When setting up foods you regularly eat, under "protein rich foods", the app offers NO animal protein, just plant based and vegan meat! Not even fish! You can't delete a liquid, you can only edit what you've added. And it uses your phone to track your steps, which is useless if you don't carry your phone on your person, AND you can't even edit the steps to reflect a more accurate number. It's nice that it gives you a meal plan, but it doesn't provide a link to the recipe.

While using this app I thought it was great. Decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription and go a different route. Tried to cancel my subscription and deleted my account yet have had numerous issues with this app continuing to charge me. I followed all the cancelation steps. Tried to email customer service and was told that I needed to login to the app to cancel. I cannot login without setting up a new account as I again Canceled and deleted my account.

I've been on this only two days so I'm getting to know it. It's base process is easy to understand and use. I often only get the basics implemented and miss out on all that an app offers because it just takes too much time to learn. I think this one, so far, is very intuitive. I am really liking it. Loved the food selection feature. What I'd love to see is being able to select recipes that are my Favorite and have them sort easily so I can find them again.

Website version does not clearly specify refund policy, and misleading text around cancelation of policy allowing belief that its possible to receive a refund. Advertises a "plan" and goals, but nowhere to be found after signing up. The app is too bare bones to request $30/month. There may be recipes, but they are exactly the same as ones on Fastic, which makes me believe they are all easily found via a Google search. Glorified timers can be used via free fasting apps or setting an alarm.

Loved the lay out and set up process, the colors... All the looks and the way it broke down what the body does in a fast... I cancelled because it doesn't sync with Samsung health or Google fit. I prefer health but would have settled for fit because I liked the app. Was willing to pay the higher price of this app if it would sync. Went with something else.

Completely basic, I didn't think it was worth the $25. So with the automatic payment looming over me, I decided to cancel the subscription, which I read I could do so prior to the trial period. But unfortunately Google play, nor their website showed any subscription. Luckily I paid with PayPal, and canceled the automatic payment. This is a scam if I ever saw one. Please heed the reviews! An app that doesn't show the ability to cancel is a scam in my books.

I like the app and the reminders it offers. My biggest issue is that the food selections suggested would be helpful if you could tap on it and the app would take you right to the recipe. it is difficult to navigate all the recipes listed just to find the one that has been suggested for you that day. should be a way to select the recipe directly from the suggested menu page.

This app costs a lot and you have to email the developer to unsubscribe. That ridiculousness aside, this app has some technical issues. (I've used it for a month.) The record of fasting times is often wrong on the chart, and the chart only goes back a week. You can dig around to find the list record, which is a pain, but it's accurate... unless you accidentally save a wrong fasting time, which you can't delete. Also, I hate having a constant icon in my phone tray, and two icons when fasting!

Do NOT download! I tried to cancel the subscription prior to the trial ending and did not show that I even had a subscription. Looked in my Google Play, nothing. Then, got charged for the renewal. Customer service states their subscription is there prior to payment confirmation, however, when trying to locate to cancel...did not even register. You can set your own timer. Don't pay for this. Ridiculous.

It's okay, the "plan" isn't really helpful as the recommendations I can't click on to see a recipe. Also even if you start your fast early the notifications for the set time still pop up, like the "1 hour til fast" even though you already started. I started with the free trial, but can change to a permanent plan through the app. It's okay for what it is, but at this point even a free app does what this one does, I don't see the value of its membership.

The app is nice, I like the reminders to drink water and getting notifications when my fast almost done before I can eat again. For the price however I would like more than just a timer to tell me when my fast is over or looking at recipes that doesn't really interest me. Personally I think if they were to add a calorie counter and fitness tracker(Like the ones where you enter what workout you do, for how long, and it tells you how much calories you lose.) Would be a game changer.

This is the first time that I've tried intermittent fasting. FastEasy lives up to the name. The app is easy to use. The fasting timer is very helpful, as well as the notifications to prepare for and to start fasting. The insight articles are also useful. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the step counter uses your phone, so you have to carry it with you. I'll add another star when they integrate with popular fitness trackers, like Fitbit. FAQ's indicate that the feature is coming.

From my initial look through the app I was very disappointed. I did not find any of the app features to be real beneficial. I never really returned to use the app. I also didn't realize I would continue to be automatically charged after paying for the 3 month period I selected. No way to cancel the subscription through the app. You have to email them to cancel. I put my email address as a way to identify myself. They responded promptly stating subscription is canceled. I will check to be sure.

SCAM ! There "free trial" isn't real. They do charge you $7 and claimed that we have chose that option and all purchases are final. I didn't even use the app for more than an hour. I thought i'd try then i discover the app is absolutely useless. It only gave you a tracker for your fasting and nothing else. I can use my phone's timer for the same thing without paying. They won't refund you and claimed that it's clear in the agreements. I read and there's nothing about no refund for my case. !

I selected a 3 month plan initially. There was not an option to select a plan that was not autopay. The payment pulled from my account on renewal and I messaged in the SAME DAY asking for a refund and cancelled my subscription. They refused my refund, said all purchases are final. Despite the fact that I told them this overdrafted my account and I'm not currently working for health reasons. I suggest looking for a different fasting app!! It's not worth $54 every 3 months to have a timer.

If I could leave a zero start, I would. I've been trying to contact them since the February 5 look, and then I mentioned a refund and the person emails back about setting my account up. You can't cancel in the app. I had to shut down a credit card because of this app. I believe in a second chance, so email back and fix my account or refund my money back.

Great tool. It helped me focus on healthy habits, like drinking water & walking. The app was easy to use, but the fasting itself was a challenge. I started July 2023. I reached my goal of loosing 20 lbs just before Christmas. Over that time the app helped me improve eating habits & excersie regimen. I liked the pointers & encouragement. I liked seeing stats & my progress (even times i went backwards). I would have liked to manually update the steps count, but everything else worked well for me.

Probably going to uninstall. You can't edit your weight if you accidentally put in the wrong number. Ex: I am 336, went to put in that I am now 334 and the highest it will go is 331. The steps don't register half the time, and you can't manually enter them. Say you have a watch that tracks steps, you can't put that number into the app to correlate. It's just a glorified timer basically not worth $12 a month

Update review... After a few weeks of use, I still like the app, but when setting times most times it will round up or down on the hour or minutes, also there is no way to correct food entries ( if you add a meal then only eat half you can not change it) also wish there was a way to add exercise, if your not linked to an listed device you can not calculate steps or activities.

The App is useless. You tell it when you're starting to fast and starting to eat, which is very easy to do on your own without paying 30$/month. There is nothing unique/special to this app to make it worth the price point. Unsubscribing is intentionally confusing/misleading. I tried and was recommended to "pause" instead, which they later resumed on their own with no warning and refused to provide a refund when I immediately let them know what happened. Not helpful. Not kind. Find a better app
