I love this app. I keep the icon on my homescreen so I remember to track everything. The only features I'd like to see are menstrual tracker, energy level tracker, and a homescreen widget. Other than that, it's excellent for tracking moods, activities, sleep, physical activity, sympoms, relationships - and correlations between these categories. plus, it's a bonus that every sympom & mood entry allows space for journaling.

I'm watching this app change my life. Being able to see and understand fluctuations in my mood has helped me address some structural issues in my life. I'm finally journaling consistently. I'm building better habits that I've tried to accomplish SO many times in my life with ease. I just upgraded to the paid membership. Been telling so many people about this app. If you're on the fence about whether or not to try it I really encourage you to give it a go.

So far so good. I wasn't crazy about the app initially but there have been some really major updates that are very helpful. 1) you can create your own moods 2) you can create healthy habit challenges and get notifications through out the day 3) it's easy to use I wish that the time format wasn't military and you could set a specific time eg 8:45, and that the dashboard was a Sunday- Saturday calendar. Edited because of the new updates.

8/22/23 EDIT: used this app for 3ish years & have/had so many journal entries saved. Got a new phone & can't access my backup on it as it tells me my new phone doesnt support it. checked old phone every once in awhile & all seemed fine we the app. just charged it again today & all my data (as in my journal entries) is gone. ive opened the backup file on multiple devices w multiples applications & it seems to me the "backup" is only the data for the app, & NOT the users. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Better than Daylio! This app is truly a masterpiece from a single, dedicated developer. Pleasant UI, easy to log data, and allows you to go into detail or be as minimalist as you want. Also respects your privacy since data is ONLY stored locally. Most apps don't even offer that option. Also, it's free with NO ADS!

Been looking for an app like this. The only features I think could use improvement is the activities and habits. I don't want certain habits such as working out to expire. I've found myself just using the activities section to track yes/no habits but then I loose the ability to set weekly goals for those activities. I think adding a robust habit tracker to the app (similar to habitnow) would completely sell it.

I am SUPER impressed by the free version of this app!! I tried using a different app at first and 95% was locked behind the premium subscription. I set out to find an app that's just as good when it's free and this is it! It has all the tracking I wanted and MORE! I would love to watch some ads to support Moodflow but unfortunately the button never loads. Devs please look into the ad button so I can help support you! (Galaxy S9+ running Android 10) Thank you so much for this wonderful app!

It's way to easy to accidentally swipe away from your daily input causing you to have to restart. This also happens if you are to switch between apps. It's very frustrating to write out something and have it disappear without so much as asking you if you're sure you want to exit. For a paid service it should be more reliable than that.

I'm a very anxious person at night and in the morning. I've grown depressed and unmotivated because of it. I also have executive function issues which makes me end up doing nothing instead of something. 3rd day using the app and I've started writing, logging my moods, self reflecting more and using the habit reminders. Writing sticky notes just wasnt cutting it. It's an all-in-one interactive self help journal, and I can breathe easier when I see everything put simply, laid out in front of me.

Love this app! Regular journal, gratitude journal, moods, activities, analytical tools/charts. Many different options, very user friendly, you can use as much or as little as you want. It's all free; to support the app you can choose to watch ads or buy the premium version...but you don't have to and there's no pressure. Highest recommendation!

This app has made it easier for me to get reminders to build habits (something I struggle with, thanks to my ADHD) and track my mood and any contributing factors (including sleep). I also love that the gratitude journal section has prompts! I've tried to do gratitude journals on my own in the past and I always fail because its hard to think "what am I grateful for" over and over again. It never dawned on me that little things could count, like the weather. Its really made a difference.

Just downloaded and I LOVE this app so far, however it gets 1 star knocked off because I cannot add a location, and that's important to me. The app has all the permissions it needs, and let's me tap on 'add a location', does a loading circle in the box, then suggests that I add a location again. I'd like to see a fix where we can add one manually if it wont add one when I ask it to

So one of my new favorite apps is Moodflow. It's a mood tracker/journal and I've only been using it sa few days and it's helped me identify triggers/times of day I'm going to have lows or intense anxiety. You can set reminders to log your moods so you can be consistent about using it. I'd 100% recommend. It's free, there are no ads, and it's beautifully done. Best mood tracker I have ever used. Definitely a life saver for us with Bipolar Disorder.

Free version is adequate for most entry level users. Only advanced statistics are excluded. What I like is that you can choose to support the app by volunteering to watch an add. There are no in app advertising forced on you. I'll support these developers every way I can for being so considerate. This app is easy to use with lots of customizations.

I've been using this app for about half a year already. I've enjoyed all of the features. Yes, there are bugs here and there, but most of them are squashed with every update. While there is incentive to use the plus version of the app, it doesn't block any core features, which is what I love. I often find myself feeling generous by intentionally watching an ad to support the creator - it's completely optional to watch the ad.

Great app. It's helping me rewrite my narrative and find a better, healthier perspective on my life. It's also helping me find trends, such as who and what makes me happiest. My only complaint is that, since the most recent update, there's a bug that whenever I try to update an existing journal entry, it crashes the app.

This app was AMAZING until they decided to hide all of the good features behind a paywall. I paid, because I loved the tracking and correlations, but I can't even access those tabs now because it makes the app crash every. single. time. I try to open them. Without fail. I don't mind paying for a good app and supporting a project like this. But when you take features away that were originally free and make me pay to get them back, they should work. This is ridiculous.

ADHD'S BEST FRIEND!!!!!!!!!! It's SUPER customizable! This app has really helped me keep track of things and become more aware of my emotions. I also have anxiety and depression. The way you are able to select multiple feelings is really nice. You can completely customize what feelings, symptoms, activities, and more. It also like actually show you a chart of the things youve logged. Like i actually like this app and find it beneficial enough that im considering the plus version... which is RARE

I've been having this issue for a while now. When I first create an entry-- all goes fine. When I come back to edit it later, the app will crash. This is devastating for me! I like to come back and edit from time to time-- its difficult to write everything at once at the end of the day. I sincerely hope this gets fixed! Once it is, i'll change my rating back to five stars!

Everything I want from this type of app. You can do as much or as little with it as you want, including a basic mood scale, mood tags, journal entries, habit tracking, and even watching ads (which I'm starting to do voluntarily to support a developer who is doing things the right way). Super easy to use and adapt your use as you see fit. Keep up the fantastic work!
