I created one sample camping just to test the service. it's is more than 24 hours now and it is still in under review. is it normal? will it be same on subscription model also?

Will not load photos. Very limited mobile functionality. Formatting is bad. I just dont enjoy this....

You can't create, edit, or review email campaigns. There's really no purpose for this app.

Just downloaded for the first time can't start campaign because you can't edit templates with your own images, what a waste uninstalling.....

So many things are not possible through the app as a user..and the website on the phone is not mobile friendly..I am even unable to get a response from the customer care

My experience is not good . The templates are not responsive I couldn't edit or import images or logo from my device. Got your mail asking about my experience the 'reply' failed to deliver.

App is helpful for tracking analytics on the go, but past few weeks the Zoho Campaigns mobile app server is down and it cannot fetch data. Will update my rating when the app starts working again. Right now it is wasted space on my phone. Equivalent of a digital paperweight without holding down any papers.

This app is very disappointing. Adding contacts don't allow for copy and paste making it tedious. Then after an hour and a half of that, it constantly told me my website was an invalid so I couldn't make a campaign. It also don't allow you an option to not use their template. And the template options are very limited.

Update: worked with zoho support for days and still no solution. Original: Wouldn't let me log in. Kept giving an error message. It also says I need to complete the setup process in the desktop site. My account is fully set up. I'm already using the app on my computer. I don't see anything about setting up the mobile app.
