This app works when it wants. I have had to delete and re-download it just to report for my kids. I'll change once it's fixed.

The app doesn't match the parent used guide screen shots at all. It doesn't have the same info on the phone that you typed in via the computer.

App is horrific. Always randomly stops working. Won't accept a new password. Had to manually input through the web and app still won't let me in. Absolute garbage.

The app stops working frequently and even uninstalling and downloading from scratch doesn't always solve the problem. It takes forever to load.

At the beginning it worked great but 3 months later it does not even open. It keeps circling, loading and it never loads. It is horrible I have uninstalled and re-installed ans still won't load. Horrible app.

great app... but it needs to start a sentence automatically with a capital letter.. as noted here...it only does lower case. see. sentence ends with a period and it doesn't automatically begin the next with a capital letter.....please fix.

Have had to remove and reinstall app before. Now it's stuck loading even after doing that and taking other measures over multiple days. Extremely frustrating when I couldn't use it, as needed, to enter the school today!

App keeps crashing. I'm not able to log in to use app for my son to get into school. It worked last year, doesn't work anymore. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Please fix ASAP!

Notifications stopped working on Android (Samsung and Pixel) early in the '23-'24 school year. My school doesn't use all the features, so this has been the most prominent bug that I would like to see fixed.

Been using this app for my son quite ok. Two weeks ago it suddenly stopped working...uninstalled, reinstalled, now it's stuck loading! No problem with account, since I was able to login directly in the website via browser. Developers need to fix this app asap - my son is not able to use this to enter school.

Can't add the same vehicle to multiple drivers. Editing a driver has a required field for Relationship, but the field can't be edited so it's impossible to save driver info. Profile picture randomly rotates 90 degrees.

Just downloaded the app today. First thing I did was try to change the temporary password. Not only did it not take the new password, it wouldn't accept the old one anymore either. Tried to reset the password, but it didn't work. Tried again, same result. Finally logged into their website to fix it. Really annoying.

Was working fine until the latest Android update. Now the splash screen just keeps loading. I tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling but same issue.

Every time I need to make a change to my child's pickup it's a chore figuring out to do it. Just not very user friendly. Better than the last system my school chose though.

Can get in to the app early in the morning to fill out wellness info, but when I get to school to show that it is completed, the app stays on the loading screen. Tried deleting app data and the app and reinstalling. Was shocked to see that it logged me back in after reinstalling even though app data was cleared!

The notifications do not work. I have to reset them everyday and have yet to receive one. Only one parent can add new drivers. There is no way to see if your child has been picked up or not. Unless you add your child to another carpool there is no way to select who is picking them up. There is no way to contact the app developers. Because her father set it up I can't change anything in my daughters profile. The add a pic option doesn't work. App has outdated covid info.

I have to disagree with the design/marketing decision to call an 8 character alphanumeric string a "quickpin". PINs themselves canonically being solely numeric and only 4 digits. This is twice as long as more than twice as complicated. Consider calling it a SecurePIN, or a SPPIN (School Pass PIN) as it is anything but quick. Also putting the scannable QR somewhere besides behind a load screen, hidden menu, and then another press would greatly improve usability.

This app continually fails. I log in for the first time and everything appears to work fine. However, if I close the app while still logged in and then try to open it again, it just sits there and spins. I can't even log out. The only way to get back in is to uninstall and re-install the app. I have enough stress trying to keep track of my students without being hamstrung by problems like this. FIX THIS NOW!

Good app, but some functionality issues. Too long to explain but it's not as user-friendly as it could be (in terms of maneuverability), and the window is small where you type, and you can't scroll up and down making it it's difficult to go to the beginning of what you are writing to re-read for errors and/or make changes.
