This is the type of app that requires you to enter a credit card before you can even see what it has to offer. Never do that, as sure enought, I entered it, and they charged me $14 after opening the app once (I didn't even use it). I contacted them for a refund and they stated it's within Google's hands, not theirs, and they won't give me my money back even though they can certainly see I never used the app a single time. Garbage and greedy.

The APP sucks. Whatever update they did freezes. I needed to go to the website to use the daily routines. I love this program, but hate the new update on the APP. Hoping they fix the bugs. But if you're looking for a great and easy daily routine - Pliability is what you're looking for. I've been a payed customer since 2017.

No idea why the rating is so high, especially with the required subscription. All they've done is rename yoga movements, and then display them with actors that can barely do the movements. There is no teaching of proper breathing, technique, or progression. This is just more fitness industry junk marketed to vain people with overblown egos. I was looking for something that would actually impart knowledge around mobility.

Used to work great. As of about 2 weeks ago it will only download the videos 50% of the time. And when it does download them it still tries to stream it instead of playing the download. It also tries to jump between full screen and normal mid video causing it to stop. Please fix this, I paid for a year subscription and am already regretting it.

Look the work outs are great but each update just makes the ui worse. First it let's the screen time out so the work out stops. Then it can't stay in full screen mode which makes the screen time out and the workout stops. Now it just stops mid workout for apparently no reason. Gotta say this does not make for a good sleep time ritual. Fix this BS or hire someone who can.

I've been using this program for several years (when it was formerly known as ROMWOD). The daily sessions are long enough to provide benefit (usually about 20 minutes), but not too long to avoid wanting to do them. Also good accessory programs to focus on specific areas. This has helped with my mobility as an aging athlete and I recommend.

This was one of my favorite fitness apps; daily preprogrammed, guided, mobility routines (10-15mins) that fit perfectly into my day. Sadly they ended up dropping the quick routines in favor of 25-45 min routines. This app is no longer for beginners or intermediates as the programming now seems exclusively focused on those who can dedicate several hours a week to the programming, and have existing strength and flexibility for the much longer, more intense stretches.

I've only been using this app for a couple of weeks and I love the follow along routine and all the options. However, it has crashed on me 3x in the middle of a routine and today I can't even get the app to start again despite restarting my phone and installing/re-installing the app. I'm going to have find something else that's reliable.

The routines are great and the app works fine, I wish it had a volume slider or alternative audio track rather than just mute. The guy never shuts up and the music is annoying, I like to listen to audiobooks while I stretch but the fuy has to chime in with some nonsense every 15 seconds and I can't turn him or the pervasive ambient music down or just have a chime for when it's time to change position. Give me a volume slider and this would be 5 stars easily.

I've been using the app for a few weeks now and for the most part it's great. My biggest issue is the complete lack of any type of guidance on the stretches. It's almost never explained exactly what you are meant to be stretching, common ways you may mess up the stretch and get less out of it, or explicitly stating how to modify it. You are just meant to figure it out I guess by looking at the two people stretch. More time is spent unnecessarily repeating breathing counts than anything else.

New pliability™️ app, day 1 review: I've been using Romwod since Jan of this year 4-5 days per week. My recovery, range of motion, and general resilience have increased significantly. My biggest complaint about the new app is how the music is no longer tailored to the routine. It doesn't stop when you pause the routine, it doesn't turn down when the narrator is speaking, it changes tracks with no flow or cross fading, it doesn't even stop when the routine ends. Hoping for improvement!

This is by far my most used service. I do at least one session a day. The narrator is calming and reminds you to give your mobility time to develop and of where you should feel the stretches, the routines can fit anyone's schedule (15-60 minutes), the music is calming, and the pathways help you focus on specific areas that need work. The app is a little glitchy (random crashes, start videos if running in the background) but absolutely worth the trouble and the price. Cant recommend enough.

I'd have to say after trying the app, it looks like the creators are on the right track. There are plenty of videos of exercises for different flexibility levels. But the videos themselves need improvement. Some videos have very dark backgrounds with dark-complected individuals sitting on black mats. The lack of contrast in color makes it very hard to see what they're doing. Also, the front angle is often shot very far. Why? Get a closer shot. Make it easier for us to see the exercises.

Worth it. Make stretching apart of your life and don't look back. Well worth the money to make yourself more resistant to Injury, thank you! For the devs, thanks to you too-i wondered much as how Google maps has audio for "all directions" and then "alerts only" if it could be worked in for minimal voice over for those who have had the app for some time and do not require a lot of coaching. I think it would be a small upgrade to minimize any voice coaching as an option if we wanted to.

App is fine, used it for about three or four months. The exercises have been a help but I've fully transitioned into programing that has built in pre/post exercise stretching and such. I would give it a 5 star but I keep getting charged month after month even after going through the web browser and cancelling. I'm on vacation out of country the past 2 months and realized that I am indeed still being charged. Outside of this, love the app!

The first video it suggested for me wouldn't play, 'video doesn't exist'. That was on my laptop. Tried to navigate - had more issues so I downloaded the app to my cell, which seems to be worse. When I click 'Home' its just loading & nothing opens. I started the free trial for the mobility test, but it's only on apple, I use android. Probably will uninstall before free trial ends.

Great integration and training methods with a variety of options for different goals. Very structured and helpful as well, but sadly the price is a bit above the value of the product. There are similar products that are slightly lower quality but completely free. So if it is within your fitness budget then it is a great investment to make and does hold up against all similar apps.

I was looking forward to trying this out and signed up using the Android app. But, after I signed up, it wouldn't sign me in. It kept showing me the join now screen. I tried signing in 5 times and it kept taking me back to the join now screen. When I clicked join now, it says I was already subscribed. Was really annoying so I cancelled me trial and deleted the app.

I have no issues with the content of this app. My issues are entirely with customer service and the sneaky way the app renews your membership without giving you any warning at all that it is about to renew. I decided to try the app out last year. Then when I saw the renewal charge I contacted customer service and they said that I couldn't be refunded because it was outside the refund window (I was not). UPDATED: As you can see from the response they don't care if they upset customers.

Pliability restored my ability to function. After years of phys therapy for severe lower back pain with no progress, I was close to electing for surgery. I needed help getting out of bed in the morning at least one week of every two months. This was extremely frustrating, as I am a highly athletic person. As a last ditch effort and to change things up, I committed to doing Pliability daily for three months. That was 3 years ago, and I kept doing it. I have thrown my back out only twice since.
