I'm giving this app 3 stars because it does do some things very well, but the other things are enough of a downer that I'll use my energy on a different app. The dealbreaker for me personally is that you can't sort your cards by *current* value. Only by *price paid." Pro: This reads cards with my phone with way better accuracy than the other app i use, which often can't read a card unless the light is so perfect (too touchy). With this app, it's pretty easy. Out of my first 500 ish cards scanned, I only had to manually enter 2-3. Pretty good. Many of them though I did have to change the version. That was wonky with a fair amount of regularity. But I was really reading cards in sleeves and in a binder with ease! Pro: Good glossy clean looking app. Folders are pretty clear. Sorting by name ascending or descending etc is easy. Con: Tricky to edit the cards you scan if you end up getting the wrong version. Remember, foil, promo, 8 versions of one card, they can vary widely in price. Editing it if you let a mistake through felt clunky and kind of hidden away (you have to swipe left on the card in the list and then you get options to edit or delete). Con: The price sorting is by price paid. I have 500 cards scanned and could scan another 5000 probably. I don't remember what I paid for them. Maybe they came in a pack or a bundle. Pro: It loves to show you increases or decreases in value. Con: You can't sort by value, only price paid or name or date purchased. That makes me think the app is intended for a person who's investing money in a card to sell. Con: Tricky to set the condition of the card when you scan it. A lot of tapping required. And it doesn't line up with the online market's pricing in terms of condition. So it's kinda hard to know exactly how to rate condition if I'm looking to sell a card that suddenly got more valuable. So I had hoped to use this app as a separate app than my bulk storage. I wanted to keep just my binder cards (ones I bought to put in decks or consider for decks frequently) and for my actual decks. In all, I wanted to use this to complete an idea of how much my decks are actually worth. In the end, I'll use the other app. I'll make folders for Binder Green, Binder White, etc, and for my decks, Kalamax High, Feather Low, Heliod Ballista, etc. I really hoped the Dragon Shield one would be as useful as their other products but not for me. I might, however, use this in the future, if I ever get enough play money to invest in cards and check their value. But not for a lot of cards.

Works very well. I was surprised how easy it was to scan cards. The only problem I had was designating the set when multiple printings of the card existed but I figured it out. I lost all the cards I scanned at one point after an update and had to contact customer support. Customer support responded fast and helped me right away. I was impressed.

Great app that could use a few additions to make it the best. The first thing is that the card management in the Deck section doesn't have the same sorting ability the inventory section has and it 100% needs it as the cards all end up in a jumble outside of type. The second thing is I don't see anywhere you can import lists of cards from text files which would be super useful for grabbing lists you're looking to buy. Besides that though this is a gorgeous app that works great.

Just downloaded this and not near my collection, but so far very easy and intuitive feel. Have lots of questions after scanning the first few cards that are floating around my truck. That will sort itself after I scan more of my collection and decks. The only thing I would really like to see is an option to select more than one market place (at one time) so I dont have to go and swap each time for comparison prices and for a price display of the median prices for trading with other players.

I tried scanning my collection and over half of the cards didn't sync between my phone and the dragonshield account so I couldn't view them on the web portal or export the .csv I contacted customer support and provided fairly detailed info on my problem. they said they would look into it, and I waited for around a week and a half without hearing further or having any fix for my issue. I recommend the tcgplayer equivalent app. it was faster, more accurate, and I had no issues exporting files.

I loved this app because all of the cards were accurately scanned and costed appropriately. Unfortunately all of the card costs are radically incorrect or missing. As soon as I have the chance I will be switching the application I use to store and appraise my collection. UPDATE: per the comment below, Dragonshield fixed this issue. Thanks!

Maybe I'm missing it but unfortunately I could not really migrate from another app because there is a complete lack of support for importing lists of cards instead of scanning them or adding them one by one. Maybe I'm just missing it though. EDIT: On Developer's advice, tried to import my collection on the website. Uploading the CSV, even formatted as shown on the website, does not appear to actually import cards. Took another star away for broken functionality.

I could cry because of how great this app is. I'm a lifelong collector of MtG with 10,000+ cards. I was using some kind of Collection app before, where I had to input all the information manually. This app with its scanning features alone is worth paying for. So I chose to go for it. I can't believe how quick it scans & the ease of making lists with little folder pics. Whoever made this feature knows how deliciously satisfying a well catalogued collection is. It's perfect. A perfect app.

