Having problems often. Used to never have problems. Shows it's time to refill. I click on refill. I get a message it's processing,then I don't receive my med. I sometimes have to call it in. After I click on ",refill," several days in a row,I sometimes get my meds. Never had any problems for years but now something has changed. At the end of your surveys,there is no "SUBMIT" button to send my survey.

Getting signed in is horrible. I put in the correct password and the app does not accept it. The app makes me reset my password each and every time. And when I am trying to reset it the app always tells me I can't reuse the same password. I am so sick of this. Totally frustrated that this continues to happen. Running out of passwords to remember. Wish you'd fix this.

So much easier to use. It used to be a pain in the tush to have to scroll through the OTC items and each time you placed one in your cart, it would go back to the beginning. Endless scrolling. But now, now the items are listed just like your catalog. Each category has pictures and it's so easy ti choose your items and checkout. Thank you Humana for making this process better.

Midway through order if you search "nothing exists " then it refuses to allow you to select any more items. Then, you can't check out. Your only option is to sign out and lose everything you chose. Then it doesn't let you sign in again. Went through this for two days. Gave up and tried on a different phone without search or mistakes to complete order.

This app stinks, I keep getting kicked out of ordering for "inactivity" (like if I step away from the comp. for a few min.to do something), and then my cart gets erased, every time, which is irritating as all get out! I have had to put orders in on average 4-5 times times before it will finally take, it wouldn't tick me off so bad if the items I put in the cart would STAY THERE until the site quits acting up. This is ridiculous, please do something about the issues with this app. 🤦‍♀️

Much more complete and smooth acting. Very easy to use now. Great updates! Edit...down 2 stars due to app now refusing to allow login page to stay open long enough to actually login. I had to uninstall and reinstall, and will try again. So disappointed, I had thought that they finally worked it out right. It seemed to work for about 6 months.

This app is very temperamental. Half of the time is refuses to work and I have to switch to a web browser. It will give me the "something went wrong" error until I want to pull my hair out. It needs serious bug fixes and a major overhaul update. It is only good for viewing items if and when you can get in. Forget about getting anything actually accomplished or making changes of any kind. I don't recommend this app.

Edited: It's probably the worst app I've ever used, especially PW. The worst part is that to reset your password (if you're on a phone) is that you CANNOT toggle back and forth between the email they send to get the reset passcode and the email they send. If you keep the app running and go to email to get the code, then toggle back to the already open app, it sets you back to the beginning where you enter your username name again. You get caught into a loop. Need a computer! VERY frustrating.

App keeps closing when trying to open. Then have to uninstall and reinstall. Such a headache. Bad app. When it works it is ok but since the last month or so have not had any good luck with it. I tried to email the developer and that email came back as undeliverable. Very strange. Trying every week and still once putting in code and new password after changing it several times, it doesn't work. Someone please fix this. Can't do anything with it.

This app has a lot to offer and makes life easier for me. Unfortunately, it occasionally behaves absurdly and crashes. I've had to uninstall it a couple times. On at keast the OTC med order page, some of the available options are covered up by another object and can't see what's behind the object. Also, when responding to certain order problem notifications, it redirects to areas unrelated to the problem. Very frustrating.

App has been buggy at times over the years and EVENTUALLY gets fixed. They're not the quickest at resolving issues. The app continually gets bogged down loading pages! One of the slowest I've seen in years. The OTC store has really improved! Much wider selection & they finally have images for most of the products. Now if they would just add a picture of the back label so I could see the ingredient list, etc. Overall I recommend the app.

Quick and easy way to order my OTC items each month. It just couldn't be easier. However everytime they ship hand sanitizer the pump dispenser is always pumped and I only receive half a bottle. You would think they would ship it in a box instead of a bag. They seal it in a baggie so it doesn't leak all over the rest of the order but come on man, it's still unusable. Just once, I'd like to get s full bottle. It isn't the website per say but nonetheless annoying so I've down graded to 3 stars.

June 23, 2021. I can't get in the app at all! This last update freezes immediately! I reinstalled it , did all the clearing, still doesn't work! I am very disappointed that they changed a perfectly good app again! I tried again....it still freezes after 1st open. 7/30/21. Seems to be working ok now but I still like the old version better. What are the over the counter benefits you mention in the info?

Very easy to use. Like the different categories. REVISED 5.4.2021 This APP doesn't work anymore. Having issues login in. Have changed password numerous times and keep getting same message that password is not correct, have been locked out many times. Very frustrating. Wish I could talk to someone who could really help because all agents I've spoken to haven't been able or don't know how to help.

Edit: They have apparently worked out the bugs. I don't have any problem with it anymore. I have had issues since the switch to Center well. That seems to be getting better. 🤞🏻. 02/01/23 It's great and it IS easy to use... When it works. I use it but sometimes it is two or three days before the "place order" button will work. I have lost my whole months allowance of Otc products due to delays because of this. I like the app but I'm not sure why it does this. It could function more smoothly.

Total garbage! Never keeps biometrics! No ability to compare prices. Logging in is one of the worst experiences. If you forget log in name or password be prepared for trouble. If you don't have your Medicare card for that ridiculous member number, it's gonna be a bad day for you. It says you can set up biometrics but you have to know your user name and password even after you completed those challenges and then they hide the activation area. Junk! Total junk. I'd give it zero stars if allowed!

Constantly tells me my password is wrong. Tells me I need to create a new one. Can't do it easily as prompted by android phone. Doesn't automatically save to passwords as it's suppose to. Says it does, but doesn't change password. Log in by physically entering new saved password only to say it's incorrect and need to change it or account is locked. This phone is all I have.

OMG, if you want to be frustrated as heck, then use this app. Then try talking to a rep. Get hung up on while 'put on hold' with no callback. Go through your issue, only to be transferred to an 'expert', and have to go through the whole explanation process again and receive completely different info than you got at first. Save my billing info only to be notified that it needs to be updated before the refill can be processed. It's ridiculous! 8 days to process a refill and still not shipped

Last update broke the app. It wasn't perfect before, but now doesn't work at all. When you try to log in it brings you to a browser, and the saved password doesn't work. Keep getting notifications, and when you click them it's a cycle of being brought to the browser and not being able to log in. I've reinstalled it, etc, still no joy. For something that's meant for seniors it shouldn't be so difficult. My dad can barely use an iPhone. This app is getting in the way of him receiving healthcare.

I just edited my rating as there is no access to the OTC Store. The link is hidden in the Support link and does not work. The link returns you to the main screen. Never-ending SAGA of issues "New App" As far as functionality, accuracy, and informational, the app is as bad as the original. It is not dependable. I have to go to the website to make changes. The information is not always correct. It Needs a ton of work.
