This app really works. After smoking a pack a day for over 30 years, I am now a nonsmoker. It uses real-world scenarios and approaches nicotine like the addictive drug that it is. It simply changes your mind about smoking/nicotine. *I do wish they would find a better editor for the way the wording in the videos are. Every time I would watch one particular video, it would just throw me off. I almost had to subliminally change my thinking just for this one video.

I was skeptical at first but had tried every quit smoking technique/aid with the exception of hypnosis. I had smoked for 25 years and I have tried to quit several times over the past couple of years. I figured it couldn't hurt to try this app, after all it was completely free. Although it seems a bit clunky and cheesy, it works!!! I'm proud to say, after completing this program, I am now 7 days smoke-free and did it without cravings or irritability. I would recommend this program to anyone.

Having been smoking at least a pack a day for the last 15 years, it seemed almost impossible that that could ever change. Until QuitSure. I had my skepticisms, but I am currently 3 months clean and happier than ever! I loved how the app didn't make you change your habits at all (until the last day), instead it made you think about the habits in a different light. You do have to have the mindset that you're truly going to quit in order for it to work. But you can do it! It is so so worth it!!

Best decision of my life🥰 I have been a smoker for 23 years at 2 +pks a day. This app was the ideal approach for me, a 50 year smoker, to quit. It separated the addiction from the ingrained behavior triggers thus providing the insight & motivation to become tobacco free. Reccomend it if you're highly motivated to quit. If you aren't ain't nothing gonna help you. Quitting's the most difficult thing I've done on my life and this app was the boost I needed.

Well, there's really not much to say here, but if you're really looking into making a healthy lifestyle change this is a phenomenal place to start. I have been a smoker for almost 40 years!!! I've tried to quit multiple times, hypnosis, the patch, Chantix, etc. it would only work temporarily. I've never quit without having some help. This app is bizarre! It's been almost a week and I haven't touched a cigarette nor thought much about one. I don't understand it but I am grateful for it! Give it a try! I am a senior who had quit several times over the years and then started again when I was stressed. I quit with this app about 4-5 months ago. There were a few rough points the first month, but I then went thru the exercises and final video to help me thru those times. I have had a couple triggers since then and have remembered that not only did the cigarettes not help my stress levels, they actually made them worse. It's getting easier and I don't think I would have made it this far.

Honestly, this app is really helpful. It can seem tedious or like it just keeps repeating, but thats needed to actually help change the way you feel about smoking and to also begin to acknowledge the real way that smoking makes our bodies feel. If you really want to quit this app is definitely worth a try. It helped reveal some misconceptions I had. Quitting has not been easy, or trigger free, but this app has made it easier than I thought it could be for me!

This app truthfully gave me the tools to quit smoking! I had tried willpower, cold turkey, vaping, switching to other habits... nothing worked permanently. I remember how helpless I felt that I couldn't just quit. Some of the exercises and activities seem boring or repetitive... but it really does work to quit nicotine all together. This app really helped me to set a date, prepare, use mindfulness to quit smoking once and for all. I feel urges but no real cravings. I feel you have the tools to deal with these now. Your mind is very powerful. This app is worth a try. There is a text and a video option for subscription. They clearly state when signing up. They expect you to cancel after a month. Also having access to a personal quit coach is quite invaluable!

Great system, repetition is key with this one and it does a great job of reminding you why you want to quit in the first place. Definitely has some localization and formatting issues that wouldn't have mattered as much when it was free, but now that it's a monthly 10 dollar charge, the rough edges aren't as excusable. Either way, it got me to finally quit, so no real complaints here

I think this program can be very effective, it offers an acceIerated path to quit. It hit me hard and has been a real help in quitting. 2 things to know: the program is quite intensive, be sure you're ready to spend time on it before you start. The app is dependant on network connection. I understand there are limits to what can be included in the app itself, but the lack of ability to read scripts or mark accomplishments when offline makes it very difficult for rural users like myself.

I quit! Im not craving. The app could use some editing, but the idea works. For those wondering...this is not a tracking app. It works through changing the way you think about smoking and practicing a more mindful smoking. It takes 6 days to completely quit. I have been smoke free for two months now and wanted to update my review since i heard they are charging now. Some of the videos are a little cheesy, but if you can suspend judgement and just do the exercises, I swear on my life it works!

Easiest quit ever. I did have some withdrawal symptoms and have been using NRT to mitigate that, which the app says not to do, but it is 100% true that my cravings for actual cigarettes are gone, and I don't foresee myself ever smoking again. I truly feel like a non-smoker for the first time in nearly 10 years. There were some typos in the app, and some of the phrasing in the videos was pretty obnoxious. But no ads, and it was easy to follow. Would recommend!

QuitSure is an amazing app. If you want to quit that nasty smoking, get this app and start on the road to quitting. Sometimes there is a lot of reading, but take your time reading and it's great 👍😀. If you want mostly videos, before you pay, go to section on English for either text or video, change to video. I quit for 3 years then had a death in the family and started up again, and 4 days non smoker now and still feel this is a great app😊😊.

Update: 3 years later not a single craving. I recommend this app to everyone I meet who will listen. It works. Really. Permanently. I was like all of the others, skeptical. I found the grammatical errors off-putting. I found the cheesy nature of it all off putting. But let me fkn tell you. I followed the steps and when it was time I quit. I didn't rage, I just quit. The exercises work. I'm free. Like actually. This is fantastic. Probably saved my life.

The hype is real. I smoked a pack a day for 20+ years with many attempts to quit. This program completely changed the way I think and feel about smoking. I completed the program 2 weeks ago, have been cigarette free, and am 1000% sure I will NEVER smoke another one again. It's cheesey, repetative, and time-consuming, BUT if you do the program, don't skip any sections (unless prompted), you will change your brain and never look back. Sorry, they didn't sell me on it (nice sales pitch though). I'm still hung up on the fact that they say it will work in 12 days, yet they want a monthly subscription. The reasoning of "well other stuff costs more" and "We're GIVING you extra time when you pay for a month" are weak. You don't HAVE to do apps as SAS. If there was either a one-time purchase fee or a lower subscription fee, I'd do it. The fact that it's an expensive monthly fee shows a lack of confidence in the product.
