Right now, this is an obnoxious app. My OnePlus 9 Pro can't keep a bluetooth connection. Everytime it reconnects to my new Galaxy Watch 3, the sign-in page takes up the entire screen. Why? Is it necessary? Where's my "Remember Me" option? Right now I'm glad I never bought a Samsung phone.

Highly disappointed with the application. This app keeps asking for password throughout the day despite ✔️ the remember me option. Developer needs to address this immediately. Not only affects the watch experience but also has become a distraction while using the phone throughout the day!

OP8 and Galaxy Watch 3: The app continuously disconnects on the smartphone and asks to re-login (4-5 times per day). The app just closes without finishing authentication, even with correct credentials. This is issue is quite critical I would say, taking into account that absolutely all samsung-related apps that I was OBLIGATED to install along with this app have the ALL NECESSARY PERMISSIONS GRANTED on my smartphone. Please prioritize this bug, as there are a lot of complaints on this behalf.

Okay, but the switch watch functionality doesn't work when not used with Samsung phones. Because of the way this app is disabled and enabled when I change from one watch to the other, it loses its 'access notifications' permission every time when paired with a Xiaomi phone.

Crashes on Oneplus 6T. Doesn't complete setup of watch. Tried multiple restarts of phone, reinstalling apps, etc. UPDATE: Found that removing Smartthings app from phone fixed the issue. Samsung still need to resolve the conflict as both Apps are owned by them! Hope this can help others get their Watch setup.

Can't use it anymore. It keeps saying it's needs to update to continue but won't give me the option to update in the playstore. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's made no difference. Can't use my watch and phone together now so might as well switch back to a Casio!

App keeps crashing while trying to connect the watch. Why launch a plug in when it doesn't work? EDIT: running pixel 3xl. Read other reviews suggesting removing Samsung SmartThings would help is accurate. Really dumb ecosystem that requires you to remove one of Samsung's own apps so that another of theirs would work.

Bought a $400 watch, cant get this plugin to work so that I can use it. I was using Watch Active 2 and loved it so much that I bought this one. But not being able to use it makes me really unhappy about the software support and the Samsung ecosystem.

Software support from Samsung is awful. Amount of problems i have encountered with setting up my watch on my phone is ridicilous. You can't even copy files to watch, you have to buy an app for that. Galaxy store barely has any free usefull app. Watch 3 is the last thing from samsung. Cros compatibility is almost nonexisting. Goodbye Samsung

Not a huge fan of how many things I had to download in order to get this one. Watch to work... It was Not exactly a cheap purchase. Can I delete them when I don't need them after setup? Cuz I'm not going to lie. I really really don't want to have to read. Download all of the stuff to get it working again. lol It gets confusing and I have a very short attention span.

EDIT 10.7.21: Latest Watch 3 update fixed the constant samsung login screen problem so the most annoying problem has now been solved. Original review: Oneplus 7 Pro & Watch 3 user here. This app opens samsung login screen on my phone all the time so it drains battery and it is really annoying. Logging in does not help. Reseting my Watch 3 did not help either. Giving 1 star for the buggy plugin and the lack of support for non-galaxy phone (no ECG or blood pressure meters without custom apk, etc)

I have loved this app for almost a year now, but after this latest update the app will no longer open for me. It keeps saying I need to update (which I already did) but when I go to the play store the only option is to uninstall the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but none of that has worked. Would love a new update that allows me access.

Terrible, was working fine until this morning, now it won't even open and I can't connect to my Galaxy watch 3 anymore. Meanwhile, the watch is stuck in setup mode telling me to check my phone which can't open the app. Now I have a useless Galaxy watch 3. Phone is pixel 4xl. Edit: other user mentioned removing smartthings from my phone. I tried this and it works, so Samsung wants me to choose between security at home or my watch. Still terrible.

Disconnecting Issue: 1. Restart phone (not watch) 2. Your phone will attempt to reconnect to the watch. After reboot 3. Manually disconnect the Watch3™ from your Bluetooth menu settings on your phone. 4. Open the "Wear" app 5. Reconnect. Note: I realized this is not the watch that's causing the issues, it is the phone itself. When dealing with this issue, you do not have to restart the watch. Just the phone. I've tested these 5 steps over a period of a week. And it's my first week with it

I remember when I first brought my galaxy watch 3 it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting unexpectedly while I'm tryna change watch faces and one dtmay I walked outside without the watch and I was so mad that I did I hope u guys can fix the plug in it says January 29th so the plug-in needs a new update so it can stop disconnecting I'll put more stars to rate if u guys can fix this thank u..

This Plugin sucks! Original Plugin worked for my Watch3 but this one doesn't work correctly and now I'm forced to use it. This one won't reconnect and will not allow for auto switch between my different watches. I have to uninstall and reset everything if my phone or watch restarts. Ridiculous.

This app is so terrible 😭 at first was working very well, but yesterday started showing me that the watch cannot read the notifications tap to the wearable app to allow the app I have tried several times but nothing changed. I restored my watch but the problem continues, I went in Play store unstalled the app and redownload now the app refuses to open, it even don't show the open button and not showing on the main menu 😡

I don't understand if it's this app or the Samsung accessories, but my galaxy watch 3 smartwatch keeps on disconnecting. Every 5 minutes 1 minutes off. And yes, the app is always running in the background, excluded from battery optimisation, locked (no possibility to close it even if I want) and so persistent, autostart option enabled, all other Android permissions set. Samsung=a continuous disaster after having paid hundreds of euro for a smartwatch..YOU WANT TO FORCE US TO BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE

It works, but it makes my phone almost unusable. It opens "sign in to Samsung account" screen ~20 times a day. It isn't a notification - it just throws this screen straight to your face. You write a message? "Log in, moron!". You fight a boss? BAM! You drive with navigation? "Guess where is your next turn!". Logging in doesn't change anything - it still does this. Generally speaking, opening the app to the front from the background service is a terrible UX idea, no matter if it's flawed or not.

I am not quite sure if it has to do with the plugin.. i would assume to a degree that it does.. But the weather widget for my location is nowhere close to accurate, the same city/state is selected, but the watch is telling me it is 3° out.. while virtually every other weather app and local news is reporting like 39°...
