying to be ready for bed only to have to go through this process, and let's be honest, it takes a while.

I've tried so many different apps like this & honestly this is the best one. I started using it during the pandemic when sitting at home all day everyday made sleeping very difficult & very much off track. But as things started to get going in life again & a few phones later I'd stopped using it. Then I've been locked out of that Google account for a few yrs. I couldn't remember the name & no other ones would do the job like the man whose voice is narrating in this one. But then I found it & joy
