It used to be a good app, now it's not as user friendly, it's slow and the form guide on horses doesn't drop down most of the time it freezes. The old app was better by a country mile.

Gee whiz , this new version is a nightmare , to slow , to clunky and unresposive . Very dissapointing , i will looking at other form guides for my racing information . Please fix it , Thanks

Used to be a great app buts its new update is simply atrocious. Its made things slower and much harder to read the form and the layout is a mess. Go back to the older version so the app can be useful again.

Was my go to for international and Australian racing. Once again greed took over and all key information is buried behind a pay wall. Plus the fact that you have the audacity to run ads on paid members just shows what direction this app is going in. Will be uninstalling and would not suggest anyone download it... P. S. - Don't bother with the customer service 101 response. Unless it's to tell me the pay wall is gone I genuinely don't care.

As this app has become more used for advertising than its originally focused agenda of doing form, I find it takes longer to set a page up, tries to be over smart with its page planning, and for me has lost its mojo.

Good place to look up the form, tipping there should be ignored and a lot of the articles are a waste of space, when U try to get your password reset the email never comes. A lot of problems but to do form it's great .

If the last upgrade wasn't bad enough now you are forcing people to update your App otherwise it can't be used at all then when you do you are forcing them to spend $19.99 a month to use the features. This App bombards you with constant Betting Agents and for the past year has been going down hill quickly. Now to find you have the balls to ask people to pay for information they can get from other FREE websites is a disgrace.

I'm so glad it's not just me based on other reviews. This app used to be the best of them all for the form on your phone, now it is trash. Nothing clicks properly, always refreshing, and just outright terrible. I will be looking elsewhere for another form app if this doesn't change back.

New design is not enjoyable to use. Whether it's just on Android setup I'm not sure but it doesn't feel optimized to the phone, feels more like using a desktop site from your phone. The refresh slide down feature is too sensitive between selecting different races.

I put up with the app that didn't work poor UX and crashed frequently for 2 plus years. Now the format is not well designed to analyse form. Not sure that you have ever tested the app with customers. But most of all the adding a subscription fee to what was free is a huge mistake. Very disappointed.

This new app update is atrocious. Basic functionality is not even working. Trying to select a race field causes the whole screen to refresh or keep scrolling. Unusable. Has anyone even tested thus on Android 10 before it was released. DO NOT USE THIS APP IT IS A DISCRACE.!!

Used to be so much better. I now find the app rather laggy and slow to use. Stats blocked behind a paywall that I can just access free on smoother platforms. Needing to subscribe to read opinion pieces at $20 a month I don't see the value. In the end just deleted it as it has no use any more. Just a classic case of having something good then over thinking it and over engineered and made it irrelevant

From what was recently the BEST phone app for racing in the world, it has become basically unusable. It is glitchy, it skips up and down when scrolling, whenever I scroll to the right to read form it refreshes the page. Whoever decided to change it to this total abomination should never be allowed to make ANY decision EVER again about ANYTHING! If anybody knows of a good racing app please hit me up. Did anybody even check it before you decided to update? This is a joke!

This was my favourite app to use, clean UI to see relevant stats and relatively easy to navigate, yes there was issues with trying to log in via the app but I forgave it as it wasn't a deal breaker. Now behind a paywall for everything that was free before. Add the audacity to still run ads after subscribing. Thumbs down. Will find the inevitable better service to fill the void these people created for themselves.

Almost unusable with all the auto refresh areas. Every time you scroll up the page it refreshes. So frustrating. Small issues seemingly introduced recently: - blackbook upcoming races follows no logical system. Used to be sorted by meeting then race number - generally slow - buttons on main form page are slow or unresponsive, including expanding sections. Painful. - can't access form page after midnight for international races. Have to go through results section to find next race. - etc

Older version much better to use. New app keeps scrolling back up to the top ads Every time you make a selection. Soo annoying. I use the speed map heaps, new app make it difficult to use. You have to keep scrolling back down everytime you select between starting and finishing speeds. Now even the website does the same.. Having to keep scrolling down after you make a selection. Update. Scroll issue fixed. Failed points-next race scroll, double menu when scrolling down, return to form button
