Boring, not challenging. Got some ending from the second attempt, such kind of games usually harder. Don't like the highlighting on the cards I've used, it makes game pointless.

I like the style of the game, having two cards to choose from is a good idea. What I didn't like was the story.. a weird medieval fantasy story without any "spice" to it.. 3 stars for the idea and it's potential..

This is essentially a wannabe Reigns that's not as good. I'll admit the art is better than Reigns, but that's basically the only thing that this game is better at. The choices are especially bad, because you never know what outcome a choice will have. Even if the outcome seems obvious, more often than not, it's not the outcome you would have expected.

Fun game, felt satisfying to get to the end after failing a lot early on and has a nice learning curve! Didn't have a lot of replayability but I didn't feel let down by that, it actually made it more satisfying!

This is fun to play. If you loose all your lives (like me) you get another chance. The developer should introduce a game save option though. Every time I come back into the game I have to start from scratch which is annoying.

Not bad for a $2 game... somewhat short as most are for that price range, but an interesting replay system that helps to drag it out. More of a "choose-your-own adventure" than anything

i enjoyed the story and choices quite a bit. Sadly, cloud saving does not seem to work. I play on two different phones (same account), so I quickly noticed that the progress is not carried over. Any plans to add cloud saving, and to add more content (game is fun but quite short)?

It depends on the person if you'll like it or not. It does exactly what it is you choose a route to take you die or live restart or keep going. Nothing to it to me pretty boring I just clicked through all the cards till the end and that was it.

Just finished and need more! Kudos to the team for a wonderful story and beautiful art. The choices and paths were a great balance of fantasy and realism from what I'd imagine growing up in the middle ages would be like (wouldn't want to do it irl).

Choices you make aren't clear. Do something you think is safe and then you lose a health, do something that you think would progress you and you lose a health. There's no partern of what risks should be taken and what shouldn't. There is not rule for consequence, just memorize your answers so the next run doesnt kill you as fast. I died too many times with too little progression. Literally lost interest within 15 minutes. Not trying to be mean to devs, just honest. Needs a lot of work.

This game reminds me of old PC games from the 90s. It leaves me feeling nostalgic. One wrong move, and your fictional self dies. It's fun to play with another person, and narrate their journey for them making it a decent ice breaker in some situations.

Meh. Having selections highlighted does nothing. Maybe if they were color coded it'd be more useful. Gave up trying to cycle back into a chain of specific events because I didn't care enough to memorize it, as a game shouldn't need such a thing, especially on the phone.

This is a fun game, one in which you can easily die often but be resurrected and renew your choices. However, I completed it in under half an hour, which hardly makes it worthwhile installing, especially as there is no replay value. Play for a quick fix, enjoy the laughs, but keep your expectations low to avoid disappointment.

It's a nice game to kill time and I find some choices quite hilarious like the obvious choices sometimes are not always right. Although I do have a suggestion to remove the "see map" when the choice to go to next chapter shows up, idk why it needs to be there. Quick Edit: Oh wow what happened to my save? I just completed the demon ending and after restarting the app everything went poof

I enjoyed it for a while but the gameplay gets boring after an hour or so, especially since you have to keep repeating chapters over and over trying to figure out which choice you didn't make so far. The end chapter is especially bad, there must be only one successful path through and it gets extremely repetitive trying to find it. To make matters worse, if you close the app you have to go back to being a baby again. It's like a choose your own adventure book where you have to go back to page 1

A sweet choice story game, both art and audio are pleasant and compliment each other well. The story itself isn't anything extraordinary and can be finished really quickly (talking about an hour or two for going through 100 percent of content). My recommendation would be to get it on sale like I did simply because there isn't much content to go through.

A game where you make choices for progression. While most of the choices are neutral, some reduce lives and few gives extra life. You go from a forgettable child to a prominent figure. Two endings in general and two main paths, which intersect. Is it good as a game? Depends on your choice. Is it good as a 'Middle Ages' game? No. The game is far from being historically or culturally correct. That is not what I expected. I'd give it a better rating if it advertised itself differently, as fantasy.

Tried on playpass. It feels less like a choice game when answers seem fixed to death or no result, and more like a cheap "story" that forces you with what the devs want. Several "choices" got items when others don't and made them seem like the only ones that are supposed to be chosen so it doesn't feel like a choice game when everything is not random and forced. Example: helping in the fields ALWAYS killed my character. Unbelievable.

This was actually really fun!! I like that when you die, it brings you back to a checkpoint so you can either pick different choices or continue off of another path!! Kept me engaged in the story line and kept me curious of the outcomes. Truly a very well thought out story line. Not to mention the art in the back and just the level of detail!! Ugh stunning.

I love these kinds of interactive stories, and while the concept is great the execution is not. It feels like your choices don't matter when the game forces you to pick certain options to progress-- essentially there are right and wrong answers. Maybe it's the binary nature of having only two choices, one essentially must be "bad" and one "good". Not my favorite game. At best worth at least one playthrough, but the replayability is just not there.
