I have literally been playing this game app for several years. During that time they have continually added more and more advertising. I've advanced quite a way into the scoring and the further I go, the worse it gets. The most recent offers "events" to earn badges as well as points. Started out fine with the normal advertising every new game but now you are forced to watch several minutes of video advertising or not be allowed to play that event until the next day. That is BS. I'm done.

I play every day. Have done so for years. I never thought it would/could be improved. BOY was I wrong! The new graphics are great but; I'm levelling up twice as quickly and it's NOT because the games are easier, (they're not), or because of the new features. (Although they do help with progressing at a faster pace.) It's just the right combination of it all that makes me want to play over-and-over. Again, you people are great and REALLY smart.

This is really an addicting game. I think I could sit and play all day. The only issues are with the one touch movement. Seems like it will move to an empty row or a row with a different suit when a matching suit is clearly available. You pretty much need to move each one by hand. There probably some other minor issues but that one irritates me the most. I would recommend to any one though. Update 11/16/18!! The program was updated today. The interface looks nice. Problem is every time I start a game and get about half way through it will reset itself. I have been doing the daily challenge for about two years and now it doesn't look like I will get to do another one. How can I back up to the previous edition?

ETA: Recently, a glitch has developed. While playing the Daily Challenge, the logo splash page suddenly appears and then disappears and the Deal being played reverts back to the beginning. All moves have been lost. This is very frustrating! Taking my review to 1 star until this is fixed. I enjoy playing. Knocked off a star because there are times it takes several attempts to get cards to move or when you want to grab the whole run of cards it'll leave the top one behind.

Plays very well. Two suits is usually winnable, and the default action is almost always good. Great to play on a phone. The graphic animations after a win are the best of any solitaire I've played. While I love it on my phone, I can't play it on my Chromebook because I have a big monitor and it will only run on the whole screen. It would be nice to run it in a sizeable window, so I can work in Chrome or some other window, and jump to Spider as time allows.

Constant crashes, ads ridiculous. Despite what they say, you CAN'T skip after 5 seconds. Most require 3-4 cancels. The events are constantly being jammed down your throat, so they hope you'll accidentally open it and have to play them. Mobility ware was the best solitaire out there, now their games are loaded with garbage you don't want.

I love this game and have played it every day for a year. I've tried other spider games and they pale in comparison. I'm listing 1 star because the ads are now impossible to exit out of and entirely block game play. I havent been able to play for days and they haven't fixed it and I'm going through withdrawals. Fix these awful ads! -- update: working again! Now I'm happy!

A lot of ads. A lot. More than that. A LOT. You have to watch an ad before you can play a hand. You have to watch an ad between hands. Sometimes a hand is interrupted to show an ad. A LOT OF ADS. And now the ads have started popping up on screen over the play screen, so...time to delete. Not even three weeks since I installed it.

Stated putting in ads that obscure most of your cards that you can't even x out of. The ads run on a timer but the same one will pop up several times in a row, so you may only have 20 before another large ad blocks your screen and makes the game unplayable. Update. The ads have been fixed and are no longer intrusive during gameplay.

Great version of Spider to while away the time. There are ads but in most cases they are minimal in length. At least for now. You can always uninstall if it gets too annoying for you. Update - I am now removing app. I am tired of the endless ads for Temu and recent ads for an AI assistant that was by just an inappropriate example of how dangerous the misuse of AI can be. Maybe an upgrade providing exemption from inappropriate ads would be helpful for you. As for me, I'm out.

Best game play of this fame of all apps, however, today it started running the audio from ads in the background all the time, like in a loop, and when I close the app, the ad audio keeps going, I have to go in and FORCE STOP the app to get it to stop playing the audio. I have used this app for years across multiple devices, and have put up with the ever increasing number of ads which have become more & more intrusive, but I think I am done with mobilityware apps at this point. UGH.

This is the best spider solitaire app I've played and I've tried a lot. I don't have problems with ads. But that could be because I have Google play pass. Or because I usually play the game when on the road and I have no service. Reading the reviews here is one way you can stop a bunch of ads popping up. It's inconvenient but put your phone on airplane mode and you won't have ads popping up ever 2 mins. It what I do on other app that pop up a ton of annoying ads. Up to you just thought I'd share

I've been playing this game a long time. Premium Sub. Works well, varied plays. The only problem I have with it is getting the Events Box Ad every time I open game. I will not play that game ever & want to have option of turning the notification off. After every day for a year+ you'd think it would get the hint. Support said to just click thru to menu. We'll, that's just it! I don't want to have to.

I've been playing this spider solitaire game for years and I've enjoyed it for the most part. No problems, crashes or glitzes. But recently they have changed/added event games and that's great. BUT along with that came more ads that are longer and the sound now cuts off whatever I'm listening to until the ad is over. I'm going to search for another spider that suits me. And I'll be deleting this one.

Update- Music gone. Thankful because I really enjoy this format. I started to contact support before last review, but it became too much effort. I already work a 10 hour day. Easier to just hop on one of the countless other solitaires. Happy to stay here. I've been entertained by this one for years. Think I'll upgrade to ad free. The latest update added music to the background. My settings sound is switched to off, but this awful music will not stop.

Since i purchased a one year subscription it started freezing up at the edge of winning so I followed the game directions to fix it and it keeps getting worse. I'm very good at this game and for whatever the reason something always goes wrong that forces me to uninstall it and reinstall it and lose my spot on the leader board and start all over again. This is obnoxiously frustrating and frequent. If admin fixes this app ill delete this app without starting over...

The most incessant, intrusive ads I've ever experienced! Pop up after pop up, right in the middle of the game area, so your timer continues to tick away, but there's this 1998 banner ad blocking you. You can't close it, either! Then I goes away... only to be replaced in about 8 seconds with another! Can't take it anymore!

I like spider solitaire, and usually, I like the special plays, but for some reason, they are trying to put this jigsaw puzzle thing in. Play a game, get it right, and you get 3 pieces of a puzzle. Fine, but the puzzles are not always solvable, so you replay and replay and fail. I'm just telling you I will not be playing this event anymore, a frustrating game, and really, if I wanted to do jigsaw puzzles, I would download a jigsaw puzzle app.! Stick to spider solitaire please.

This is so much better. So far I LOVE it. Much better ads. No disgusting long ads that won't let you get rid of them til you watch the whole thing. (Update) I'm really sick of seeing the "Dilliard" ad. I don't have a problem with seeing an ad after each game but, COME ON!!! The same "Dilliard" ad EVERY TIME. I'm sick of seeing it. And really; who can afford such stuff? I can't that's for sure. If It continues, I'll have to delete this and start a different one. I LOVE Spider Solitude.

Love this game! I downloaded it through mistplay, and I've already maxed out the leveling. I still play it because it's calming. I like the night mode or dark feature. I like that the ads are relatively short when you're going to deal a new game. The only confusing part is when you're "watching" the ads, of you have any other sound on it will completely mute it. It's my only game that does this
