App is a great idea, but I think it could use a little work. I would love if there was an audible cue to let you know that the timer is up. Also, sometimes the timer stops short of the time. For example, during a 2 minute interval run, it skipped to cool down at 1:40. Aside from these two things, I think the app is really great to get you moving.

DO NOT BUY!!! This app is not worth the premium price. There is tons of issues with the interface, does not track distance accurately, the prompts for exercises are delayed, and not all of the "workouts" have guidance. There is no timer prompt so unless you are starring at your phone the whole time you won't know when to switch exercises. Useless. You can't concentrate on your workout when you constantly have to be checking your phone. I requested a refund and I'm being denied.

Biggest $190 mistake I've made in my life. I paid once for their subscription at a discounted price, and then got hit with a recurring payment of twice as much. Attempted to cancel the account (since I hadn't used it in several months) on the same day the recurring charge was made, but they refused to refund my money! I was willing to count the original $60 as a loss, but the added financial burden of a second hit with no warning and no refund was painful!! Don't trust this company.

Wont let you go back/undo if you accidentally hit the next interval button. Loses your progress if you exit the app or if you manual change the week you want to be on. Doesn't show a graph of run distances completed each day like most fitness apps do (but it does care to show a weight loss graph). Total distance ran also resets after each interval when using the app which would be fine if it kept track of your distances to compare to your next run, but it doesn't do that. Not well built app.

Wish I hadn't. Total waste. This app hasn't worked as promised when running outside & is a complete waste of money. It pauses while I'm running and by the time I notice, I've already completed my time, but have no data. The only way I've had success 'tracking' has been in treadmill mode = pointless. Since I don't have a screenshot of an actual "error" I cannot get a refund. The tips, etc. are nothing you can't read online for free. If you've done any training at all DO NOT waste your $$.

Poor quality fitness advice with nonsensical guidance. For example, fitness level 11 requires running 6 miles in 55 minutes, which is supposedly a step up from level 10 where you should be able to run 6 miles in 50 minutes. 🤔 There are workouts where the workout & the cool down have the same goal speed/heart-rate. Either they don't understand what a cool-down is, or they made very poor decisions on speed/heart rate categories (or both). This is one of the worst "fitness" apps I've ever seen.

Great, in theory. Buggy app. Purchased bc I like the running plan, but if my screen is off the app stops talking and tracking, then when turned back on updates and skips forward to whatever time has passed. It's not my phone, as I turned literally every battery saver or optimization option off to find a fix and other apps don't have this problem. The nutrition is pointless - gives me things like overnight oats but you can only see the morning of with no option to look ahead for the week.

The app hasn't accurately recorded any of my runs. It records a few seconds in, then nothing. Somehow it magically "finishes" my run at some point, but the time is off. A 20 min run that looked like only 40 sec then somehow records for 3:52 min. All my GPS services and app permissions are on. I've run Strava concurrently which accurately tracks my run, so I know it's not a failing feature of my phone. I wanted it to work bc of the structured workout program, but it's not worth using.

I love the app for the training plan, but there are a few issues that I just can't overlook. 1. There is no "dashboard" displaying your total distance/time/etc...it breaks this down in each level, but as far as I can see, there's no rollup across all levels and training plans. 2. If you touch ANYTHING (phone call, spotify, ANYTHING) while running, the app glitches and locks up. The only way I can get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall. Other than that, great app! Please fix!

Horrible functionality. Does not work on a treadmill, and the second you lose service on an outside run it deletes any record of the run you were on (for example, you end your run, and step into the elevator while filling out the required information on the app- half way through the screen goes blank and then it shows the welcome screen with 0 runs on the counter). I've tried so many times, and have only one run stored. Absolute waste of money. Gives no motivation.

I really wanted to like this app, however run distances are often wrong (they say I did not go as far as I did), not being able to track total distance for a week, month, or any period of time, only getting updates during your run at the 1/2 way mark and 3/4 mark and it not automatically moving from one phase of the workout to the next... I am giving 2 stars because I did like the workouts and the progression they had, however there are several apps out there that do the same thing better.

Does not track well. Time always wrong, does not keep pace. Most recent run still processing x 24 hours, unable to save and deleted data (5 miles). Immediately stops keeping track of progress even if I'm in the middle of a run. Tried to do a free run and it prompted me to do a workout instead...unable to track that run. Very Dissatisfied. Would not recommend. Just trying to get to my 26.2 miles so I can get a refund. Hopefully it tracks enough to get me that far.

There is so much to like about the available options, however the utilization of the features are unbearably disappointing. The GPS is consistently inaccurate during sessions. I completed an entire 2 weeks of training and did not advance to the next level because the distance calculated during the assessment was wrong. It was off by a half mile! I like the idea of segmenting levels, but data does not transfer between levels. I wish the levels were integrated with each other more fluidly.

Basically a pretty good app for me. Provided good motivation to work hard and do a variety of run types. I thrive with that structure, so that's nice. My biggest issue is that the audio prompts mute themselves for some reason when I put my phone on the sleeve holder when I'm running. If I hold the phone during a workout, I can monitor whether it mutes and watch the timer. Not the greatest in that regard. But overall an okay app.

I signed up in August and went on to cancel during the introductory period. Apparently instead of canceling it extended my 6-months to 9 months to complete the challenge. I was randomly charged at 9 months with no notice of renewal - a renewal I should not have received anyway since I thought this was canceled months earlier! Looking back, I probably should have realized this was a sketchy app because I was never sent emails that confirmed a change or cancelation. Do not recommend.

Only works tracking outside. If you have no steps, it just keeps going. Occasionally doesn't save your workout. Will not let you change workout days to include more then what you initially setup, otherwise, it resets your progress. Reinstalling every freaking time it happens does not help the issues. Will not keep beyond the initial 6 months.

The app gets stuck a lot. Have to reboot the phone to use it. The meals include a lot of quinoa and chia...fine just not my favorite. I do like the workouts a lot. But a bit expensive just for the workouts. Update: I update the app every time there's one available. It doesn't fix the issue. I uninstall and reinstall regularly. I log out and back in. It's very frustrating. I can't even log the miles I run anymore. I sent an email and the only feedback is upgrade the app.

Misleading- the challenge refund that is advertised is limited- you will only received Joggo for free for the time chosen on your initial subscription. I also struggled with getting the app to work with my GPS. I lost several miles of tracking and progress during my runs, and occasionally had the app crash during long runs. EDIT: Joggo promptly contacted me after writing this review and issued me a full refund. I added a star for good customer service.

The app worked well enough. However when it came time for renewal, the app prompted me to renew or cancel though I was under the impression it should auto-renew. I decided to hit cancel which booted me from access to the app that day. Then later on in the day the renewal fee is pulled from my acocunt as it had auto-renewed. I contacted customer service only to be told I would get a partial refund because I did not read the terms and conditions. Lack of customer service means one less subscriber.

This is just a new GUI walk/run plan and not worth the $70 sub fee when there are free apps that do the same stuff. I canceled my sub before it renewed, but apparently it didn't take and Google charged my card anyways. As soon as I discovered this I cancelled it again and filed for a refund from Google, who denied the request. Joggo says that they can't refund it because it went through Google. My log in shows my account is cancelled ,so I can't even use the 6 months I (unwillingly) paid for.
