Useless app. I can't see the invoice because I can't even access my services, which include TV, Internet and a landline I don't use anymore. My client code is longer than 10 characters and can't be added to the form because it only accepts 10 characters. My land-line phone number can't be added to this app, in can apparently only be added on MyOrangeFix, which is an app that DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE. I feel my iq going down with this idiotic app. I might just quit orange all together.

The horror... It is outdated, nothing can be properly done/solved in it. Run, people. Just run! L.E. still the worse app, nothing changed. Not only the app is bad, but all their services. Extra costs applied without them being able to explain why, invoices from the past months cannot be accesses since more than a month already, asking you to try later due to an error. And so on...

You can NOT pay from abroad! This is insane! Both the app and the website lack functionality, it gives different kinds of errors. In one broswer it's a system error, while in another it's working. The same with the app, it's not always working due to various reasons. I might as well end my contract with you after almost 18 years.. Plus, customer service answers vaguely with paying options that DO NOT work. I have to send a family member in my hometown to an Orange shop to pay my bills. Insane!

Random drops of LTE connectivity, max speed sometimes 5% of the advertised one for hours, exchange rate for plans are 15% over the official exchange rate, the "month" is now 28 days. The recommended "solution" is always to "just restart the phone".

User friendly, easy to find anything and to search in. Versatile app. Didn't crash. Always updated automatically when new version found. Great offers inside. Pinata party it is really fun beside the prizes.

One of the worst experiences in an app, ever! Nothing works. Need to activate something, good luck! I moved from Vodafone to Orange, but I made a big mistake. Will move back as soon as I can

The theme of the app is giving me trouble on a Xiaomi mi9, i cant see the writing, and i couldn't find an option to change the theme to dark, or other colours

Support center is terrible not responsive does not load and also wastes money. Also u cant call them in the app if the internet is already down because of them, but nobody answers on the phone. And the previous company mentioned if there was an outage..they just dont care..also the app, half the time doesn't load, or takes you out from the app, even if obviously is the same user...

After 6 months of removing myself from an old Telekom joint account with a relative, my invoices are still not visible in this account. I still can't access anything in this account, I am not seen as an Orange customer, I keep receiving invoice notifications from my relative (always negative invoices for her?! Maybe my payments go on her account? Nobody knows)

I had reccurent payment of my bill activated, with limit set. This month I had some unexpected charges, so the bill was over the limit I had set for automatic payment. I was oblivious about my deliquency until I got a call from Orange, which is when I rushed to pay my bill. I wish I had gotten emails about my failure to pay before today. It's been 10 days that I've been late to pay without my knowledge.

Quite useful but only for small things. I personally can not rely on it modifying anything about my monthly subscription - not all info is included. L.E.: the app has been improved lately with an easy to use interface. I guess the developers have been mainly focusing on user-friendly interaction.

The app is Ok 👍 The company sucks... 😔 Horrible client attention, aggressive marketing, greedy approach, orientated towards their profits, not client's service and satisfaction...! The services provided are good, though wat out of a fair price, the fees are pumped up all the time, even during an ongoin contract Also the staff in the call centre is terribly bias, lying through their teeth, upholding the colonial politics of this multinational. So we switched companies...! C'est la vie...!

I do not understand why I have to insert the invoice number and the amount I have to pay each time within the app if I have all my data conected with my email and my invoice is also connected to the email - as I receive it via email.

The speed of their technology is a disaster! Both the app and the website log in take sometimes up to a minute to open, keeps loading for every page, crashing many times. I use it strictly to pay the bill and always get nervous when opening the tool that 1 time a month.

The app doesn't work anymore. It stays with a blank screen and the loading circle in the middle. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, but did not solve the issue.

If I could I would grade this app with 0. Information architecture is unusable, all the menus are hidden. Especially if you want to find and solve something in a cricitcal manner.

I would like to give a huge zero still!!! I paid for option one hour ago and it's not activated! I checked my bank account and it was deducted successfully and also restarted my phone and nothing!! I must use my phone!!! I need my money to be activated!!!! So I paid for option, you didn't activate it on my phone, I tried to contact customer service, but I couldn't make a phone call because there's no credit on my account. BRAVO!!!

A „honest” application. It performs exactly what the developers promised, i.e. management of an account, regarding all aspects, either prepaid or postpaid service. Also, the interface is quite intuitive, without useless complications. Very well..! Congratulations for new, updated interface..!
