Before the update I would say that this app is one of the best and in my opinion still is. The only issue I have is ever since the update. I do not see cramming mode and I find that to be a very effective tool especially when you're studying for the written exam all the way up to the last minute please bring back this mode so I can recommend this app to more friends.

Genius! Better than CDL Genie! Why? Because it's free! Because it's more informative! Sure you have to deal with 5 second ads between tasks, but it's totally worth it. The "cram" section tells you all of the answers that are in the "test" section. You can star the ones you get wrong and go back over them later. Has the exact answers for the test in your state. Used this app for 1 week and passed the first time. Download it now!

I like how this coordinates to the state that you are taking your test in I really wish that it had an option to read the questions out loud. The setup of this app is very boring. It really makes it hard to stay focused and concentrate. There's no fun colors to look at. No audio. Very basic font. No movement no interaction. Not very ADHD friendly. It's not engaging at all.

The language on this test is extremely different!!!! We learned the questions and answers on this app, but when it came to the real test with the Texas Department of Motor vehicle, it was totally different. The questions were different, and the answer choices were different. You are better off downloading the book and studying it, otherwise you are running the risk of not passing the real test like it happened to us.

Very straightforward provides the information you need directly from the Handbook. Once you've read the driving Handbook this is an awesome way to prepare yourself for the test. I have not taken the test yet so I don't know how accurate the questions are in relation to the questions they ask on the driving test. Based on other driving tests I've taken it feels right. The ads are minimal but I hate ads.

This app is awesome! The visual makes it easy to practice and retain what you've learned. The typos aren't an issue because the paragraphs are pretty much predictive and easily understood. Most of the correct answers are just common sense whether or not you had any prior experience with commercial vehicles. One love... bless👍

Way more in depth and difficult than tests provided by the state. Covers every aspect for every class and endorsement. Gives explanation for each answer, allows you to highlight questions you may have trouble with and will allow you to retake each test and select which test you would like to take. Has other features I did not explore but I highly reccomend this app. My only negative critique is that the grammar is terrible and forces you to correct it to understand some questions properly.

Your app is THE greatest. I took the written for Combination and Tankers today and passed, only missed 3 on the first only because I misread the questions and one on the second (tests). I put in time for a week with mostly your app and re-read both sections including 7 of the DMV book for the second time, and I have to say, the questions in your app absolutely got me through the testing process. Thank you for helping me to pass the tests!! Couldn't have done it so fast and easy, otherwise!😁

very knowledgeable and a good way to start getting ready for a career as a commercial vehicle operator. Being able to take the test first allows a student to see where they are right off the bat knowledge-wise, and it's easy to take the test and learn something right from the beginning. Just pick your state and it starts asking questions at once. You can't go back and correct your answers while taking a practise test, but that's a small matter. Learning is the goal here.

I've used about a dozen of these apps, and this is the only one I've found that does ALL of the following: 1. Tells you the answer after youve answered, 2. Gives a good explanation of *why* that's the answer, and 3. Has multiple tests on specifics like air brakes and combinations. Many do some of these but not all. Super helpful.

Used this for the hazmat test in IL for my CDL renewal. I used the 4 hazmat practice tests and kept doing them until I scored 100 on them all consistently. I passed my hazmat on the first try. There were a few questions at the DMV that were not in this app, so definitely get the latest book and study, but for the most part all the questions were almost verbatim as what appears in this app. Awesome job! Yes, there are some grammatical errors and ads are always annoying, but a great free app!

I love this app. Great questions with information on the why after you select your response. The main downsides I've had is that if you go back a question, the current one is automatically selected to the correct answer if it hasn't been completed yet, and the second issue is that there is no way to reset the scores. I'd like to ask the developers if I just haven't found the way to reset the scores. When you take a break from studying, it would be nice to start testing again from zero.

Actually, of the CDL apps I've been reviewing, this one is excellent. It has some flaws, definitely. But the ads arent bad, the typos arent terrible, and it gets my state info correct, unlike some of the other CDL apps. It tracks your results and offers several different versions of each test so you can really challenge yourself. Yes, there are some grammatical and spelling errors. That is true. But in all, it's one of the best free cdl apps I've seen. I'm just upgrading from a class B CDL.

Great app with great questions. Recommended to me by a CDL holder. There are grammatical errors but those aren't that bad. The only thing I don't like is the questions aren't always matched to the right answers. The app will tell me I got a question wrong but the answer explanation is exactly what I choose and the answer they highlight as being right has nothing to do with the explanation. It only happens on a handful of questions just frustrating when you're trying to accurate test percentage.

Great app! Love it! I used this app and then passed my exams first try! Skipped the school and trained myself using this app and YouTube videos for the vehicle inspection portion. I liked how the answers were shown with an explanation of the correct answer if you missed one. The ads only show up before or after the test which was nice also. I tried a different app that had the ads on each question page at the bottom half of the screen and it was very distracting. Highly recommend this app!

using this program I prepared for exams in 3 days. on the exam there were several questions that are not in the app, and I made mistakes on them. in general it is the best program for preparation. a separate visual description of some points would help, for example, where and in what situations to put warning signs. I searched the Internet for a picture with an explanation that became much clearer. Thanks!
