Ur B1g player app have so many bugs not working properly in Android tv app freezing issues zoom options not working properly when switching to zoom options I changed the live tv channel fix this in next update

Its good app but sometimes channels lags a lot and categories loading takes time also..one more issue is that i can't lock RECENTLY ADDED tag, i have done in parental control but its still visible.

Very very good app. User-friendly interface, no lag. Channel, movies, series all working perfectly without any lag.

This app is trash. You watch something for 2 minutes then it won't play any further or it simply won't open. Don't waste your money on this.

I had too bad experience with them. once you paid for yearly fees than there is no support and your money waisted. most of the channels keep reading and reading and complains have no answers. However reading this text please don't waste your money take a better service that can ensure after sale service. more over when I said that I will choose other service because you are not resolving the issue so they as you wish go ahead. this is the customer service they have. shame on you.

Apalling customer service I am so disapointed with the lack of unprofessionalism, please contact me if you want to see transcripts of conversations. The interface is ok, but lags and the live tv is clunky

Full bad experience everytime buffering and can't load live channels and also after 3,4 minutes streaming stopped then close the app and open again for 3,4 minutes streaming then again it stops useless

Hi team.. 90% of the time when I open the application it doesn't play anything, just black screen.. and media doesn't start.. is this a know issue.. and do you have any fix for this??

Utter rubbish. Interface is awful. Customer service is abysmal, they take more money than is due, and then do not refund the whole amount. There are many others to choose from, so why bother with these guys? You've been warned.

B1g IPTV quiet good one , need some UI/ Ux improvements in menu after turning on otr layout damn good still some features needed to be added and new menus and buttons, login account for universal sync, sync favourite channels tab and player settings mobile and tv, bring Dolby 5.1 support for live channels, upscaling feature 1080i to 4k upscaling good , reorder channels in favourite tabs, manage the categories and hidden unused

My friend suggested this app to me, and for the first time I decided to download it but I'm unable to sign up in this app, I honestly don't know what's wrong but I can already feel like this app isn't a must to download since I've tried several tries to sign in and tried many username ideas but none worked so if you want more downloads you should better fix your damn game
