I totally love this app. I really appreciate the visual aspect. It could be improved if you expanded the muscle groups to include glutes (and basically more sub categories). The search option is good but I'm still intermediate-ish so I don't always know which specific words to search for exercises I've seen and want to do but don't know what they're called and don't know the equipment either. Great app though.

I love the extensive set of exercises in this app, especially since I'm working with home equipment. Some big minuses are that there's no easy way to go back and look at a particular exercise to see your progress. You can't even look at the exercise list without actively trying to add it to a workout. Also, saving an entire workout plan is very clunky and prone to loss of data. Changes to a plan should be saved automatically, and not lost when you switch to a new plan.

I have tried a lot of workout apps and this one is the best! It suits my every need without being overly complicated or having a learning curve. It was such a relief to find. I just wanted something with the right setup for me to organize and access my own workouts without having to report to it like it was my trainer or only be able to input workouts that it pre-made. This is perfect. Color coded. Simple. Elegant and helpful with exercise suggestions IF needed.

I really like this app so far because it's a simple way to track my workouts, it let's me have 6 different routines without having to pay for a premium, and it has a large variety of exercises already on the app tho it could have more. I have a few notes on how this app could be improved: the notification bar looks very outdated. there's no way to undo a set if you accidentally press ❌️ or ✅️. there should be a timer accesible while doing the workout for total time the workout has been going on.

Simple, easy to use. Allows multiple routines on free version and is easy to use during the workout. Quick to setup. This was the 4th app I tried and the first to be exactly what I was looking for. Update: when in the middle of a timed exercise, it causes my phone to freeze. Loses count, speeds up. Music stops, and always when I'm doing something when it's not convenient to stop. (rowing) need to find an app that let's me play music and workout.

Allows you to create a workout routine and guides you through the exercises when you do them. Simple and seamless, exactly what I wanted. (Tried about 9 apps before choosing this one.) Pros: * Simple, intuitive UI. * Guided routine is probably the best I've seen. * Easy to create a workout routine from existing exercises. * Easily customize exercises. I like how you can add a standard exercise and customize it after adding it instead of having to create a brand new exercise for every one-off tweak. * Comprehensive set of exercises and stretches. * Exercise images are clear and show targeted muscles. I upgraded to Pro almost immediately. A couple feature requests (in priority order): 1) List workouts vertically - Having the side-to-side list is a little annoying when there are several workouts with spaces in the name. It becomes a banner of text. 2) Light mode - App only supports dark mode, but I'm one of "those" who prefer light mode. Option to toggle would be great. 3) "Group by category" - similar to "group by muscle", but for regular/stretch.

I liked the app a lot, but ultimately had to go with a different one as the search has to exactly match the name of the workout used in the app. So if you search other common names, or with words out of order, nothing comes up. I don't have time to scroll through lists to find my workout, as someone who knows what workout they're going to do already. Will try again Someday if this improves.

Would be EXTREMELY helpful to be able to see the Total Minutes a workout is. For instance, I programmed a HIIT workout, but I want a version that is 30 minutes and another than is 45. However, I can't tell how many minutes the completed workout would be unless I calculate it manually (based on how long each set is plus the rest) or complete the workout to find out. Would be nice if I could see how long the workout is as I go through the process of building it. Very helpful app otherwise!

This app is perfect for planning out your workouts. There's a long list of different excercises you can choose from to create custom workouts. You get one workout plan for free, but in that workout plan you can make numerous routines, allowing you to set a routine for back/biceps day, chest/triceps day, etc. I am glad I found and tried this app, and I will be looking into the pro version to see if it is worth it. Highly recommend for all, especially if you are just getting back into the gym.

I love this app. I've tried several apps and this one is by far the best I have found. I can custom create exercise plans using pre loaded exercises or custom creating exercises. Select your workout, push play and it takes you through your entire workout set after set of each exercise. At the end just hit finish to track your workout. You can review your history and even set reminders. I highly recommend this app.

I have a chronic condition and this app is wonderful to customize just how much I can or cannot do in each workout. I love that it has rep and time options, because some exercises like squats I can't do 20 reps but I can hold for 30 seconds, because of my bad knees. The graphics are very helpful and there was a great variety of exercises, both with and without equipment. Which is great for the home workout. I look forward to continuing to use this app!

Great for making your own time or rep based exercises. Only thing I wish it did was better distinguish between exercises. I lose track with all the reps and don't always know when I'm moving onto the next exercise. Other, it's great. Payed for pro to get rid of adds and have syncing. $10 for life isn't too bad. I'll be using this for life!

I love that the library of exercises is so diverse, allowing you to sort by equipment available, shows a quick animation to look at to refresh your memory, and sorts by major muscles used. It shows the various muscles activated, allows supsets, and has a rest timer. It's not a huge pain, like most apps I've tried, to build out your plan either. If you can't find an exercise there's even the option to create it in the app. Dedicated my favorite app so far.

I haven't used this to workout with just yet, but it seems much more streamlined and easy to navigate than other workout plan apps that I've recently installed (and then uninstalled)... Very easy to create your own custom 'bro split', so to speak; easy switching of the order of exercises, and MANY more of them compared to the others I've uninstalled. Highly customizable; you can even customize the actual names of specific workout days. Simple - but not too simple; just right! 5 stars from me.

I wish you could just check off exercises as you do them, rather than having a timer going as soon as you select something. It's never going to be a totally accurate time, since I'm moving around the gym and using different equipment and can't constantly be using my phone, and the time is running during that and stressing me out. I do love the wide range of exercises in the catalog though, and using this as a basic planner is helpful.

Purchased the Lifetime Pro for $9.99 so that I could add photos of the workout exercises new to me. Spent hours transferring everything from Google and my iPod, then the photos I added are blank, worthless. I contacted the developer for a refund, they said they "fixed it" but if I wanted a refund to requestn through Google Play, I did and it won't allow it. Like the other reviewers said, there are ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCES between the free version and paid version. Don't waste your money like me

I'm honestly not sure why every fitness outlet isn't recommending this app. Most apps try to do too much or too little, this one lets you customize your own workouts, take your own pace, and has helpful reminders. It also has a really cool control function in the notification bar so you can control your workout when you're in another app. Awesome!

It's really good. I like the way each workout has its own tab. I like that you can back it up in the cloud or on your device. It has a comprehensive database of exercises and pictures, and it allows you to create your own which is nice. I'm trying to think of a negative but I really can't. There's a few nitpicks but I like an ad free, stripped down, free of all the bull app, and this is that. Good for people who just want to workout without all the fluff, but still good looking.

A couple of tweaks that would be nice: 1. Add option to rest between super-sets. Currently, there is only the option to rest between single exercises 2. Add option to copy a workout routine or specific exercise. I don't want to have to recreate exercises in different routines, especially custom ones, if I can just copy them Great App!

Quit freestyling your workouts!! This app helps you track your workouts, progress, and your overall statistics. It has every workout you could think of, you can even search other people's posted workout plans! If you aren't using this all to track your progress, you're losing gains!! Cons- you have to be very specific when you search a workout. - It isn't always accurate when it tracks my highest weight/ reps. (Maybe because my workouts typically start on one day and end on another?) -
