Amazing app, has tons of features for tracking different aspects of your health. The free version comes with a ton of features, so you don't need the paid version, but the paid version comes with extra things that some people might find useful such as the ability to track fasting.

More accurate calorie counts for existing foods than other similar apps and gives more nutrition information. Better UX design than other apps as well. Though there is a paid version, the "free" (ad supported) version is more functional by far than My Fitness Pal or other similar apps. Can integrate Garmin data (one way). Wish Garmin would integrate this app's data in return.

This is a very good app with a lot of foods to track even some of your most obscure micronutrients, if you're serious. Highly customizable and can even make custom foods if you notice a food doesn't have all the nutrients it is supposed to, even though they seem to keep up with the latest research.

It's convenient and easy to use. I struggle with overeating and not paying enough attention to my nutrition, so this app really helps me watch my calories and serving sizes to make better choices and help me with my weight loss goals. Some functions are pay to use only, but I consistently utilize the free options including scanning in food items and recommended calorie consumption.

I love this app! So I was skeptical at 1st (there are so many apps out there), so I just did the free version initially. But I couldnt track everything I wanted, so I got a trial version of Cronometer Gold. Wow!! You can track everything! Water, bowel movements, all your food, your vitamins, you can add notes and pictures, etc. I love the barcode scanner and the quick adjustments I can make if I eat only a partial serving. I love all the charts and bargraphs, too. It's really an awesome tool!!

So many features, no ads for free. I feel guilty using this without paying it's that good. I've been using for many years and it gives you a complete breakdown of vitamins and minerals. It even allows you to set custom macro targets. The UI is pretty good compared to similar apps, and if you login on a desktop it's even better with great snapshots of trends, and an all in one overview of everything you could imagine.

I have tried multiple apps for calories and nutrition tracking. No one stuck around until I found cronometer. The app is very functional and intuitive, love that I can interchangeably use the web interface, and rarely ever freezes or have a bug. I have been using it for almost 4y, suggested it to friends and families and plan to continue using for years to come. The paid version can also provide some benifit. I turned it on for small period of times when I had a specific goal in mind.

It's amazing. I would give it 5 stars if they changed the Y axis scaling on the graphs for weight/calories. The interval will be random numbers like for example: 271, 260, 248, 237. Can you guys just give us an option to round it off in ten's? Or zoom in on specific date ranges other than the last X Months? It makes it a pain trying to pinpoint what weight you were which days. Otherwise, the app has changed my life (Down 60 lbs!). I love how easy to use it is and how flexible/customizable it is.

Absolutely fantastic, thorough, detailed, and easy to use. And that's for the FREE version! By far the best macro and micronutrient tracker I've used. Includes metrics from my Samsung watch, so it shows my sleep and workouts too. Absolutely a game changer. 100x better than free OR paid version of MFP! Again, I'm using the free ad-supported version!

I like this app soooo much better that my fitness pal. It's just more user friendly in my opinion. I cook a lot of my food and it's easy to create custom meals and recipes. Additional, I like that there are a good bit of ethnic food items already imputed into the app. I find that very helpful. So far so good. I've only been using for 6 months. Hopefully no glitches arise.

This is a fantastic app with multiple databases and at least 80 nutritional variables to track. I can make my own groupings of meals, import ingredients for the data when following a recipe and use whatever metric I want to set up how I want to track it. I recently found some esoteric things I wanted to track, and while they do officially recognize and track them, they are always adding to the list. This is by far the best experience I have had out of the 7 or so food tracking apps I've used.

This is by far my favorite food app. it's easy to use, precise, and full of options such as entering amounts in both grams or ounces, including fractions of amounts. I've never seen an app show all nutrient consumption of vitamins and minerals so clearly. It's also easy to import other daily app info such as sleep or exercise. I could go on and on about what I like and so far have found no cons. For me, hands-down, this is the best app I've ever used.

This app has made getting and staying lane much easier to keep up with and remain knowledgeable about the calories I need to shoot for in a day. The fact that it's compatible to auto sync my activity information from fitbit makes it a dream. Very soon, I'll be training clients and they even have an app that will allow me to keep them accountable with their calories too! It makes tracking food you cook and many fast foods you pick up a breeze with barcode scanning and all.

Chronometer has all the functionality I need for tracking personal nutrition, macros and micronutrients, including fiber, sugar/added sugar, supplements, etc. I find it easier to use, more comprehensive, and more versatile than other nutrition tracking apps I've tried. Currently enjoying the free version and planning to upgrade for the extra features.

I tried a couple different food tracking apps and like Cronometer the best. The interface is clean and easy to use, and I love being able to import recipes and create custom meals. Recipe importing from the Internet isn't perfect - requires adjusting some ingredients and quantities - but I found it to work a lot better than other apps. Integration with Garmin Connect is nice, too.

It has been a great tool to track my meals, vitamins, and biometrics. It syncs to my Polar watch and allows me to reference my activities when interacting with doctors. I input customized and/or homemade foods in the bank for my diary. I can repeat a day, access a favorite food quickly, and most of all, it has a lot of vegan items in its bank of choices for me to select. If you don't see something, you can scan it, and it is saved. I also appreciate the reminders to log my meals.

I'm editing my initial review. This is a good app: recipe import, recipe copying, fasting, & an easy to use diary. If you like lots of data, it is a good app for you. My only suggestion would be to add a free trial period for people to test it out before paying. I also found it somewhat frustrating that when I click on a recipe I made, I can't see what's in it without going through a few screens. Good app, might be great for others, but I have chose to try a different one for now.

Extremely useful for both nutrition and exercise tracking. I appreciate the ability to customize energy calculations & nutrient targets, as well as the detailed reports. Custom recipe & food entries are nice and easy to make. Barcode feature works well. I have a Gold subscription now, but even the ad-supported "free" version is more than tolerable. Cronometer has always felt more like a tool for users than a vector for marketing (which is sadly not something I can say about all nutrition apps).

A good option for tracking your calories and weight. A plus is that the free version(as of this writing) includes the UPC scanner for looking up foods. The advertising at this point has not been too intrusive. It has options for tracking biometrics and exercise in the free version. However, tracking fasts, most charting and reporting options are a Gold membership item. Which is $10 a month or $55 a year. That pricing seems high for the service provided. If that were a family price maybe.

I've had great success with this app. Easy to use and understand. But lately the ads have become more and more frequent to the point where every time I try to use a feature or log my activity/food an ad pops up which I can't skip or fast track. I understand the need for ads, and I appreciate the ability to use a free version of the app, but this is getting ridiculous and the app (which I have truly loved so far) is becoming borderline unusable.
