I have recently started a real estate media company, and Cubicasa was brought to my attention as a great app to be able to offer floor plans. This floor plan app is truly amazing, the accuracy of the app always amazes me! From cluttered spaces with little to know view of the floor and wall, to very dark spaces. The scans have always come out accurate. This app makes offering floor plans much easier and faster! I would highly recommend giving this a try!

Is great, but you need to put credit card info no matter if you want to get the free options. Not good sign.

This app used to be ok. I don't recommend it currently. I can't get my scans to upload which I then have to delay delivery to my clients so In the end they are costing me money. It's a great concept and I think if they can fix these issues then it would be a great app.

Impressively accurate, but not accurate enough. I've been thinking of using this for my real estate photography business. The measurements were off too much. I could work around this by laser measuring all the rooms, but there was also some mistakes made of the walls. I think this software could work great with more work, but you really need to have a preview so you can see live what it looks like as you draw and make corrections along the way.

I'm amazed at how well this works. I walked a 3 story house in about 5 minutes. I didn't move any furniture, or otherwise "prep" the house. I uploaded the video, waited a few hours, and poof, I have an absolutely accurate (based on my own measurements) 2d floor plan. Seriously impressed.

False advertising. They changed the features of my plan after I pointed it out in multiple spots on their website. Would not honor the pricing. Also they told me I can easily upgrade the plan in the app, nope, it doesn't give the option.

Cannot finish a floorplan since the last update. Constant errors saying I'm too close, not enough visual references, or I'm pointing too far down even though I can see all of the ceiling and almost no floor on the screen. I tried 6 times on 1 home and it would never finish. Useless now.

This app went from a solid 4 to 1. I am having the same problem. Not enough visual reference. If I am in a empty house with no furniture with white walls and grey floors. Or this new one too my space pointed at the floor!? You are going to have that problem if you take the phone out of landscape and switch it to portrait with my wide lens on my phone. Please fix this quickly or just give us the older version back until it's fixed. It's messing up my time for clients

Went from a great app to nearly useless since the vertical format change. I can rarely get through a scan without it failing now. The dimensions are too innacurate, and the 'request changes' process to fix things is useless. I've never seen an app go downhill so quickly. Such a shame - It used to be such a great tool.

Amazing app! Tried it for the first time and was very impressed at not only the accuracy but the turnaround time and subsequent changes I requested. My clients also liked the results and the speed at which I was able to provide them the floor plans. This is a must app for anyone requiring floor plans for themselves or clients.

Great when it works, torture when there are issues. I am using a Google pixel 6 which talks great pictures in most lighting, yet when the floor color is similar to the walls the app fails to track. When this happens a few times it just dumps out and goes back to the start, so you have to scan the whole thing again. Today it was 3rd time lucky on a large property, never again.

Used to be great. Now it just doesn't work. Says "turn your phone into landscape mode" and I do that, and then it never recognizes that it is in landscape, so I can't scan any spaces. Tried many times. Lost out on 3 homes in the past two weeks, hoping for an update that fixes it. Now looking for alternative apps.

My experience with CubiCasa is mixed. I used it on about a dozen assignments and found that it works great on simple improvements but has trouble when you have multiple other structures i.e., Guest House(s), Det. Garage, GPB(s), etc. The app is best suited for a (one) single-family home. You are getting out on the fringe with multiple improvements. It is catastrophic when the app fails; the collection file goes poof! I was hoping it would be my standard, but now I find it unreliable.

New update requires you to repeatedly press the microphone and wait while it tries to figure out what you're saying. So I have to stop in the middle of each room, click on the screen, say the room name, wait for it to "think", click again on the matching suggestion, and then continue walking. Also I tried to do a continuous scan with an external structure. The app took a dump and erased the whole video. So "scanning external structures" is NOT working as claimed.

I am a Real Estate Photographer and I have always wanted to add floor plans to my services, but at what cost? I tried using other apps, but they were so time consuming that it wasn't worth adding the product to my portfolio. CubiCasa is super simple, and gives back a beautiful product! Turnaround time was quick and my clients were pleased! There is nothing more to be said!

The floor plans generally turn out quite well, with very few corrections needed. They aren't 100% accurate, but aren't intended to be; the company advertises an average 6% error rate; this is also related to your scan technique. You get three fix requests with each floor plan at no additional charge. Plans are usually returned by the next morning (occasionally much later in the day), and fix requests usually between a few hours and a day. While the system could use some improvements, it is easy to use and provides a nice add-on product for my real estate photography business. I'm revising my rating from 4 to 5 stars because the bug that caused some devices to record at 60 fps was fixed, meaning that the scan plays back at actual speed, the 2.0x playback option works as advertised, and uploads are much faster. There are still occasional hiccups with uploading, where it takes much longer than normal to complete, and a few weeks ago there was a spate of unusually slow processing (after upload) that seems to have been resolved. All in all, this gets my full recommendation.

This is my 2nd review. This is a product I use daily for work, and while the app continues to look better, it also continues to work worse. I just updated to the most recent patch and none of my orders will load on mobile. The website works fine but thay doesn't help me much when I'm in the field. I can still start a scan but not download any of my previous orders. It wpuld be nice if they ensured the apps basic and core features were working properly before going for a looks overhaul
