I had a terrible experience with ZoomCar. The driver canceled the car booking at the last minute, and there was no support provided by customer service. A ticket was automatically raised by their chatbot, but it’s supposed to take 24 hours to resolve, which is incredibly frustrating when you need immediate assistance. Extremely disappointed with their service.

Although the booking experience is seamless and good. There are minor issues. My booking initially said that I will get free Airport pick up and drop service, however after booking it shows I need to pick up car from the host address. The app or website do not provide any consumer care contact number and the help querry BOT do not resolve any issues . I could not add a co driver to my trip as there are no options available in the app or even the website.

Pathetic experience with this app. The support feature in app is completely useless. There is no customer care number and the issue never gets resolved. I was incorrectly charged INR 2000 for late drop off, when the car was actually dropped off 2 hours early. I have been constantly trying to connect to the support portal but I haven't got any revert.

Worst car-rental service out there. The application is a total fraud. I booked a car and when I reached the pick-up location, there was no car available. Neither the owner, nor the customer care picked our call. It's been 3 days and we have sent like a 100 emails but there has been no reply at all. Fraudsters are not even returning my money and my entire trip was destroyed. Never using this application again

I'm appalled by the pathetic and useless customer support provided by Zoom Cars. Despite numerous attempts, I've received no response to my queries through the in-app help section. The automated bot fails to address customized issues, and there's no option to connect with a live representative. For the past 10 days, I've been waiting for a response to my query, but not a single email has been received. The lack of communication and support is staggering.

Very bad service from zoom side, evey time I am facing same issue. A terrible experience with terrible customer support. They don't even reply. Furthermore, a few days before my trip, the host abruptly canceled my reservation, and Zoomcar began displaying options at outrageous prices. I attempted to change the vehicle, but the app did not recognize me. Without any committed customer service, very Pathetic.

Minutes after booking the car zoomcar mentions that the car is not available I have to book another car by paying additional amount again that too for 2 times. It's zoomcar fault that you were not able to provide the selected car and you should compensate me for that additional amount I had to pay for booking another car. Even you people have shut down your customer care support. Shame on you.

For a customer who has been using Zoomcar for close to a decade, the experience was appalling. Firstly, the host of the car that was allocated to me reached out stating he has received the car from the previous Client on time & that he would hand it over as per the time confirmed on the App. I receive a message from Zoomcar that the host has stated the car has some issue due to which I need to find an alternative vehicle for an additional cost. My trip was planned & I was left with no choice.

I experienced the worst customer support ever from zoomcar. In my last trip my car got broke down and I tried to reach the customer support but there was none. They have a chat with 4 options and after selection the answer returns as the problem is resolved without any escalation. No contact no. or person to listen to you. So please think twice before you book a car from them.

Update: 28 Sep 2024: Zoomcar has mandated that Zoomcar hosts migrate to their new "unified app" by 30 September 2024. However, the new app has major issues and is missing critical features. - GPS lock/unlock feature is missing. How are hosts expected to lock/unlock the vehicle now? L - Navigate to car feature is missing - Car rating is inaccurate when compared to parent zoomcar host app 30 Jun 2024: Terrible user experience. App needs to be overhauled. Affiliate customer support.

Worst customer service ever. I booked a car today and while driving I am facing some issue with the breaks. I tried calling zoom car people and they are not responding at all. Call is not going to the customer care. Chatbot is giving random responses. *If something happens to us or the car then zoomcar will be reaponsible for it. The breaks of the car are not working and there is no response from zoomcar*

I've had a scammy experience with Zoomcar. They accept bookings for cars already marked unavailable by hosts!!! This leads to two outcomes: either you arrive to find no car and your plans ruined, or you cancel and face a 50% cancellation fee, even though the car was unavailable. This isn't a rare issue—countless reviews highlight this problem of unavailable cars. Zoomcar seems to profit from these cancellations. Be cautious when booking!

I haven't started the trip. The host was unreachable and there was no host at the location. I wasn't able to cancel the trip on the app and it's repeating everything in the chat without getting canceled. I am going to file a consumer complaint on your company and will go to any extent to get my money back. What nonsense is this, an app with so many users having a technical issue for straight 24 hours?Everybody at the location seemed shocked with multiple customers visiting the place. JPSNJVKDQ

Got a notification last min that the car being provided is damaged. We lost lot of time in arranging for alternative car and even paid extra. When we raised a complaint asking for reimbursement of the extra amount, zoom just said I accepted the new car. Did I have any other option? Did they expect me to just cancel and be stranded? Whilst most of the time experience is good, when experience turns bad like this, we get to see the real side of these companies.

Car with removed frontal grill was provided. And unable to reach the zoom car customer care to get replacement no matter how hard we try. They have a chatbot option which is useless. And you cannot book another car if your trip time has started even if the car physical possession has not been taken by customer. They have no customer service that is most frustrating. And no call back or anything. Cannot cancel the trip once it has started. There is definitely scope for another app in the market.

Good app but my ride was cancelled by the car provider saying i have not listed my car but the zoomcar showed and booked it for me. I had to face many issues at th last moment. My entire journey got ruined. The zoomcar provided me with a sub standard car at the same price which was not that great experience. So be careful about booking through zoomcar.

SCAM Alert! I had a terrible experience with Zoomcar. They requested my OTP, claiming it was necessary to start the trip. Trusting them, I provided it, and they gained access to my account. They then started and ended the trip within an hour without ever sending me a vehicle. This felt like a complete scam. I couldn't get in touch with customer service for help, and my money was gone without any service rendered. I strongly advise against trusting this host or Zoomcar in general.

The host cancels the reservation an hour before the trip. That is acceptable but Zoomcar does not have any option to talk to their customer support. Pathetic experience, they offer a list of cars as an alternative but you have to pay the remaining amount. They literally mentioned that they'll provide an exclusive discount but the surprising thing is the so called "exclusive" discount is 46 rs! Morons

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Zoomcar as a host. There was absolutely no communication when I encountered a dispute. There is no contact person available for hosts, and the provided email is not working. Additionally, the app's help and support feature is completely non-functional. This lack of support is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration. I hope Zoomcar addresses these issues promptly to to improve the experience for their hosts

Quite a pathetic app and service. UX is focused to take payment for booking. Even the terms and conditions are not confirmed for charging the card. Booking payment keeps failing. After the booking they have made sure that you cannot reach them in any way. All chat call options lead to host who cannot answer/resolve most of your queries. Very disappointing.
