I used to have a good experience with this app. But why suddenly I can't log in to my chat plus account?? I've already pay for a subscription, but now I can't even log in to my account?! Please help me..

hope the app can be fix asap because it's laggy and always show blank screen at first so we have to close it again before reopen

Chat room looks poor quality, the font is too small, can you make a little bigger? There is no translation per message, all are translated at the same time. I still don't know if I like this function since the text in the original language disappears, although it can be seen again by removing the translation. Google is not the best option for kor-eng, so the translations are not reliable... another thing, there's no "read" function. add this please without it it feels like talking to the wall

I tried subscribing to ZB1's Plus Chat but it doesn't come out!! I paid already through Google Play Store but it doesn't pop out in the Plus Chat app 😭😭😭😭😭

Please repair your interface for "plus chat", why it have too many steps just to look at my subscribed artist.. this is "chat" app.. please make it user friendly..

translation sucks and app is slow and laggy. says the translation uses google translate but its not even coherent and when i copy and paste the text myself to google translate it is at least understandable. my goodness i cannot understand anything from the auto translation

This app is so slow and laggy. The translations are always wrong. The notifications sometimes come late as well.

Extremely slow laggy app with the worst translations. Also not transparent with how much the artists actually earn from subscriptions, or if they earn anything at all. Won't be subscribing again.

make the chat ballons bigger, we almost have to squint to read with how small these letters are. also make it so that translations don't erase the original text. idol chats should be easy to access, instead i have to take several steps to get there; fix-it!

1. Put the CHAT tool on the front page. I have to put more effort and patience to wait to enter the chat and i hate it cuz this apps is so slow 2. All the things on the front page are useless 3. The google translate is NOT accurate, I don't even understand what the artists are saying

Bad user experience and many areas to improve. Having the 1:1 chat within the same app as the other plus chat features like announcements etc. is a TERRIBLE idea and it just makes the chat function lag even more. The plus chat app is supposed to be for 1:1 interaction with your idol but the in-built translation function is bad, there's no read receipt and there's no comment filtering when the idols go on live so the comments are speeding by too quickly for them to even read so what's the point?

Shtty app.. I purchased a plus chat voucher of 2 tickets for Gunwook and Yujin but after successfully paying for it, I received nothing. Nothing comes up on my app and chats. I checked my purchases on Google and saw that it was successful but I sill haven't received it yet. I'm so frustrated right now because my money went down the drain and there was no explanations whatever where it went and why it didn't register successfully.. trash.

can you please just bring back the turn off notifications for certain stuff??? i really don't like getting spammed with artist comment notifications. and in artist chat, when i set the wallpaper to "same as artist" the same purple color appears all the time, please fix that as well.

I think messages are more easily accessible this way but the only downside is there is no longer a translate function. For example, we could click a button on the corner of each comment or post if it were in a different language on the previous app, but that function doesn't seem to exist anymore :(

DO NOT PURCHASE. i bought a ticket and initially i could message but suddenly it stopped working and the messages just won't go through. I tried asking for a refund but google refused it. And when i contacted the customer service at chat plus, they just kept giving a cut and paste answer and asked me to get a refund (which google refused). I don't understand, why can't they just fix the bug?!? This app doesn't work, don't waste your money.

This app is very confusing. It's better if the chat feature that has been subscribed to is placed on the homepage. This makes it difficult because you have to open many pages to get there. Apart from that, the translate function is also so so so bad. It's better to provide a translate feature from Papago too because it's better than Google Translate. The translation of artists' messages are often misleading because of this feature.
