Being fairly new to the game, I got this app and it was blown away at the Simplicity of the UI. To be honest, I hate that other websites don't allow their apps and their servers to sync. Here, all you need is your phone. Only gripe is that I have to find files to import to cover all the new books, but I'm a tech nerd in that was pretty easy. Props to this group, I hope you continue your great work, it was worth the money to get the full version unlocked.

Fight Club is honestly my favorite way to play DND. Everything that used to be either multiple apps or page after page of eraser smudged paper is now sitting on my phone as a single app. Very happy with it. The xml side of it can be difficult for some users, but it adds a level of flexibility and expansion that can't be beat. As much as I love the app on my phone, I also can't understate how great the app looks of you decide to put it on your tablet.

Absolutely amazing app, however I have 2 gripes in particular which lower it to an average rating for me. Firstly, the amount of extra .XML files you have to import into the app for proper functionality become very tedious. Secondly, I believe the character limit for the free version shouldn't only be one, rather maybe 2 or 3. Looking past both of those things however, this app is wonderful and has made my DND experience much better, but those prior issues have to bump it down for me.

Fantastic app. I hope a few things get added or changed, for instance: A link to a site with a collection of XML downloads. A slightly tweeked step-by-step builder that double checks when certain abilities alter something that changes what you can do but are impossible to check, functionally limiting your character. Certain abilities specifically let's you multiply your skills rather than adding to them, and since they can upgrade, a simple one-time additive stack makes it impossible to track..

Once populated with the content I use, incredibly useful for making characters, referencing rules, even playing D&D when all I had with me was my phone. Easy to customize and add your own content, including items, spells, classes/subclasses, etc. right in the app or from a computer in bulk with a little know-how. Nice of quality of life things, like the ability to select a type of rest to take, or trackers for class abilities that automatically recharge when you take a rest. Always using it, 5⭐

Sooo incredibly easy to use. I'm a new D&D player and my first game was really scary for me. I saw some group members using paper sheets and having to flip through pages of information, but on here, it's all very well displayed. You can find most things faster than you can snap your fingers- well, almost. It's super easy to navigate and I absolutely love this app. Again, I'm new to playing so rules and rolls can be very overwhelming to remember, but I feel a lot less stressed with this app.

A very solid app! I've been using it for years now and fairly quickly bought the full edition and it has wholeheartedly been worth it. Once you find the XML files you can find everything you need in here. I've only every noticed problems here or there, things like there's no place to write certain proficiencies such as tool or language, and that when multiclassing there's no way to track more than one set of slots, such as warlock vs wizard. Otherwise though, phenomenal app.

Sturdy foundation that requires the user to manually add files. Files are easy to find, but still require manual download and addition to the app. Past the initial setup, though, fight club works well. With the reliance on user content, though, there are some buggy stats that require manual tweaking. The tweaks are easy, though. Also, the paid version is more than worth it.

Great app, but 1 major issue. I just happened to have an issue with my device a week after installing and setting up. I had paid for the premium version and was very happy with the results but then I was forced to factory reset my tablet due to issues unrelated to Fight Club 5e. I expected to lose my characters, luckily I had backups, what I was not expecting to lose was my premium status. I have tried emailing the issue but have received no response.

Fantastic app! Great alternative to DND beyond. Creates a digital character sheet for me to use and edit. Highly recommend to find the .XML files to have all the "custom" classes, races, items, ect. Definitely worth my 3 bucks. Ads aren't that intrusive. Just annoying at the bottom of the screen. Definitely worth 3 bucks to get rid of since this app is Great. Wish I could use it on my PC / table and sync files/characters with each device. I would Greatly appreciate that addition.

Fantastic all in one app to handle all your player needs. Some uses of the app are a little hard to find (things buried under class features), but once you learn the way around it's quick and easy. Having offline access is invaluable and makes it way better than dnd beyond. Wishes: sync between devices, printable character sheets are poorly formatted and incomplete.

It's a little difficult getting the book content on the app until you get used to it. The developer's reddit links to both official and unofficial content that you can download and then use in the app. After getting past the initial difficulties, the app is great! Extremely organized and easy to use. Well worth the small purchase price for multiple characters and no ads (free version ads are not invasive). I've stopped using physical character sheets entirely thanks to Fight Club.

I love the app and upgraded to pro. There are a few things that would improve the app in meaningful ways. On the proficiencies tab, add tools, instruments, and languages. As well as making them selectable during appropriate points in creation and leveling. During character creation, allow for taking equipment packages rather than rolling gold and buying. I know you can edit later, but for ease of use, this would help. An option for cleaning up duplicate entries, if identical.

Such a smooth system! Very well implemented and a joy to use once you get it set up and get the hang of it! It strikes the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. If you're looking for a character creator that will prevent you from making decisions you're not allowed to make per the rules, this tool is not for you. I have tried a few tools that go that route though and found that I encountered a pretty big limitation somewhere along the way. The configurability FC5e gives is so key for me!

Normally, I absolutely love this app. Recently however, if you make updates to the compendium, it completely wipes out all of your data. Hours upon hours of work is just gone. Edit: I had hoped the recent update would have fixed the random crashing and deletion of data when making edits. Unfortunately, it still seems to crash when editing or creating equipment.

Everything was working mostly fine. But after the newest update, I opened my compendium, and the app deleted everything (classes, races, weapons, characters, etc.)! And right before I had the chance to back it all up. The rating would have been higher because I used it all the time, and had so many characters. But now everytime the game updates, something goes wrong. Now I lost so much data, I have to stop my campaigns!

Nearly perfect, but some functionality could be improved. Having to manually enter in certain stats or skill bonuses is pretty tedious and annoying, especially expertise. Also, the fact that you're forced to take starting gold instead of equipment is pretty confusing. Overall, if they were willing to implement more ease of use features, this app would be perfect.

So versatile & flexible. Does everything I need it to & more. It can be a long process to get everything you want on here & set up the way you want, but once it's done, it's easy to keep maintained, updated, & running smoothly. All the tips & tricks you need to set it up are easily found. And when you have it perfected, you can save & share with others.

This is a GREAT app... but don't make anything in it. I've been using this app for a good majority of like 3 years or so and I've loved it, the only caveat is that I can spend hours making something like a subclass, an item, a feat, a race, etc.. all for it to be gone the next time I opened the app. Good to use if you don't make content and only use the features you import, really user-friendly interface and you can import ANYTHING you want into it just don't make the same mistake I did.

The app is great and is an extremely viable alternative to dnd beyond where you have to buy anything, here you just get the premium for a couple of bucks and your good to go. A few little neashes about the app get on my nerves, like how you have to go online and download your own compendium if you want access to all the content, but it's every single source book for a few dollars instead of 30 dollars for one. Overall very useful, a little weird and has some odd bugs but would definitely recomme