It's a great app. Card scanner is pretty impressive, if a little unclear on how to properly line up cards. I'd love to see: * The ability to batch move inventory to a new folder. * The ability to add entire sets with known cards (like Secret Lair Drops or pre-built decks) and just dividing the cost of the set among the cards for the purchase price. * Not allowing foil to be selected for cards that don't come in foil. * Nested folders in the inventory.

For the most part, intuitive. Very easy to use and sign up. I think the only thing I'd like to see is being able to add from your deck lists to your inventory. I had created a deck list and thought I could just add those cards to the inventory. However, you cannot. Presumably, I am going to have to scan those cards again for my inventory. Overall, though, pretty good!

I want to love this app, but...it's difficult. Without premium you get a ton of ads, which is tolerable, they're not too intrusive and they're just for premium. The main issue I have is after 2 weeks of use I've had 3 desynchronizations requiring uninstalling and reinstalling to sync correctly again. I've slowly scanned in thousands of cards and it's depressing to load the app back up to see nothing but zeros. Easy to use, convenient to look up cards, but connection issues are a problem.

I spend a lot of time in this app, it has many useful properties. Some quality of life improvements could be made. One of my biggest gripes is not being able to move an entire folder from invitory to decks or vise versa. Having to move everything one card at a time is a huge waste of time when your talking thousands of cards. The scanning feature works pretty well, definitely works better in a darker setting for me.

It works well, but holos are a bit weird. It will see them only at the right angle. other than that it works very well and is pretty good at picking the right cell and holo type of a card. still I would double check if you every plan on trading or selling. It does have a ad, get premium. That's the ad, it only pops up every 10 15 cards scanned. It can get in the way but no really. Over all good app with even more useful features. Give it a try.

Update 7.3.2024 Working great now scanning. Have a hiccup here and there. Added a star for increased functionality. Now another small issue is understanding usage. Making lists should be one all inclusive section. Not separate between "decks" and "inventory". Or at least allow "decks" to be merged. Just scanned in an entire deck to track it's value. Shouldn't have put it in the "decks" list. Takes so long to scan each card I'm not doing it again. ADD A MERGE FUNCTION OR PRICING TO "decks" LIST!!

Absolutely wonderful app, although two minor nitpicks: although I've added a bunch of cards to my inventory, the "daily movers" tab still tells me I have no cards in my collection. Also, the app sometimes takes a while to load/scan cards. Besides that, this app is everything I could've asked for. My only real complaint comes from the YGO scanner not being available for me. Play store will not open/display links to the page, and the download button is grayed out when visiting it on PC.

Scan function works well enough, but it seems to lack some basic functionality like selecting multiple cards at once to add to decks from inventory, you have to do them one at a time. I don't see a way of combining folders if you decide to consolidate. If you add cards to decks before your inventory, it doesn't add them to inventory as well. It never picks the correct card set from the icon. Decent for cataloging your cards, but don't expect it to be an all in one tool for managing your cards.

I love this app as a tracker for my collection, my problem is with the scanner in this app, and the UI around it. After scanning about 4000 cards (followed in app tips) I noticed over half the cards scanned came back as stamped/promo/surge printing despite being base version. On a scan page it shows the art of the card at the top of the screen, almost completely covering the save button, which is too easy to tap when trying to save. App needs some tweaks and it would be much better.

Great app, the scanner works well. Setting up and scanning your collection for the first time is a bit clunky and could get more attention/explanation. Still, the only actual complaint I have about the interface is the focus on price changes, particularly when I need to correct the printing of a scanned card. Changing the printing of a card should come with an option to reset the price bought value to low/market/high for that printing. Otherwise I need to manually change it every time.

You get the app, then have to sign up for another account because downloading the app isn't good enough to scan. Held the scan over a card for couple minutes and nothing happened, just it was camera angles. Seems to be second acct. The app is trash, I'll just stick to tcgplayer collection. Still love and recommend the sleeves though, better quality than UltraPro. Looking forward to my Warlord SotS sleeves when I finally get that.

The good: I tried a couple apps and this one has the best scanner by far. It picks up the cards so easily. It also has a really smart system for adding cards to your folders so you don't have to pick each time. Streamlined process: In a folder, hit add, scan a card, check the set, quantity, and save, the scanner comes back up after ready for the next card. The meh: Be careful about sets!!! Ads are annoying but infrequent enough, and it's only a 5secs image for premium. Weird about some tokens.
