Fairly well done app for the nutrisystem diet plan. I use this religiously. What I find useful is its ability to track foods and use the barcode scanner for food wrappers accounting for what I've eaten easily. The problems are few. The grocery list lookup is clunky and could be done much better. The ability to change food categorization is clunky: you remove and re-add rather than fixing it. No other issues and I'm still going to use it and profit by it.

It's okay, but nothing special that sets it apart. One disappointment is that it can track physical activity, but only syncs with Fitbit. Anything else will have to be entered manually. App has a scanner to scan bar code on packaging, yet unable to identify Nutrisystem products. The info in the system is inaccurate. Not a good thing when you're tracking calories.

Please Customize Notifications! Easy to use app. I've used several tracking apps and this is on par with most. If Samsung integration existed, I would rate higher. The only downside I've experienced is the annoying random notifications. I turned off push and email notifications, but in addition to meal reminders, the constant nothing reminders may make me delete the app. The constant disruptions are too much.

When this app is good, it is very good, and when it is bad it is very bad, nothing in the middle. Setup was confusing. I already had a NutraSystem account, I should have just been able to sign into that and everything should be done for me. Instead it was hard to follow. Logging of my diet and exercise is easy since I found the barcode scanner. I wish the app could sync with my smart watch, but it only syncs with fitbit. In-app Tutorials are hard to find and have no sound so are useless.

This could be easier to use. It took forever to scroll through years, month by month, to find my birthdate, and you can't skip this step. I've had difficulty with the shopping cart as well - error messages about changing discounts/bonuses but not letting you actually change them, and no info on how to claim free gifts. I mostly use for tracking food and water and none of the extras.

I like Numi alot!!! Easy to search to find food or to create items eatten not in the list. They could work on helping with assignment to food category, but still like it!!! You can Google foods for nutritional info, but long as I get the calories, I go on. Also, veggies and water easy to see what you've done. Links to Fitbit too, but I just use it for steps and activity. Very helpful and like the tips, recipes, and challenges to get free items!!!

I lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months! I saw a nutritionist, decided to go with Nutrisystem since it fit all the criteria. This app is meant to go with Nutrisystem, but I like it better than Samsung health app. The features are not perfect, but easily customizable. As much as I would love to give it 5 stars, it needs more features. It would be nice if it measured protein levels. I'm also super bummed I can't integrate my Galaxy Watch as a fitness tracker. Sadly, this app ONLY supports Fitbit.

I LOVE NuMi and would be lost without it!!! it makes tracking my calories eaten and burned so easy!!! It helps me to see what I've eaten all day and, reminds me that I need to be eating the small snacks throughout the day to stay successful on my weight loss journey. It has great recipes, wonderful tips, and a lot of interesting articles. I can't ever see me not using NuMi daily.

April 2022 update. Been using the app for 3 years with no problem, and really enjoyed it. Tonight it won't let me look back on the calendar, and I use that function a lot. Forced stop, then cleared cache, logged out, cleared phone cache, restarted phone, and after doing all that, still no luck. If I can't get this function back, I'll probably change apps. I really need the calendar look back. Too bad 🤞 let's hope

It does have some nice features, but there are quirks. I was told by staff I could move a selection from one meal to the next, but it adds the same selection twice, going over your calorie limit. When trying to read the Leaf articles, there are pop up ads that cover most of the article (using my phone). However, one can connect to chat support, so that is nice. The app has potential, but needs some work.

NuMi has improved quite a bit since the last I used it in 2016. The journal tab is much easier to use with more options and clean, appealing interface. The Leaf tab is awesome, and I especially love the recipe area. I wish there was a way to save a recipe so it's easier to find later, or a way to save them to Pinterest. The recipes have a link to log your food into NuMi which would be helpful- if it worked. The amount of ads are ridiculous. Overall the app is good but could still use some work.

Hard to use. Popups for Nutrisystem articles (which are not useful) interfere with search by covering the search bar while trying to type. Search can't find Nutrisystem entrees and gives dozens of useless suggestions. Trys to give coupons and discounts that never work when you order. Otherwise, it is essential to using the system.

New version refuses to run when USB debugging is enabled on my device. This says to me that Nutrisystem doesn't want software engineers as customers. This also suggests to me that they are sending info to their site that they don't want me to see by looking at the logs of their app. What spying are you doing Nutrisystem?? Don't get me started on the security issues and bugs I ran into on their website too. The plan is decent, but their technology is a joke. Need to do better.

This used to be the most wonderful app for tracking your calories and your weight. However, for the last several weeks, if not a few months, you can't pull up your favorites anymore. You type it in or try to go to what you thought was your favorite list and everything. Isn't there anymore. So it's becoming almost useless, although I can still put my weight in and keep track of my weight day-by-day. It's useless otherwise. What the heck did y'all do to it anyway?

I Have to clear data on the app daily to use it. I'm using a new Galaxy S24 Ultra and every day when I wake up to log breakfast, the app just sits on an infinite load screen. The only way to get back into it is to clear the app data, which basically resets the app. It will then work for the rest of the day and corrupt again by the next morning. This is super annoying and I didn't have any issues with the iOS version. Edit: Having identical issues on the Pixel 8 Pro, so this is an android issue.

This app has grown more and more difficult. Two days ago, all was well, but yesterday, when I was pre-logging my food for today, everything started changing. The morning snack PF turned to a morning snack SC. My dinner was listed as one PF only. My Fitbit is connected, but nothing is being recorded. I loved the Numi app as I've been on Nutrisystem for 2 years, but suddenly, the app is unusable. It's a shame. This is what deters people from following through.

App crashes every time you open it. Can't be used off-line which is dumb, cause you're just putting in simple info. The scan barcode feature is so slow. Plus lots of foods put in are completely wrong on their nutritional info (calories are often listed as 40 or more greater than actual). It's smart adapt feature is useless. The scan feature has stopped working now. It's good to see they keep "improving" the app.

Don't know what your update did, but now activity is inaccurate. When I put in walking mileage, it no longer records accurately. For example, if I record 2.5 mi, it records it as 2 miles and says I need an integer. Also, when recording food I have previously logged, I get a message not in food history. This is very frustrating as this was not a problem in the past and I have been using this app for years.

Used to be a usable app. Just recently started back on the plan to kickstart a new weightloss journey. App won't allow me to choose a start date, reset plan, view your plan, ... basically have anything to do with anything in setting up a plan at all! It just crashes, closes, and says "update plan when the creator has a fix". No clue if anything else is even usable since I can't get the basic set up completed. Waste. Of. Time. And. Space. Also, not everyone has a Fitbit or wants one.

When I tried to go to settings -> plan settings, it crashes the app. I found out this was because I used the app years ago And this time I reset it. So it didn't have data to pull from... Also, I consistently get random pop-ups from the app in the middle of the screen saying please try again later with an ok button. This is really ridiculous. Fix this! I continuously have problems with this app. How the hell do you people expect us to use this to help track our progress? Lowered to 1 star now.
