Zulily is totally awesome and I have been shopping there for years and have a very diversified and unique wardrobe for work due to it. Once you understand how the sizing works you're fine and can order freely without fear of having to spend money on returns. The app makes it easier to keep track of everything you do and want to save. Ingenious idea. Too bad it takes so long to arrive. 3-5 weeks. It's all part of the Zulily deal and if you're willing to wait you can find some amazing deals.

Always liked the app. Loved the unique items, clothes, accessories etc etc. Have been a customer for years. For the past week or so, however, I've been getting the message "we've hit a small snag. The page isn't loading right now. Please give us a moment to fix this." So, I just uninstalled the app. I want a fun shopping experience, not a hassle. Sorry, zulily, you lost a customer.

Thids is a decent app for a bad store. There are no returns on anything, no matter what the item cost or what problems you may have had with it. For example, I bought what seemed to be a good-quality jersey shirt, but the neckline was much bigger and looser than in the photo and it ran after my second wear. I also bought a pair of beautiful, expensive leather boots that didn't fit. I couldn't return either of them. Also, their selection of plus-sized clothes is *dreadful* and never changes.

The site itself is ok, but sometimes the quality is questionable. Wish they would publish the item reviews. I mean, why ask for them if you aren't going to publish. The return policies are ridiculous, regarding shipping. I pay more for return shipping than I did when it originally shipped! Most recent update, the app keeps getting stuck on size charts. I can't go back. I have to force close and reopen.

I hate being sent to the top of the search list after viewing an item. I also hate that you have to back all the way out of a seller page to view the main menus. You should be able to view the main menu panel from any page. FIXED-if you PURCHASE discount. Would love a shipping discount when using the app FIXED-The app no longer allows me to view my orders. I consistently receive the 'We've hit a snag' error message for weeks despite clearing my cache, signing out and back into the app.

Decent prices and deals. Shipping takes FOREVER. Reminds me of Wish. Order statuses not updated right. Tracking number may or may not work. They have canceled ordered items with no response as to why (or a notification other than the refund). I cannot get an email back after the verification email that requested I reply to it (I sent the correct info). I love their concept of this app but it has very poor execution. I have shopped with them several times but it does not seem to be worth it.

Every time you click on an item in the app and then click back, you're led to the very beginning of the page. Which means endless scrolling back to where you were at. Also, if you filter the sizes, etc and then click on an item, then press back it doesn't save your preferences half the time. These issues make the app too annoying to keep it.

I've only made 3 or 4 orders. One order I received a stained item, the other item took over 3 weeks to arrive. They were quick to fix any inconveniences and offer credits. What is not ideal is the shipping time. You have no idea when you place your order the ETA. Shipping is 7.99, I'd want things to arrive a little more timely. And, if you want to return anything, the charge is $8. I'm on the fence about zulily. Customer service is fine, but the time and cost may not be worth it.

Zulily is getting me into trouble!! I cannot help myself with this app! With all the different brands and items they carry, along with the super cheap prices, it's impossible for me not to keep shopping! The items are of good quality (almost always) and just the huge range of products is amazing! I especially love the storage/organization items and the home decor! Great stuff! Love Zulily and highly recommend!

I use Zulily a lot and have created a wonderful, unique wardrobe as a result. However, I have some deep frustrations with the app. 1. It doesn't allow the customer to open up orders to review details or photos. If I could go back and look at photos I would certainly share with others and this is a lost marketing opportunity for Zulily. 2. No wishlists or frequent user incentives. 3. Gift cards are a mess! I gave one for Xmas and it completely screwed up the app and my account. Frustrated!

When shopping on the website you are able to see the different color choices for the same item. That saves time from searching through endless pages. But really I am not a fan of Zulily at all. The comparison prices given are beyond ridiculous! The items take forever to arrive and are often not what was advertised. Return credit is a joke. I canceled an order and wasn't supposed to be charged but was! BUYER BEWARE.

I love Zulily, but this app is another story. A major complaint that I have, is that when I perform a customized search, if I press the back button (after looking at a specific item), it makes me perform the search all over again. It would be nice if it kept the search filters and took me back to the search results, instead of making me restart the entire search simply because I clicked on a product in the search results. Also, there's no search by "low-high" & "high-low" filter option. Fix pls!

I tried to return an item for the first time, and the app kept freezing as soon as I hit "return item". I restarted my phone and the same thing happened. I finally got the return started by going directly to the website and skipping the app. Apps have a glitch or two every once in awhile, I get that, but this seems oddly convienent. Also, a $9 return charge on a t-shirt, kind of high, although it was stated loud and clear ahead of the purchase.

The various items are great, but shipping is crazy long and you don't know exactly how long it's going to take. Price comparisons are wrong and you can get the same items for cheaper elsewhere. The app is horrible. Search doesn't work right, can't look for specific types of clothing, sometimes can't filter by size, all the designer curated "events" show the same thing repeatedly. Color variations not shown. Needs updating.

Love the app, but I've noticed a few glitches recently. One - when you look at an item and then hit the back key, it will take you back to the top of the page and not where you were last in the page. Two - when you use the filter option and click on an item to get a better look. Once you go back the filter is completely erased and it again takes you back to the top of the page. Please fix these problems soon!! Thanks!

You can't search for a specific style of clothing; for example, I wanted to look at lace blouses but the search engine doesn't recognize keywords. I could only search under the general category "Tops" and then I had to look through t-shirts, button-down shirts, pullover knits, etc. on the outside chance of finding what I was looking for. When I added an item to my "basket", it disappeared as soon as I clicked "Continue shopping" so it was a total waste of time. I uninstalled this useless app.

I used to love this app. Recently, the product quality has gone down hill. 90% of the items are nothing like you ordered, and don't even come close to fitting per the size charts provided. They take months to ship and half the orders are cancelled. On top of that, they won't email you and refund you when an order is cancelled. You will have to contact them and ask. When wish turns into a more reliable app, you know this app is trash.

Edit: Zulily went bankrupt?! The new update is terrible. The descriptions of items are lacking, the brands are missing from a lot of the items when you click on them, hitting back goes all the way back to the home screens, and the constant reminder every time you are on the home screen of the items in your cart is super annoying. The new version of the app is difficult to use due to a lot of bugs and deters me from buying or browsing like I used to. Please go back to the old version!!

I used this app for years. Uninstalled it for a while, and installed it again several months later. Now the app won't even open! What happened here? Horrible app. Every time I try to open it I get a "we've hit a snag" message. I had the app on my phone for several days and could never access a single thing. Even after uninstalling and re-installing, it just wouldn't work. I'd give it less stars if I could.

After loving and using this app for several years it may be time to uninstall for good. Prior to mid December 2023 I rarely ever had any issue of any kind with Zulily or the app. Since mid Dec. When I open the app, it gives me an "oops, there is an error, try again later" message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled (more than once), I've checked and double checked settings and don't see anything off. Yet I just get the error. Too bad.
