I love that this app let's me know nappy changes, feeds, activities and has pictures where the previous app for my child's kinder didn't have those listed.

Utterly broken on my phone. Does not open. Does not work. So sick of being required to use these broken apps for our daycare needs. It's just the worst.

Can't get notifications at all with all permissions turned on. Shame the daycare went away from Brightwheel. This app is a cheap knockoff not worth wasting time on. Hopefully the developer will pull their head out their rear and make something decent eventually.

App is slow and clunky. For some reason it keeps signing me out of my account and I have to keep signing back in. The QR Code has also never worked for me to sign my child in to the OSHC service, but I have seen it work for other people. "Sorry, the QR Code that was used is no longer valid. Please scan the QR Code again or see a staff member." The service notified the developer of this error at the start of this year when they made the mistake of switching to this system but still not fixed

This app doesn't provide me with my child's information in the profile. I dont have a tab to review or look at my bill. This app is terrible. I wish I could give no stars.

This app is hopeless. I'm always having to uninstal and reinstall and it's frustrating that it kicks me off my account so I can't mark my child absent or view my payment details. So annoying. The worst experience I've had. Changing schools and provider due to a house move soon. Hoping the next provider doesn't use this app! That's how much I rate it.

Whilst I like this app for paying our fees, there's no option to disable direct debit, delete a bank account or to change the direct debit amount and if I pay the fee myself it will still then take the direct debit amount out of my account anyway. I also dislike that I can't add/remove others from the app. There is so much improvement needed on this app for me to even consider it being a good app.

I am a designated person for picking up my Grandchild. The app has yet to work in spite of the parent's requesting this problem to be fixed. This is the 3rd week for this situation.

This app is AWFUL. The unlock door feature works 1/10 times that I try to use it. I have to keep closing the app and reopening the app multiple times before the app finally recognizes the door I'm RIGHT NEXT TO - NOT convenient. And when we're in a hurry, there is no quick check-in/out option because the phone won't connect to unlock the door. I wish I could just tap my phone against the door from the app's main screen. Also would help to give a notification when my child is checked in/out.

Doesn't work without location permission on my Android phone. Installed as instructed, appeared to work first day it was implemented. Second day, hoping the hiccups of first day ensuring everybody is on the new app were gone, it prompted for access permissions and nothing happens when I click on deny. Reported to the rep on-site. Two weeks+ later, no update to the app.

AWFUL. Clunky. Nothing stands out and it's hard to read. The old Kangarootime platform was easier to use and was more intuitive. We do not get push notifications when our kids are checked in/out, and we both have notifications enabled. The gallery is difficult to use- you are only able to click one image at a time and then have to hit back to see more. Messaging is clunky- you aren't able to hit reply- only acknowledge when you get a message. You have to send a whole new message to reply.

This is a terrible app. Our daycare switched to this app from the regular KangarooTime app because they were promised it was better and with more features. There's not a single thing it does better. It's significantly worse in every way. There are no push notification options. The photos aren't organized by day. Just all dropped into one page. No notifications about messages. No way to message the daycare. No indication of when the child has been checked in and out. Terrible in every way.

Daycare just made the switch from a different platform & so far the experience has been disappointing. Each photo and subsequent click on the sharing button take 15+ seconds to load each time (Android and iPhone). Also, there is no way to download images from Android (clicking the share icon on iPhone provides the option to download, but this isn't a functionality with Android). Push notifications don't work despite correct settings in the app and the phone. More issues but out of characters.

Like other reviews, this app needs ALOT of improvements. Once you put in a payment type (credit card, bank account), you CANNOT delete it (you're forewarned). You cannot reset which payment method to use for default + autopay. You cannot remove auto pay. All require contacting KangarooTime, which is impossible for some reason via email and phone/voicemail. I'm still waiting for a response to cancel since mid-Aug. It's Sept 1 tmo! Please improve basic payment functions on the app + response times
