For a phone app this does very well. Points I like: You can read a lesson from any given week. (Helpful for those that attend a class that is one or two weeks ahead of study guide schedule). Also, has additional comments from EGW on the topic being studied. And the scriptural references are hot-linked to the text. Paging and text manipulation are very easy.

Very good overall. Can you get the title of each day's lesson to fit in the header please? Also, this is the only app out of like 300 plus apps on my phone where the navigation buttons for the phone (recents, home, back) can barely be seen when in light or sepia view in the app. Leads me to believe that it is an issue with the app and Android standards. Samsung Ultra 22.

I enjoy this app but I have difficulty with the words being covered by the keyboard when I need to type on the keyboard. Also I previously enjoyed the EGW writings at the end and this app doesn't accept it. I appreciate that when there is a Bible verse to be read that you can touch it and the text will pull up. Also the app doesn't seem to have the stories between each weeks lesson that the written quarterly has and I do miss that. Thanks for making an app for the phone so I can study the lesson

The features that stands out over my previous app are access to EG White Notes, and the ability to copy and paste Bible verses. It would be helpful if the New Living Translation Bible version was an option. It would also be great if the whole Bible chapter came up with the referenced verses highlighted within the chapter. The highlightner color options are too dark and make the highlighted text difficult to read. I find this to be a very good app overall.

This has the most beautiful & modern UI of all such apps. While overall it is the best, I still end up going back to Stefan Rusek's app because this app keeps jumping to the next week's lesson if ever the app is left and you cannot see the verses before/after a linked text. Plus it would be nice if you could 1. Add teacher's edition and 2. Save lessons/notes/etc. in popular cloud spaces.

If you asked me 3 days ago, (Friday, December 30, 2022) one day after I learned about this app and downloaded it, I'd have given it 5 stars. I could actually listen to the Sabbath school les s while moving about, and review and review past lessons. Awesome! Now, not so much. There is no place to engage listening to it. That button is gone for this quarter's lessons. What happened? Why is listening to the lesson gone? Please bring it back! It's fixed and has been for some time. Thank you!

I love the digital version of the quarterly. Iappreciate that the new one is available right away, plus i have a choice of which style to utilize. Now I can take it everywhere, and no longer worry that it will get lost in my house or damaged. And the features work great for my reading style, plus my thoughts can be typed in just like writing in the paper copies. This format works really well for me.

The audios are highly professional. The voice clarity and volume and pace are adjustable as per the listener desire. The texts are clear, and their fonts, sizes, and headers are conducive for a good understanding. Also, all archives of the lessons of several years back are easy to find. This is optimum for personal engagement in a friendly Bible Study endeavor.

Such a wonderful Sabbath School Quarterly. Works well and looks good on my phone. Users can choose from three color display options, four typefaces and five fonts. Highlighting and underlining are also available. One can also schedule a daily reminder. Is 'note adding' available? I'll have to check. Nevertheless, very satisfied with this one.

Excellent app! Functions perfectly. Follows the hard copy of the quarterly verbatim with the option to save/sync your notes across devices (though I haven't used that function). What I love most is how it opens the scripture references seamlessly within the app and has several popular translation options to choose from. Also has SOP references following each daily lesson. It's like having two apps in one. Very blessed by this app!

Very easy to use and great when traveling internationally because they've got different languages. So you can study together with friends of different language. I like it! Edit: love being able to highlight and underline text. You can also write so much more so you don't have to compromise on the thoughts you want to express. However, recently the app has been crashing in Thursday or Friday lessons. PLEASE FIX! Otherwise it's a great app. Second edit: dropping two stars because the app keeps erasing all of my notes on Friday which is SO frustrating. All of the study from the week just simply disappears. This app is a blessing, but please fix this

Finally, there is a one stop Sabbath School study source with both the regular and the teacher's guide plus the audio recordings and lesson commentaries. I like the "It Is Written" best because it is from the original source, the author. Once I understand the author's perspective and animation I can confidently lead the lesson study. I use "Talking Points" as a helpful teaching strategy. Finally, the audio version reader is delightful to listen to, who voices with the listener in mind.

The Sabbath School app is very convenient and useful in the SDA student's toolbox. I gave it 4 so it can be perfected through upgrades. 1. There needs to be a less invasive "in your face" method of requesting donations. It takes away from the experience, especially after having already contributed. There can be a more discreet way of placing the ad within the app. 2. The Bible text link, let it open within the reading material instead of having to exit the lesson to find it. More to follow.

I like this app. A few weeks ago I visitor needed a quarterly and our church was out, so I gave him mine . So out of necessity I installed this app. It's been great. I like the way when you click on the bible verse it has a drop down to view different versions. Also like that you can choose traditional book layout or different layouts according to your preferences.

This app is wonderful, and we have it on 2 phones and a tablet. Easy to use. Great features, especially the "copy" on the top, as it copies the whole entry without having to select all the words. Would love to have it available to put on our Windows computer!! (Hint, hint, HINT to the programmers when upgrading)

Great app, works well. Mostly English-focused, though. Most languages (kudos for having so many) have only the adult quarterly and maybe one other. So non-English content is severely limited. For example, the Primary guide is available online in several languages, but the app doesn't even offer it in Spanish.

Customizable font, color, size, etc. and you can highlight the text. All Bible verses are linked so you can just tap to see the verse. Includes both adult and college quarterlies. However it appears that it automatically always begins the weekly lesson on Saturday. I wish you could choose your starting day to coincide with your church's service or Bible study, as I typically start my lesson on Sunday.

I love this ap...laid out well, so easy to follow through, easy to understand. I SO MUCH appreciate the EGW Notes at the end of each day's study and the Teachers notes at the end of the week's lesson! THANKYOU. VERY MUCH! If I were to make any suggestions, personally I would love to be able to add notes in more places, then I could teach SS class from this app. As it is I have to use another for the sabbath's I teach, one that has more spaces for adding my notes for teaching.

Like it, but needs work. When listening to the audio it shuts down if you fast forward. It doesn't save your spot if you go to another app. The entire app needs to close and re opened in order to get back to audio. Other than these glitches, if you listen to the entire week in one sitting, it works great. Love it regardless!

Two improvements I will highly suggest: 1. Except for the color yellow, the highlight colors are much too intense and obscure the text when used. Please lighten the colors to be more transparent. 2. It would be nice if additional notes could be written, not only inn the answer to questions part. Overall, excellent app. It hasbthebintroduction, EGW comments, mission stories, etc. and the app has never glitched on me. I'm glad I came across this app!
