Genuinely makes me excited to workout. Im pretty good at doing cardio but when it comes to stregth training i just cant really get into it. I honestly only installed the app out of curiosity and didnt even really use it for the first 3 days or so. Then i started kinda messing around and now im actually excited to try to beat my goals and see my progress. The strength score and strength balance is a really cool way to track progress. Love that theres no ads!

Its definitely a helpful app to track your workouts and is very knowledgable about the workout. It also gives a video and description on the workout you are doing to make sure you are doing it correctly and not injuring yourself. But I must say though there are no ads this app can lag/bug at times which gets very annoying. When I entered a place without internet and I recorded all my workouts but it all disappeared after reentering a place with wifi. The App is good but annoying at times.

This app is SO GOOD. I can't believe it's free. It has tons of exercises for every muscle group, video demonstrations playing on a loop in between reps or while you're performing the exercise, intuitive design, and no ads whatsoever. The strength score and strength balance evaluation are super helpful and motivating. Only question is, can I rename the workouts I design? Can't seem to figure that out. If not, I suppose that's the only feature I would recommend, but overall I'm very impressed.

The exercise list is resourceful. Very detailed instruction with real person demonstration. And I like the history tracking function. But if I don't register for the premium service, I'd have to make my own plan, which is too tedious. I hope they can provide several plan templates, just as other free apps do. Also, the app is unavailable if there's no Internet, which is not very convenient if there's no WiFi or the phone signal is bad.

Great app, wonderful for those of us who struggle with motivation or just knowing what to do in the gym. The app creates an easily customizable lifting program to help you meet your specific fitness goals. I love that it tracks your progress and almost turns it into a game-- every once in a while you level up into different strength levels. You can see your muscle balances, too, but I wish there was more information. I have a high balance score, but it doesn't look like it on the diagram.

I love the flexibility of this app. Being able to choose from generated workouts based on your workout environment or simply creating your own workouts is fantastic, and works really well. Each exercise has a detailed description of how to perform it and even a little .gif to show you! I've made huge progress since I started using Caliber, and recommend it to friends/family when the topic of exercise comes up.

Great workout tracker. The strength scores and body balance stats are interesting and the weekly lessons have had some useful information. There are sometimes when it can be difficult to find what name they've put a lift under (military press for example) and one or two less common ones just aren't there at all, but that's my only real complaint. I'm assuming the library will grow as the app ages.

Great app that lets you add workouts and customize routines as you like. No aggressive ads either. However, every now and then, the app automatically signs you out and it is difficult to sign back in (requires a web browser) and sometimes says failed to load user data. Update: With new updates, this problem has been fixed. Awesome work!

I haven't been using this app for very long (about 2 weeks) but so far I am really enjoying it. for someone (like me) who is completely new at weight lifting its super helpful to have the little mini lessons it gives each week and the videos as well as a written explanation of how to do each exercise. I wish that it automatically added one of two stretches for the area worked out, but you can manually add them, so not too big of a deal.

This app is awesome! Actually free to use, unlike many others. There are plenty of workouts to choose from. The progress tracking is phenomenal. They send out weekly short articles that are very informative, especially if you are just starting your workout journey. I downloaded like 10 other apps before landing on this one. I've been using it a month now and couldn't be happier.

UI is a bit messy and features are missing. I just want to know exactly how balanced a workout routine I made is prior to completing it. Timers are not automatic so clicking constantly means you need your phone out. Everything involves extra clicking like backing out, you can't just tap off you need to click the back button. Small things that add up. I'm sure pro is great but not what I'm looking for. Plus would be nice to edit routines on PC. Overall a great app with plenty of features!

Great app, I use it almost every day. The strength score gives me a visual representation of my progressive overload, which is great. I don't need the coach membership yet (thinking about it, seems pretty worth it imo), so I decided to become a supporter. Only complaints are no dark mode, and when tapping an exercise during a workout, it takes a few seconds to load.

This is by far the MOST excellent fitness app I've ever downloaded. It is so informative, rich with a plethora of detailed workouts, and even provides strength lessons. All of this is free in terms of both ads and cost! If you're looking for a flexible fitness app to help you maintain your workouts, and even show you strength metrics, this is the one you need.

I love the app, best workout app you can get. It has a bunch of workout slots for people to use, templates for if you are newer to lifting, and explanations of muscle groups of what each lift works on and how to complete the exercise. Edit: dropping down to 4 stars because it keeps freezing up on me, and deleting my progress on my workout. This happens at least twice every workout

So far, I like that the app allows me to create a custom workout plan, and there are a lot of exercises available to choose from. What I don't like is that the app crashes constantly. I'm def not sold on paying a monthly fee for something so buggy, esp for the cost. Lower the monthly cost and fix your buggy app, and then maybe you'll get me as a customer.

This is a good app even as the free version you get a lot of content and exercise routine and workouts. I also enjoy the mini lessons about strength training however it crashes often especially if you're playing music at the same time which makes it really annoying if you are in the middle of a workout. Also I have noticed it freezes the whole phone or tablet. I will give it up four star if it wasn't for that

I switched to Caliber not long after my original fitness app stopped functioning properly. I have been with Caliber for just a few months, and not only have I made far greater progress on this than any other training plan I've been on prior, I've been able to get my friends using it as well. I love how simple it is, no mass multitude of plans to choose from, just plain here is what you need to do to get where you want to be. That's it. 10/10

I LOVED this app. I've been lifting weights for awhile, but never felt organized. Sister talked me into joining and the coach, Tara, went beyond expectations I had. Just absolutely fantastic. I told her I was only doing coaching for 3 months and she made that the goal to get nutrition in line and workouts set up so I had a game plan. I now have 4 workouts to rotate. The response from support has been fantastic and I'm down over 15 lb, also lost 2.5 inches on my waist. Worth it!

I like the ability to create custom workout plans, and I would rate the app higher if it wasn't for one big flaw/bug I keep getting. For some reason workouts I have completed in the past will randomly not update my last rep and weight stats for that particular exercise when it is time to do it again. This is very annoying because my whole objective with using this app is to measure my progress over time and be able to progressively overload every week! And I'm not using a VPN or ad blockr

Great app to organize your strength training, muscle building or whatever goal you work towards program. My only gripe is sometimes the example excercise video doesn't work. They are great when they work except for the individual doing the excercise sometimes has bad form. Glaring example is dumbell shoulder press. The guy is clearly lifting too much since he has to move the weight towards his head instead of keeping his forearms vertical. Other than that, great app.
