UI can be better. Channels which I don't have subscription to appear the same way which is frustrating. They should appear faded or have a filter at the top to show subscribed channels only. The same applies to radio stations, VOD, etc. Also when I have a popup showing I don't have a subscription and hit OK, I'm kicked out of the programme list! EDIT3: Is there any reason why I can't cast from my phone to the TV app?

Very confusing application! There should be a way to see only the channels you are subscribed to, or as in other similar applications to see not accessible channels faded. Not having this separation option makes application useless and the experience of using it becomes unpleasant and frustrating. I choose not to use EON TV app until this is fixed.

Constantly asking to login every time I open the app. Then also show error from time to time. Looks nice but very unstable.

Playback is fine, even with Chromecast... BUT My provider has 200+ channels while my plan includes about 40 of them. Whoever designer/marketeer decided that in such cases you should NOT be able to tell WHICH f****** ones your plan allows for - should be fired on the spot. Not only that, but you can't organize or filter your channels in any way thus even if you'd eventually clicked thru all of them - there is no way to save a list / flag them. This is a perfect app for those who love lottery.

User experience is awful. I'm constantly switching channels or shows by accident. There should be some kind of channel lock so when you swipe up/down or left/right you don't switch something by accident. It's extremely annoying especially when you are watching something from couple days ago because every time you switch the channel it jumps to current time.

Poor quality with lagging picture, i switched back to the eon box and it was perfect. The app does not provide options to control anything like motion rate, video/audio quality etc. Worst thing is that it closes when you go to settings so you can't even see what changes are being made. From a company that has ambition to be the best, their app is the worst out of 3 others that i have used.

App works well, the quality of TV channels is high. There are 2 issues: 1. The swiping to jump to next channel might have been considered a cool feature, but it is rather inconvenient than easing. 2. The time slider does not update in real time with the TV and stays where it was moved last time. Hope you are willing to improve the app I am available to provide you with any additional details you might need to fix the second issue and to reconsieder removing the swiping feature. Best Regards

The app disconnects frequently(error 4000). Each time this happens, you are not able to click play to resume watching, but you are forced to close the app and start all over again. This is especially frustrating if you are watching a previously recorded content because, once you restart, you need to fast forward to the point where you had been cut off which is extremely cumbersome to the point that it is not worth using the app. I just want to add that the old NetTvPlus app worked perfectly.

Wow, this app, while being better in terms of playback bugs, is so awful. First, the button for logging in with phone number looks disabled. It's 2021 and you're unable design a simple button. Second, I cannot find where the subscriptions are. I used a demo package with 40 TV channels and you cannot distinguish the ones you've subscribed to. You have to go through EVERY channel and learn which ones you have access to by trial and error. If you're going to promote it, make sure it works first.

UI is pretty awful, and besides, I'm not really taken with the video quality. And THE deal breaker - once you're logged on, you see ALL the available channels, instead of just the ones you're subscribed to, which was a really bad gamble on your part. I'm guessing the idea was to tempt people into upgrading their plan, but it makes me regret activating the service instead, because it makes the app practically unusable for my family members. I think I'll stick to Netflix, thanks.

A great example of "how to make a terrible app". Why I am not able to choose only content that is avaliable to me, why I need to go through each channel just to know if it is included in my plan or not, whyyyy, really?

UI is mediocre. While selecting shows to watch it crashes/does not load the correct show. The android box from Nova, having peinstalled the eon app, shuts down unexpectedly, thus making a casual watching night a no go. I'm not even mentioning watching with kids: episodes all have the same thumbnail; good luck locating the episode you were watching after a crash 😂 We got the android box with a promotional discount, but the one star review is because the total experience feels like beta testing.

Current Nova subscriber in Greece. I downloaded the application to use the offline feature and watch downloaded content while traveling. Please fix the error message when opening the application without Internet connection. Most likely this error occurs due to the fact that welcome video cannot be loaded when the device is offline. Otherwise this feature is simply useless.

The app works really well and I use it daily, but there are two things that I would like to be improved - first after switching to overlay mode and back the progress of the current video is lost, the video still plays but you cannot use the seek bar anymore without jumping to some random position. The second thing that would be good to be improved is the overlay mode itself, it would be really nice to be able to resize it like youtube player, this small window would be far more usable on tablets

Just subscribed yesterday, already disappointed from the get go. Had a hard time getting the app through the firestick cause it is not available but managed in a different way. Now I want to have it on my phone and I've been getting the same message over and over again: "No internet. Check your internet connection." It sucks! Please take all these reviews here seriously and fix the bugs and stuff. It's unacceptable.

The app is so bad I don't know where to start. When you watch something the app decides on it's own to change the quality and you can't watch anything. So talking about that give us the option to decide what quality we want! Secondly when searching for shows, movies, ect. You write the name of the show and it does not appear in the search bar. You need to find what words or letters to make combination of so your show can appear. Please fix
