As soon as you move up in rank, the price of everything goes up too. The whole game is geared toward getting you to spend more money, it is fun, but seriously rigged to get you to spend more and more. And you can never win real money or any thing in real life.outright? The wheel on spins and rings is rigged as is the lighting show. It's impossible to maintain rank without purchases. Obviously, you really only strive to rip people off.

There are random screens where there's music you can't turn off, or a really annoying announcer's voice. Idk why there's no music on/off toggle. That keeps me from playing more often, bc it's hard to listen to a podcast over that nonsense. The slider that shows the blinds changing during the 3-way tournaments blocks my opponents' chip counts, which is annoying, but add to that that the slider is buggy.

Have not played since 2018 thought I would come back and try it again. The game has only gotten worse not only do they cater still to paid players but the pop-ups during play now are just awful. Every few seconds there is a pop-up for something when you're trying to play. Not to mention the whole screen is just packed full with advertisement buttons and nonsense to buy stuff. Came seen and again leaving this time forever.

I have lost all my rings and bracelets from all the years I was playing I haven't gotten no results on getting them back, I've been up to full momentum and then thrown out of the game sounds pretty fair to me been like that in the past, I will play for hours and then all of a sudden everything gets sticky! Never seen so many split pots in my life, as the pattern continues, I enjoy the game very much on on your site except for that and the glitches.

the game is rigged to an incredible degree and it truly shows when you play "beat the house" which is a game mode that gives you the best shot at leveling up when you get to a higher rank (currently at ace 1). its just too unlikely for me to lose with a full house but stuff like that happens constantly on here. the app has shifted the landscape of how the game is played as well. everyone just goes all in pre flop to win chips to level up. this game sucks

Almost impossible hands come up far too often and it is clear game is computer controled. Not good for the players. Twice all of my winings have been deleted and have to start all over again. Unless you can set me back all of my previose Im done and advise my friends to do so on social media. App drops all my credits and forces me to begin again with the lowest credits. This has happened twice before it is not a mistake this is the third time!!

I like online poker and I never have trouble finding a table. But I spend half my time closing in app purchase ads. It's beyond ok and quite ridiculous. Everytime I play the dumb spin a wheel thing for free to clean out notifications, I have to wait 10-15 sec to close an ad for the paid version of the game. In addition, running this all drains battery like it's some high GPU game. The invasiveness of the ads is irritating, but what this app is doing behind the scenes is worrying.

Was a great game and very fun! Until when I'm doing all the challenges and had $29 B and it logged me out then wouldn't let me log back in. That is, until I changed the password. I got in; just to see all the money, achievements, trophies, ECT GONE! WHY, don't waste any amount of money on this game, you will most likely lose everything; sooner or later. This has happened on multiple occasions (losing everything you've worked/played towards). Reason I stopped playing year(s) ago.

I am having lots of issues, who can help? I spend a lot of time playing, when I can, with a home life. When I play I love it. But can get frustrating. You work so hard to get some achievements constantly getting doubles you never accomplish the goal. Also having a great hand, tap check or "all in" and it folds the hand! My biggest issue is.. working hard and long to get foot balls/base balls for the Market and getting nothing never reaching the bracelet ever. Challenges are set to high.

There are 2-7 pop-ups on start-up (all perfectly timed to come up when you are about to tap something after closing the previous one). Worse is that it just feels rigged much of the time. Not necessarily rigged to just lose, but also rigged to win. It feels manipulative. When it's not so obvious, it is fun to play. But once you notice the pattern, it doesn't feel like authentic poker anymore.

There is a known issue when doing tournaments which the developers know about but, want to blame my connection. Haven't acknowledged it but, the screen freezes when a tournament ends causing me to lose me to have to back up or close the game therefore, loosing my momentum and winnings. In addition, there are magical internet issues every time I'm on a winning streak. It's starting to feel as though my growth is being stiffled on purpose. Haven't spent a cent and don't plan to!!!

App always crashes in the middle of hands your about to win. Then when you close the app completely it will come back after reloading, which only proves you weren't at the table, and you'll be minus a butt load of chips. That and the support hadn't responded to any of my attempts through the email I have registered under. The layout and all is great and it's easy to use but the programmers put the screw you in the but algorithm on it.

I've played Texas Holdem for years and this is the most unrealistic game I have played. I am walking away for the 3rd and final time, I'm a slow learner. The algorithm they run is geared towards they player that goes all in on every hand and against the player actually trying to play. 3 bad beats in a row convinced me! How many times can you hold a full house and get beat by 4 of kind!!!

I just made a couple of purchases of 84.99 twice but did not receive all the items so I requested a refund immediately. This has happened before at a lower amount so i ignore it. But at this price I want everything that is advertised in the sale and that didn't happen. The game is very glitchy it keeps closing all the time. And if you Uninstall and re installed it is still not helping the glitches in the game. I love poker but this game has alot of work to do to stop the glitches and store sales

Unable to contact customer service when problems arise. This sucks! Particularly when there are questions about the many different icons used as game rewards. No response to anything! Still folds hands without permission! This often seems to happen when I'm dealt pocket face cards. Not sure if there is a connection but, let's get real, IT SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING AT ALL!!! Until they address this problem, they won't rate very high. Seeing as they ignore this glitch, they lose a star.

You can check in for free chips and mini games whenever and daily for small bonuses without having to join a table. I haven't had to spend any real money to enjoy playing. The only complaints I have would be the extreme battery drain and that the app doesn't work at all without some sort of internet connection. I get the tables, but maybe the mini games? I'm not an appist or know anything about how appism works, though. Overall, it's a great setup and fun game.

This is my 12th review & still nothing is random or up to chance. If I could I'd give it ZERO STARS or better yet I'd give it a -10 STARS. I've deleted it a few different times but I always manage to re-download it a few times. Even the slot machines aren't up to chance, & don't get me started on those BS bonus games. U can never get a full set of those game cards or the lightening cards. This game is made for u to get suckered into buying chips, bonus things hell even spins for the slot machine
