Regarding service... Yes it is good. However at my office location the delivery guys always have bad time searching for the address. Somehow the map in Zomato does not show correct directions to the delivery person. Also it is found that map direction displayed to customer and the delivery guys are very different.

I have been using Zomato for sometime regulary, but their delivery fees and taxes have become ridiculous. Even with Gold, they still charge double the actual price, sometimes even more. It's incredibly frustrating and deceptive. What's worse is that their offers mean nothing; they just compensate in some other way. Even after applying offers, they still charge too much. They need to be transparent about their charges or risk losing customers.

The items on the app are priced more than that of the restaurant. Not to mention additional taxes and stuff that add on top of it. The app is predatory in which it presents you with a coupon that actually does nothing. You're better off ordering from the same restaurant offline. Most restaurants are happy to deliver to your house if the order is large enough

The application is misleading especially with delivery timings and discounts. Delivery time increases after playing the order. And when you try to contact support, you always have to deal with AI. You only received generic responses. I am a gold customer, and yet their customers support is non existent. And they exploit their riders and customers alike.

As a Gold member of Zomato, I am extremely disappointed with their service. Recently, I ordered vegetarian food, but was shocked to receive a non-vegetarian item instead. This mistake is unacceptable, especially for a premium member. To make matters worse, Zomato did not even issue a refund for their error. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied and questioning the value of their membership and overall service quality. Such lapses are intolerable and need immediate rectification.

I have been a loyal customer of Zomato for years, but I am extremely disappointed with their recent decision to reduce the free delivery distance from 10 km to 7 km. This is a terrible business practice that shows a lack of consideration for their customers. Many of my favorite restaurants are now out of reach without incurring additional delivery charges, making the service significantly less convenient and cost-effective.This change has left me no choice but to ditch Zomato.

I have experienced worst experience with Zomato. Never order through Zomato when your travelling in train. I have trusted Zomato and ordered food for last but one station in train. In the app it was showing in advance that the delivery partner already reached the station well in advance. But even after the train departed from the station I couldn't get the delivery. Also when I check with the Zomato support they where not ready to refund unless the delivery partner confirms. It's been one hour

Worst experience, even though I am a zomato gold customer, and a constant customer like many other people, none of my issues are resolved. I had ordered from 2 different restaurants and during both the time, the Order was delayed and the food items were missing. I was not helped both the times even when I had paid for the entire order. It's like a scam where even after you pay for the order there is no guarantee that the order will be delivered.

Highly unsatisfactory service. I ordered at 10:16pm and the rider didn't deliver the food until 11:05 and never after. But the app reflected a successful delivery. I had sleep without receiving my order and the reimbursement of my online Payment was received after a day only after I wrote 2 mails with screenshots form 10:44 to 11:05 (for every second I had a record). It was not the first time but has happened multiple times with me and my friends. Disappointing technology support by ZOMATO!!!!!

This is the worst app. For my order when I try to do the payment after applying coupon it is failed due to some other issue. And then I made the payment but the twist is the coupon got removed and full price is charged. This is the bug in the app and when I speak with the customer care in the mail they said it is valid. Will charge full amount because the coupons will removed once the payment got failed. Note: the coupon is not related to any bank or outside. It is given by Zomato.

First you give free delivery for 11 km in gold, the reduce it to 10.5 so that certain specific places miss out, then you randomly change it to 7km without any prior information. You keep on giving gold subscription offers and instead add delivery charges. Doesn't make sense. Rather provide gold at a decent rate and keep the free delivery out of your schemes. It feels stupid to take gold and again pay for delivery. Not just that, you have already added platform fees. You are CHEATING consumers

One of the worst experience I've had with a good delivery app. Absolutely no point paying for Gold. There is absolutely no offers anymore, have to pay an extra 19 for priority delivery and every single time the order arrives late for which Zomato doesn't take any responsibility or action. Would happily delete this app and switch to swiggy for good.

Payment process is not reliable. after multiple payment failures, my card payment went through, but I got charged twice, once for my 'failed' payment and another time for the final 'successful' payment. My bank asked me to raise the issue with Zomato. It has been 2 weeks and they haven't gotten back to me. A similar incident happened to someone I know & Zomato took 7-8 months to refund the money after claiming that they never got the payment while the bank said that the payment went through.

I had an extremely poor experience with Zomato. Despite their "near and fast" promotion, they failed to deliver on time. I placed an order with a 30-minute delivery promise, but after waiting over 60 minutes, my food never arrived. Instead of resolving the issue, their customer service wasted another 30 minutes chatting, only to offer a cancellation. This has been my worst experience with Zomato, despite being a loyal customer with over 200-300 orders. Lack of commitment and service.

What an experience so far. In the initial days, this brand did so well that people bought gold membership, and everything was running smoothly. Recently, I have found a few orders getting delayed. I got a coupon for delayed order. While ordering again, I applied this coupon and made the payment, and to my surprise, the original amount was charged and not the discounted amount. This was indeed a great experience, which suggested the clever idea of looting consumers under the shadow of coupons.

They've removed the cancellation option. My order got placed by mistake through cash on delivery. Couldn't cancel it. I tried getting in contact with customer care, but all I found was a bot with very limited options. Was forced to buy what I didn't even want. I'm greatly disappointed with this app. Also, the dishes delivered were 250 rupees cheaper in store. I didn't want gold membership but still ended up paying for it. I won't use this app ever again. Awful experience from the last couple of months. I placed an order. After that the app shows that one of the items is not available and asks to select an alternate item. I did so and what Zomato did was completely cancel the original order and placed a new order with only the alternate item. I connected customer care and they kept messaging "give me a moment" for a whole 20 mins. And by then the order was delivered. They simplu issues me a refunded me the difference.

It's a great app as long as there is no issue with your order. If there's something wrong with the order, don't expect to be able to talk to a representative. When trying to get customer support, it takes me to a chat where I can only select replies from a list. It asks me to take a video, and when I take the video, I only received one reply either I have to mail my problem or review the restaurant. I mailed my problem to Zomato, but still not a single action has been taken. Very disappointed.
