This app is horrible and the customer service is even worse. I downloaded and signed up to play on this app on Sunday and Monday morning I was locked out of my account. No one answers the phone when you call the customer service number. I added money to my account that I didn't even get to spend and now I have no way of getting it back. This app is a SCAM. Please don't download it and definitely don't add any money on here to play because you won't get it back...not even the money you win.

It's fun but the wind arent often. You lose a lot of money before a big win. but the bonuses are good. and they give them often so at least you have the chance to win your money back.

I've taken over 25,000 spins on the Goonies game. I've had countless bonus rounds at $1 per spin, yet have only won over $100 in a bonus round once. There are 4 jackpots to win (mini, minor, major and mega). The only jackpot you ever win is the mini. Ive only won another jackpot one other time, and that was the minor at $25. Once. You'll spend $100 to win $30 on a regular basis. Its very common to get a bonus round that pays $0. Today I went 1,231 spins without any sort of bonus round at all.

I love the casino for a couple hours! I deposited 50$ and got my bonus. However I'm in the hospital recovering from surgery and now I'm locked out. I sent my ID bit it just expired. They said to get a valid ID . Which is fine. But God only knows if I'm getting out. I just don't understand why they let me deposit, just to lock it.

App won't let me pass the verification page even after I enter the code it just doesn't work I tried to uninstalling reinstalling restarting my phone and also try customer support which was absolutely no help after waiting seems like hours waiting 30 second person in line I got one response and ended my chat

No knew games, technical issues and hard to chat with customer service when issues accur. I have lost a good amount of money due to thier technical issues and no way to tell them immediately. When talking to customer service they ask did you take a screenshot...No I can't take a screenshot every time I spin a game

Update: I saw your response. Periods of bad luck? I literally jump on different times of day, weeks, etc. Nothing. So bad. Folks just Google casino's that pay out the best. Bally ranked low. Not fair or balanced. Trash. To be honest, terrible compared to FanDuel or Golden Nugget. If you win 100, plan on not winning until you bet another 500. Just spent 50 dollars on 10 different games and hit only a few times. And the wins not even close to what I was betting. And customer service... Lol.

This is a very messed up platform, they pull the carpet from under you. They will entice you with a 100 dollar deposit, offering to refund you if you lose it. What they dont tell you is they make extremely easy to deposit funds, but do everything in their power to force you to drive to the actual casino to get your money. Which means you then have to make that trip worth your while. They offer a card withdrawal, but it always has "errors", downtime, multiple third party accounts. Its a scam.

Horrible app design and sign up process. I've sent my information in 3 times and still can't deposit. All I get is a white screen with gray flashing boxes. I've tried different phones and reinstalling the app and nothing works. Obviously they are not worried about getting your moment or else they would build an app that works or maybe it's they don't care about helping customers. Plenty of other apps out there, do your self a favor and find them. Avoid Bally Casino.

Very buggy. Also verification process is a bit wonky. Also doesn't even attempt to grab location once login created, then you need to shut down app and relaunch. Documentation should be asked for at initial sign up. Also SMS verification doesn't work at Creating a bad experience from the onset is not a good look. Edit: after working with customer support, no resolutions to the above. There are obvious issues with the app that need resolutions forthwith.

It's an alright casino when it wants to be. Just like someone said some games do cut right off in the middle of ur game with error message and some just dont come on at all. For instance Extreme Gold Blitz. Why doesn't it work. Another thing stop with these week bonuses give free spins as bonuses and free bonus dollars. All of y'all casino always get a chance to win their money back. So make casino a Lil more exciting.

Was once my favorite casino. Quick and easy withdrawals. Easy to navigate. Now they just interrupt my games with an error. IT SUCKS! To get booted off in the middle of a spin and then am told all spins were completed! TOTAL BS! They don't really care about their players, obviously! This has happened quite a few times. Pretty disgusting actually. Bonuses really non existent. Have put in a grand in over the weekend and they wont get a dime more. Like it almost deliberately misses and makes sure you know it. Bonuses- 1! 2! Whoops! Number 3 just missed. didnt see it? Its ok we will show it to you again 197 more times in your next 200 spins. Not to mention constantly kicking you of games mid spin to "check location". As if i somehow went from central PA to another state in 3 mins. Save your money. Trash.

Too many issues that happen only when you're winning. Every time I have been on a winning streak in Blackjack, there are technical difficulties (i.e. I get kicked from the table, my bet gets declined, or the app crashes). I'm a fairly rational person, but it's too much of a coincidence that EVERY time that I am getting ahead... A glitch occurs. When I am losing... The app runs flawlessly. I'm not going to be giving more business to this app. Very disappointing!

Can't play games I want to play. Always some technical difficulties about location, but can play others. Barely can see my balance because it's so far down a screen, but with plenty blank space for it to be moved up and by seen. The bonuses are extremely stingy!!!!! Don't like this app!

The only casino app that NEVER pays out. Not once have i gotten any major or even half decent win. My withdrawal point is $10. And i have never gotten to it. Not recommended. As well, expect bonuses to come to a screeching hault, after the first month or so. Had the app for 6 months. Haven't gotten ANY kind of bonus from the daily OR biweekly picks in the last 5 months. So bonus games r B.S. too. Don't waist your money or time.
