This app is really cool, love hearing interesting snippets from podcasts I'd never have the time to listen to fully. Just wish they had a button to download all your bookmarks, I'd use it way more if they did—not all of us are living that unlimited data lifestyle!!

Best podcast app I've found. I love the lists of curated podcasts, helps broaden my horizons. Also love how you can make your own! Such a good idea, mixtapes but for podcasts! And the option to import my library from Spotify was amazing.

I've found a number of really interesting topics and podcasts through the curated recommendations. The regular newsletters (which are strictly opt-in) add a lot of useful details about the recommendation so you can have some ide of whether you'd like to explore them further. Highly recommended!

Love this app! I downloaded Hark because I thought it would help me find new podcasts by giving "snippets." It's done that and more, I can still subscribe to full length episodes of my favourites, add bookmarks, and share clips with friends who don't even have the app (although I obviously tell them they should get it). The only downside is that it doesn't integrate with Google home so I have to cast from a device. If it did that, I'd give it the 5th star 😂

Really solid podcast player! I like the UI design - was looking for something to replace Google Podcasts before they killed it and YouTube Music doesn't have a lot of my favorite podcasts. My only complaints so far is I wish you could filter episodes that have already been played, and you can't mark episodes as unplayed.

Nicer looking than the competition. But once you get going, it doesn't hold up. Can't even pause a podcast while browsing, the pause button on bottom nav is just a link to a new screen. Basic ux work required.

Didn't see a way to give preferences when setting up and the first two things highlighted for me are very political. Whether I agree or not I was coming to look for escapes like sports and cool things in science but got bombarded with the "curators" political views with no easy way to say "do not show again" and no change in what was recommended after I followed a favorite podcast. No thanks - uninstalled and unsubscribing from the unwanted email barrage, too.

The app is mostly fine. I like the currated daily list. I don't like that the list of episodes from my pods is constantly full of pods I don't follow. I also don't like that there's no real que. There's bookmarks which can be used like a que but it ends playing out of order pretty often. It's a sleek app but needs some improvement on features Changed to one star because the pods I don't follow showing up in my feed is only getting worse. I would say 75% of what I see isn't stuff I follow

Great concept, great aesthetic. I also actually like that there doesn't seem to be a played/unplayed function. It makes listening to episodes feel less like a to-do list and more leisurely. Harklists are why I checked it out originally, but I'm looking forward to testing out the app as a full-blown podcast subscription app. Keep up the great work, Hark team!

visually, it's wonderful-love the retro colors & the VISUAL simplicity-but when it comes to usability, simple tis not. It's unnecessarily confusing. difficult to find bookmarked/fav'd podcasts. did i bookmark the podcast or an episode from it? no idea. the entire ui needs to be scrapped & redone w/out so much extra nonsense- a tab for fav podcasts, if u saved episodes from the podcast they go directly under it, tab for searching, home page with reccomendations. Simple. It'll be so beautiful!

It's a wonderful podcast app, I mostly love the UI and the recommendations are great. I have few problems, which I know would make my experience better. I can't sort the episodes by earliest episode, so I have to scroll down every time to find the first episode. Every podcast currently has the latest episodes available at the top. Additionally, when listening to the podcast from Episode 1, to listen to the next audio or Episode 2, I have to hit the Back button instead of the Forward button.

This is the perfect way to consume small, rapid fire stories from podcasts that prevent me from getting bored quickly. The ability to then go to the full episodes is great and I actually do like the little intros that tie the stories together into themes. Only a few minor negatives: the audio clips are often trimmed a little sloppily, cutting off in the middle of a sentence. Sometimes the hark lists also have duplicates and the feedback email is incorrect in the app.

Absolutely love the concept, design, and execution of the app - after two days of using it, I've found podcasts and episodes I 100% wouldn't have found elsewhere. One major nit though - "skipping forward" on my headphones and galaxy watch skip to the next podcast whereas other apps enable me to skip 30s forward. I wish I could configure the option since 90% of the time I just want to fast-forward through something (like an ad or a portion of the podcast I don't care about).

This is a great concept, executed beautifully The app immediately became my default podcast app and my daily news source! Love the UI love the design love the colors I have couple of suggestions: 1. Put a download button in the play screen 2. Let the users create channels (list of podcasts, not podcast episodes) 3. Make the fast-forward and rewind duration (for the buttons on the play screen) adjustable in the settings. So that user can change the current rewind duration (15 seconds) Thanks devs

It's perrrrrrrrfect! I never ever have the patience to comb through podcasts (and to be honest I don't like podcasts). Curated little clips are perfect for me! I listen to it in the morning while I make my coffee. Thank you so much for this app! (Is there a way to disable autoplay? I don't like hearing the next playlist after the daily one)

This app could be great IF IT ACTUALLY PAID ATTENTION TO MY INTERESTS. Instead all I get it political sound bites when my interests are music and wellness. I also ant figure out how to only get a digest notification instead of a digest plus five individual notifications for each item in the digest. I've had the app for about six months. Haven't deleted it yet but getting very close. Best thing is that you can listen to whole episode if you want which I usually end up doing. Share doesn't work.

This app works awesome and I love the way it's arranged. The only issue I have with that is the fact that I am unable to cancel the automated emails. When I click unsubscribe it tries to route me through the app to change my subscription status. And then it fails to load that page.

Less than ideal. I love the clips, and it gives me ideas of other podcasts to explore. However, the app itself is awful. It stops continuously. I sometimes just give up as I get tired of constantly having to start over completely in order to finish a clip. Sure wish they would fix it. Think I'll just uninstall and unsubscribe.

I like it. It has a great look and functions well. I was easily able to add all the podcasta that I listen to. Also has syncing, which works well. My main request would be to be able to mark episodes as played. The only way to do this right now seems to be to listen to or fast forward a podcast to the end. Update: Mark played button is there now
