App completely changed and I don't like the new format at all. You took away the timer and I like brushing for 3 minutes and now have to guess if I have. Not to mention you took away the fun little game.

App just completely redesigned. I didn't think it could get any worse but now it is basically useless. Can't edit any settings or anything. I don't get how multi million dollar companies can care so little about making useable software for their users.

These guys have been telling they shipped my brush for 3 months now. I contact them every few weeks and they say the same thing. "Looks like it wasnt shipped, but I just pushed it through." EVERY SINGLE TIME. So I havent even been able to use the app! So annoying!

This app is trash, its never connected to the brush. Who's going to member to grab their phone every time to even use the 2 min manual timer. And you can't even go back and fix the times the app missed. It's just terrible

Doesn't work. The brush doesn't share info when it connects. Support offered to manually manually add brushing to my log, but it's utterly asinine to email support every single day to add these events for no gain because the product simply doesn't work.

I have had nothing but issues with the app and brushes for over a year now. Customer service has been super great but the app itself makes simply brushing your teeth a stressful experience.

The only thing I used this for was so my son could see his "stars" rack up as he brushed. That only worked about 40% of the time to begin with. But now it seems the developer reverted the app to some earlier, vanilla version that has absolutely no value or UI appeal. With how terrible the Beam brushes are to begin with, I now have no reason to use Beam at all.

What a crappy app! There's no way to stop the clock when you stop brushing. Even though the automatic stop is turned on, it doesn't turn off automatically at the right time. and there's no real instructions on how to use the damn brush! Nowhere does it say you have to press and hold the button in for a certain length of time before it'll stay on.

I love the concept of Beam and liked the old version so much better. I don't know why you changed it. It was better visually had fewer bugs and was fun to use. This version looks like a beta and my brush hasn't worked properly since so I don't even use the app anymore, it's useless.

What is this app doing? I haven't even logged in and it keeps popping up its icon and my phone lags horribly immediately after. In response to the comment the company added, I downloaded this app because my dental insurance is through them, it shouldn't be trying to sync if I've never even set up an account for recording my brushing.

Wouldn't let me access anything until a brush was connected, but the brush I was provided wouldn't connect. Everytime I hit refresh it said there weren't any brushes found and when I hit "my brush isnt showing" all it did was tell me to do exactly what I was already doing to connect the brush. All I need is my insurance card, this is ridiculous.

Ap was perfectly fine untill today ... now it's very basic doesn't give as much information and isn't tracking correctly.. missing several brushes that showed before this update? It was fun before now its malfunctioning and bland.. sure hope it goes back to what it was before because this isn't worth not using my sonicare if it's not working properly.. how can you hold people accountable for brushing and doing discounts for people that do on the plan if it doesn't track everytime?

I got an email to download the app to see my dental insurance card. Wont continue until you set up a brush. Haven't received the brushes yet. The whole point was to get the insurance card prior to receiving it in the mail. Now that I have the tooth brushes I can say that it doesn't register brush events constantly. And my wife refuses to give up her electric tooth brush because it is way better. Good concept but horrible execution.

Tried to sync my toothbrush but it somehow ended up on the wrong profile. When we figured out how to fix it the time thing stopped working on my phone. If I turn my brush on it doesnt say it's on but it does on my moms phone. I dont know what to do and it's very frustrating. I like the concept but its needs a lot of work.

App is not saving data correctly. Sessions are missing. There is no manual way to force a sync, and if the brush fails to sync when it is near my phone it MAY hang on to the data and enter it next time, but it sometimes leaves blank entries in my calendar after a gap in syncing up. This morning I opened the app to learn I had skipped three days straight, even though I had brushed twice a day each day and the app claimed to be synced up. Capturing inaccurate data doesn't seem like a useful featur

The first brush showed up 2 months after it was supposed to. The app stopped syncing from the brushes, and support has been unhelpful in troubleshooting the issue. Now I am unable to track my brushing or earn points from them because the app doesn't sync. At least you get a free brush out of having this insurance company?

Not fond of this app but forced to use it through my spouse's benefit pkg. Suppose to receive greater savings for dentist if used daily, while it automatically records usage. Waste of time. It loses connection after syncing several times. It does not record all the dates when I brush, so it is not accurate. Beam toothbrush is not powerful, even on the highest setting. My Sonicare works better. The game sucks. I can't control the worm to maneuver through the meteors and stars.

Rarely connects with brushes, nothing but trouble. I've been in touch with tech support several times. The most they seem to be able to do is disconnect my brushes, so I can try to reconnect them again. This usually doesn't solve any problems. Often even when I do manage to connect to any given brush, it still doesn't sync the brushing data properly.

This app has made brushing teeth a blast for the whole family. It took several tries to get our toothbrushes to all show up at first, but after a handful of tries we got all of them linked to the correct persons. the app does have a lot of bugs that if fixed would make this app much better. Thanks beam. well done. now hopefully my children will have less, or even better, no cavities next time we see the dentist.

The recent update is terrible. The older version was good which had an option of collecting stars, syncing automatically for 2 minutes and show your time, battery life, and game. It was a motivation for my little kid to come and collect stars and hearts every night and counting her points. Don't know what was in your mind to completely blew the app. But it is terrible. It is not even showing the days right. It cannot capture days of calendar after 10, and only shows 1,1,1,1... Not useful at all
