The app stops working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times in the two days I have owned my watch. I love the watch.

App was working good for a while but now it keeps crashing every 10 minutes when it's not even open and the watch loses connection when app crashes.

Terrible user experience the app doesn't show a very detailed explanation of anything calories sleep etc. Not sure if it's the app or the watch but the notifications don't tell you who they are from just that you got one. But the one major problem that has still not been resolved even though it said "bugs fixed" is the Google fit app has blocked this program from working. So if you are interested in the watch because of the integration with google you will be dissatisfied. Will update if fixed..

Barely works. Watch faces never refresh properly. Takes several tries and always says either "no more" or "refresh fail" and custom watch faces option always crashes the app. The persistent notification in the tray is also annoying. Won't be getting a moto watch again.

Second day of owning my watch and having the app. App crashes everytime I try to open it. If I can't open the app then my watch is useless. I expect more from Moto.

The watch doesn't capture steps accurately after the update, and the HR doesn't seem to capture data regularly. App disconnects from watch and will not report hr data collected when it reconnects. I think it's an issue with the watch data storage and interaction with the app.

Data doesn't sync properly with Google Fit. For some reason only a fraction of steps migrate over to Google. Very frustrating. I may have to return and purchase a different device. This isn't going to work for me. Other than that the watch by itself works fine.

Poor Notifications integration to Moto watch, because only relays the notifications for a small subset of Android Apps I use. Needs to add Google calendar reminders, ASAP! Only shows first part of long MMS messages. Could be much better with more effort. Hope improvements will be coming.

App keeps freezing and not responding and shutting down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still doesn't work properly. Sometimes it won't even open. Very disappointed

Samsung S10 5g Can't get past weight screen. Download on to tablet though maybe it is set it up there I could just login. But it makes you start over and doesn't save your information when logging in. Kind of a dumb watch now! Please update app.

I've a lot of people having the same issue I did, but you can get past that by changing your phones screen resolution and zoom. Shouldn't have to do that to set up and app but hey at least there was a solution.

Meh. It's functional I suppose. Problem is it doesn't sync to Google fit. I've tried everything and it simply doesn't work. I've also reached out to customer service and received no response so that's great. As long as you get our money, who cares right?

Bluetooth connection always drops when trying to receive or make a call from the device using a pixel 9 xl and a moto 120. The watch gives a disconnect message. Also sleep data does not sync with Google fit no matter what I try to do to resolve it.

The screen/font size of the app is so big that you have to adjust the phone's resolution to make all the information fit for the initial login process/screens to work. Unless that is done it is impossible to login. Takes a while to figure the issue out. Takes a really long time for the watch faces to sync. Rest of the app options are fine and once logged in works well.

The app is limited in what you can see and do. It refuses to connect to Google Fit, even though it is clearly an option in the app, and I have all permissions enabled for both Fit and the Moto Lite app. It also refused to update my watch software for a month, and then just randomly worked one day. The capabilities with the app and watch are not great. My brother's Aldi watch does more than my Moto watch and this terrible app combined. DO BETTER MOTOROLA!

Doesn't scroll on Samsung s22 ultra. Can't set up the watch because I can't get past the height screen. Tried reinstalling, tried rotating, even tried to split screen (not supported by the app). No luck. I tried on my work iphone and that works fine. But I don't need a watch for my work phone. So my watch is a nice paperweight I guess.

It's functional in some aspects - I never have a problem with changing a watch face on my Moto Watch 70 or changing the settings, for instance. But it doesn't sync with Google Fit as often as it should, and sometimes not at all unless I manually open the app for some reason, and even then it's really slow. if the Google Fit integration was better and as promised in the advertising, I would be much more satisfied with my Moto Watch experience.
