Keene, I first met at LashC... but she always stood out from the rest of the ladies. That is why she needed it, and she eventually branched out on her own. I trust her, I don't need to explain my need to her. She is a pro beyond and reads her clients and their needs accordingly. She is that person to make my resting B face look more like a lady. Harmony is not only a friendly, warm, modern and happy salon but it's just a little bit more. Easy parking (across from salon public free parking or on road.) they have a beautiful little garden you can sit outside with your foils, a coffee, free WiFi and even have a friendly salon poodle to pet. The nails section is wonderful and there is also pedicures which are lovely. Amber's nail art is amazing. Talented stylists, can book on fresha (download ap) 5*****

I wish all the spas, salons, and studios I go to used Fresha. Of the different appointment apps, it's the easiest to use. Scheduling services and putting them on my calendar is a snap!

I've been going to Di for a few years now, and she never fails to cut my hair perfectly. I have fine hair, and it thins at times, but she always makes it look good. I get lots of comments saying what a good cut she gives. Thankyou Di for giving me my confidence back xx

Very easy to use and able to either cancel or reschedule your appointment via the fresha app or via the fresha website. So far not a problem with either the app nor the website. Friendly atmosphere and no complaints whatsoever.

Forcing us to download the app instead of using a mobile website is annoying. Not everyone has unlimited data. I'll do what I need to do an uninstall just because your app is not consuming data for my device.

I have updated my new card in my profile, yet when i want to book anything it asks for my card details to be updated, and when I try to update them at the booking time an error pops up. I am not able to make ANY bookings via the app due to this

absolutely my favourite hair saloon. From my first blow dry with Orla, I've been hooked. I've very dry frizzy hair and Orla does a fab job with smoothing it out. They use great products and my hair has never been so healthy. Also the colouring they use is excellent and never causes my head to react which it had done in many Saloons before. Great Saloon ladies keep it up.

I thought the app had to be better than the website but it's worse! The sorting of search results doesn't work, the category selection is useless & the location wasn't used despite the option to sort by closest. When I selected sort by top rated places with no ratings appeared above places rated 5⭐! Businesses don't include pricing or bookings so there's no point in using the app (in Aus). Now I have to call places to get info before making appt - it's like going back to 1985! 😂

Rebekka is fantastic and naturally talented. She she really knows her trade well with colour and cuts. She's easy going and lovely to be around. Her salon is cute and clean with lots of parking and easy to get to. I was recommended to her by a friend, and I have sent many friends her way. 10 out 10.

I really enjoyed my nails being done, they look great. she spent time and care to get the look i wanted. booked in now for eyelash lift and tint. looking forward to some lovely, calm me time. I even get to have my own choice of music played. I highly recommend .

Takes all the hassle out of hair appts and gets down to hair business! Let's you pick your day and time(if still available), gives a price and time frame for everything on an al a carte menu. After you make a selection, it confirms right away. Also, if you have a question, your stylist can message you right from the app. Win, win!♥️

The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.
