Love playing this game! Collecting the animals is quite fun, and the babies are adorable! However, not beinf able to tell the people who want to buy your baby animals to go away is a little annoying. The island update is amazing so far, I do hope more is added to it and that collecting things won't be too difficult. The special habitats for each animal are awesome, although I feel like some are a bit too expensive, making it hard to get them.

Thanks for responding back, your tips to help with my issue solved it. So I have edited my review. I really enjoy this game! I'm glad I installed it which I hesitated doing since I figured I would become bored with it quickly, well I was wrong. This game has fun side quests and events that keep it entertaining. I love that they have a storyline to them and the event challenge goal are not set so high that I have to spend a lot of money in order to finish before they end. Great job, keep it up!

Love this game and have been playing for a long time. It never gets old and there are always new things being added. Since the last update most of my issues have been fixed. However, I still have one. After creating an animal in the lab it removes the animals I was last using. If I want or need to make a second animal of what I just made I have go thru all the animals. The color coding of the species types makes it easier to get back to the animals I was using but they shouldn't be removed like before.

This game is great. I've been playing for quite a while & I still play it every day. Keeps you interested always having new goals to reach even in higher levels. Addicting. Great graphics. It does freeze up very often. Usually at least twice each time I play. That hasn't been fixed yet. Events are hard to get a decent level. You'd have to play 24/7 to get anywhere near completing them. I play a lot & don't come close. & some daily tasks are impossible for your level. -Update- No longer freezes

Love the game, had it awhile back and deleted it but downloaded it again, but there are a few issues. 1) it freezes, you have to get out and come back then it's fine. 2) my fennec fox and pigeons are glitching; their habitat is done but the animals are missing. I have a family of pigions and I think 2 foxes but they are not showing up. Seems like this game was better the first time around. Idk there was an update or what changed but I would love it to be fixed please. Otherwise I wouldve given 5

I just updated to new version June 1, 2020, and it has alot of bugs, my screen goes black and the game locks up. You can't watch a video to knock off time/ claim prize without it messing up or locking up. 😕 UPDATE: June 3, 2020, I went to the link y'all provided, cleared my cache on this app. and also went into setting in game and changed the quality to a lower quality. That did the trick. 😁 Thanks! I can enjoy my game again, YAY!

i literally love this game. i have played it for almost two years. except that for the past three weeks it has been kicking me off the game every couple seconds to about two minutes. i even downloaded it on this phone to start completely over after being on level 34 on my other phone. its frustrating after playing so long that it is starting to have a glitch or whatever.

This is a great casual play game. You do not need to spend money to advance in the main game, and there are no in game consequences for not logging on every five minutes other than advancing more slowly. Game play is complex enough to remain interesting, with players able to build kiosks to raise money, buy decorations, and breed different animals. Collecting the different animals is a ton of fun, and I've recently begun putting more effort into decorating. Content is also added fairly often, keeping the game fresh. The only real complaint I have for the game is the difficulty to finish holiday/ special events without spending real money and quite a bit of time, but these items are not necessary for game play.

The best Black Friday sale of any game l play. Reasonable prices and variety. They were smart and offered a few different specials for $1.99 vs other games with one thing for $15, $20, or more. The game continues to be updated offering new animals. Usually able to achieve one animal per event. Still takes a long time to collect enough money to buy new habitats. Keep up the good work.

Love it! Simple, cute, and personal. Allows you to customize a zoo filled with cute animals. Occasionally has small glitches or freezes but works overall. Getting certain coins or supplies can take a long time so they try to convince you to spend real money as a quick fix. However you DONT have to spend any money in order to play. Just requires patience when you play straight through. You can also connect to friends and visit their zoos. :) I adore this game overall.

When it works, it's a fun cute game. The problem is that it crashes almost constantly. Usually takes 2-3 times to even get the app open, then once it finally loads it is VERY laggy. Trying to get anything done gets really frustrating as it lags and then crashes while trying to do basic things like scroll across the screen. It seems to get worse as you level up and gain more animals. I held on to hope that it would be fixed, but it only seems to be getting worse.

Fun but kinda slow and I wish it would start you off with more money and land that way you can get off to a good start and have enough money and space to get all the quests done in a good time... I also think that there should be some other options for "beautifying" your zoo because In my opinion you end up with way to many kiosks... other than that I really do like the game and haven't stopped playing it since I downloaded it.

In truth, I like this game. It is interesting & fun (if a bit repetitive) & you are not swamped with ads or so many events that you can't catch your breath. Good game for spending just a little bit of time relaxing instead of being glued to your phone. My only problem is with kiosks that cost gold to buy. 1) The price to upgrade them to emporium status is beyond unreasonable. 2) If they are going to COST gold to buy, then they should PRODUCE gold. It doesn't have to be much, but SOMETHING!

I really like this game & enjoy playing. But any time there is a special task, I am kicked out of the game, any credits I earned on the task are lost, & I have to start over again, which usually crashes the game again. This is the 4th time I've installed this game and attempted to play. I'll continue to play until the crashes become too frustrating. Administrations say they have updated & improved the quality of ZooCraft, I see no difference in the quality of my personal experience.

The game is very enjoyable and completely in your ability to advance without spending real money. It takes a long time to get cool animals but that makes it fun. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the way to organize the zoo. When you have a lot of items it's hard to design with things in the way. A button that removes all of your stuff and lets you place it on an empty lots would be ideal. (Much like clash of clans let's you set up your area) Also, to bulk move grouped items

Love the game, a lot, but there are a few things wrong with it. It is buggy from time to time, and with this most recent update, the quests sometimes disappear and you can't view them. The most recent event, the Halloween one, was also impossible to finish at the highest tier. There was a high demand, and you couldn't collect monsters if you collected too many. While the next event should be easier (or at the very least, possible to get everything if you're dedicated enough), it still deserves 5 stars.

The game is awesome, the lagging awful! If not for the constant waiting to accomplish anything, I would be able to play more and not be so frustrated. All of the graphics, extras and animals are amazing. The game itself great fun, but not being able to consistently play and move about without so much waiting/delay really takes away from the game. Once an update fixes the issue, another update brings it back even worse. Please fix this!!!!

I really enjoy this game. It's addictive. I dislike how expensive it is to buy more property. It's way too difficult to get coins to do it. Everyone's Zoos are cluttered because of this. To build Emporiums is way too expensive. It's fun to be able to get on and accomplish things. Time & money are the down falls to passing goals. Otherwise a fun game that keeps me coming back.

Cute game. However, there are some bugs where ads might crash the game and make the reward unavailable, very frustrating. You also have to use the premium currency to expand your zoo. You can make a few for free every day but I've only bought 4 additional squares of land and it's already getting expensive. It would take way too long to grind for the gold to progress the game, I'm not looking to invest that kind of time or money in a phone app.

Issues with updates. Still a great ga.e BUT... Now if you don't get to a extra item video or someone who wants to get a baby animal in time the bubble over their head goes away. Sometimes I can't see the character at all. When visiting other zoos ill try to go to the next one and it brings me randomly back to my own. Ads are extra long too! (I know you need ads but why so long?) Please fix
