A good application for customer support management however misses notifications sometimes. And keeps vibrating if even if i am on a phone call.

Not alerting new user sometimes and sometimes it just loads loads and loads only... even incoming chat starts to load and we hav3 to wait for the loading and then pickup the chat... its irritating and i want to switch zoho sales iq now. Please suggest your competitors. Thanks

Application Notification is continuously coming once we has been accepted the chat. Please fix this bug. It is frustrating noise and can't focus in chats.

Does not work. Clicking history used work. Now, nothing. I am sure google broke it, but you will have to fix it. Thnx. Still busted.

Seriously better than Intercom.io - Zoho is undervalued, this app is SO nice and easy to use. It provides tons of useful info about my site visitors and ensure my team never misses a chat. The voice call feature is amazing and simple to use. And when combined woth the Zoho CRM, the visitor data becomes extra useful.

What was this update about, I am unable to reply through mob, only through PC n laptop I can reply, from mob even I reply it doesn't reflect the other side. A big platform like Zoho having this bad communicating app is very disappointing, this only brings our credentials down to our organization as we are unable to reply to our customers well.

The app is very useful especially on the go. However, a dark mode would be a very nice addition to that :) Or atleast a dark theme, like the other themes available in the app

Hey the app is really slow! Consecutive updates completely spoiled the features of the app. The app shows the notifications after the visitor is gone most of the times though my network is fast. Couldn't see the visitor information.

The push notification is so unreliable. We are testing it with three mobile phones. One never receives any notification, one receives some times and one receives always. We made sure that the app is not battery optimised.

This app is good but unfortunately on my mobile device when I am active or say available I don't get the pop-up and the chat get missed, which is unfortunately annoying and I use this application daily for my work, unless until I open the app it won't show me the incoming chat and sometimes when I even picked up the chat through my pc I get the sound as pop-up on my mobile but can't see the incoming chat which I might have picked up from my laptop. Kindly get this fixed which I feel very annoyin

I am facing a big issue of connecting with visitor . After accepting a chat it shows connecting scroller rotating on screen top section and not able to send the chat message and takes lot of time, even more than minute. And till the time it connects visitor is left . Horrible App. Need it resolve it immediately. I am planning to end my subscription just it dont connect on time .

With this version it's hit and miss on whether i can pull up a missed chat. Some pull up as expectwd, and others it just spins indefinitely, forcing you to give up and back out of the chat details. This version follows a major update on the salesiq portal so i'm sure there's some sifting to be done. Desktop web portal works just fine, and the last time there was a major salesiq remodel, the android app had the same issue. It was eventually resolved and this time i'm sure it will as well.

App does the job very well.. what it is meant for.. It notifies in realtime a out visitors visting your website.. But onething that should be added is the custom notification tone option. It should be made selectable, as visitor arriving to website and initiating chat is an important event.. So custom notification tone will help to draw immediate attention

This app needs a lot of work. How come a chat will come in and you try to pick it and it will just be rolling. The annoying part, it will not stop rolling except you go to the Web and pick the chat then it will balance on the app. This doesn't do justice to the purpose the app was created as it suppose to be easy and very handy to use. Sometimes, chat comes in but one can't get a notification of the chat while all notifications is active.

I have a peculiar problem on the app. It used to notify me of incoming chats thru full screen notification, sound and vibration. Off late, all the three types of notification has stopped. I have Re installed the app many times but result is same. Since it does not make a sound or vibrate, I miss most of the chats. What can be the problem when I have made no changes in the settings? Other than this issue, it is a great app

Really hit or miss on whether I receive notifications on my phone. Here's how I recently fixed it! I went to my website on my desktop and started a chat. Then, even though I wasn't receiving notifications from SalesIQ on my phone, I went into the app anyway. I could pickup the chat there. After a little back and forth with myself, I ended the chat. Then, I made another chat and NOW NOTIFICATIONS ON MY PHONE WORKED!!!

Edit: about 12 hours later and suddenly I'm getting ALL the notifications... Must take time to become active. Notifications do not work... Which is kind of the entire point of it, to make sure you don't miss contacts... Followed all suggested steps from help docs... (basically just 'make sure battery isn't optimized and verify notifications are enabled.')... Not really good out of the box operation on a Pixel 5. The web interface is much more intuitive... Supposed to be the other way around!
